We use Eaglecrest Automotive for all of our auto repairs and maintenance. The staff, especially Laurie, and all of the guys in the back are great. They are professional in every way, respond quickly with any questions and we feel are reasonably priced. A honest and trustworthy organization!

I took my blazer there to have a gas leak fixed. Blazer ran great just leaking a little gas. When I picked blazer up from them they said it wasn’t running properly & didn’t know why. They said they would hook up to their machine to find out why for $300. I already paid $300 for small gas leak & it ran fine when I brought it in so it had to do with something they did. Now I’m out of $$ & blazer doesn’t run now. 🤬

Just got my inspection done at 4:20 (too late for most places) they were very nice and happy to do it even though it was late they got it done quick Ill never go anywhere else

This is a difficult review to write as we have always liked going here and liked the people here. We have had them do brakes and other repairs.This time we dropped off the Mustang to get the oil changed. We also mentioned the front driver tire had a slow leak. They said they would take a look at it.We picked the car up later that day and they said didnt see anything in the tire.We took it to a tire shop later that week and they found a roofing nail that has a head almost the size of a dime. Hard to miss. I suspect they didnt even look. Thats okay though as tires are not their primary purpose. Was just a little dissatisfied with the lack of honesty. Not the reason for the one-star review.The reason for the one-star review is that as soon as we got it home I noticed a leak on the garage floor. I attached a photograph detailing such. It was a small leak with just a bit of oil so wasnt too worried. I checked the drain plug and oil filter but couldnt see any major leaks under the car. I threw down a piece of card board to catch the small leak. This continued for a while so I checked the oil and it was black. Even though we were still more than 1000 miles from needing an oil change, we took the vehicle to a place I trust more but is out of the way for us.As soon as they pulled it in the bay and opened the hood, they came and got me. They showed me the oil filler spout was broken. A good chance the oil was black from crap that had entered the broken spout.Eaglecrest Auto never mentioned it to us and it was hard to miss when you remove the oil cap.Hopefully the oil filter caught most of the gunk in our oil. It is going to cost me close to $500.00 to get it fixed.Would not rate them highly or recommend as a honest auto repair place to take your vehicle.

First time trying out this shop. Great experience. Fare price. Had an issue with some parts that were faulty and had to go back but they made it right. Cooper took care of the situation and even went with me for a test ride to make sure the issue was solid. Highly recommend

The owner and his daughter really know their stuff. They gave me a reasonable quote and didn’t go any higher on it when I brought my SUV back to get the work done. They gave me a ride home in the morning and picked me up when my SUV was ready in the afternoon (they needed my SUV for the whole day). I will return to this shop again when I need more work on my old SUV(2006 Ford Escape). They seem to be straightforward people. I had a good experience at Eaglecrest Automotive!

Honest, dependable, and friendly. Theyve gotten me worked in twice for large repairs and finished earlier than projected. The price is completely fair and they wont try to get you to fix problems that arent absolutely necessary to make your car run. I know I can trust what theyre saying and trust the work theyve done. Really, truly, the best shop Ive ever used.

Cant say enough GOOD about them

This is one of the most honest places Ive been to! I highly recommend them. They have never over charged me or have done unnecessary work. In fact I went in thinking I needed new brakes one time and had myself convinced of it and Coop told me my brakes were like new. They keep my vehicle running great and I wouldnt go any other place!

Needed back brakes. They did a great job. I believe that they are honest. That is important in a good macanic.

I went to get an inspection. The receptionist didnt greet me, and then just yelled at a guy to come help me. Then it was done in literally 1 minute. Theres no way they actually looked over anything. My daughter and her friend were with me and theyre 11 and they even said geez shes rude. Not going back.

This is one of my favorite shops in Nixa. The staff is friendly knowledgeable, and they they get along with one another is very family like. They make you feel like you are their first priority and they always do great work. The staff is really friendly, the shop area is clean and organized nothing left just laying around at all anywhere. They will take on some custom jobs suspension, wheels & tires lighting, aftermarket air-conditioning, and they are very well versed in cars and automotive technology and are willing to help you out anyway they can, that includes shuttling to and from the shop while your car is being worked on. This really is a great place to get almost anything done you could imagine.

I was referred by many friends and was told cooper was a great mechanic, which I still beleive to be true, I took two different cars in, first to fix a soft brake pedal, was told it was master cylinder, did not fix issue, took it back in and all they did was bleed brakes again still didnt do anything but this time they broke my cruise control shifter and didnt say anything called back and they replaced it thankfully. Brought another vehicle in to get alignment done, steering wheel was cocked and tires were not straight. After they did alignment tire was still not straight and either was steering wheel. Brought it back and was told that it is a optical illusion..... steering wheel is still not straight... I do believe cooper is a good mechanic but his monkey of assistants are to blame for all these things if you do go here request that he do the work and not his lazy garage monkeys.

I dont really like to play the as a woman card... BUT coming here as a woman to have work done on my vehicles, I know I can trust them to take care of me and do an honest job. Great place, service, and receptionist. Very fair.

Best shop in Nixa! - Edit, Best shop all around with the upmost honest service we have ever encountered. We dont ever feel bad about walking into Coops shop because they are always so welcoming and some of the best listeners in determining an assessment before test driving and checking the vehicle out fully with due diligence so they feel good about sending you back out on the road safely. We have used Eaglecrest for 15 years or more and will continue to do so, except for the Benz of course ;-)

I have had my car fixed several times. They are always friendly and more affordable than almost anyone else. I have sometimes decided to fix something they have found the problem for me and it ended up costing me more to do it than they were going to charge. Last think I had done was a water pump put in my accord. Much better than the $890 that Don Wessel wanted to charge me.

Good service good price

I’ve had a lot of bad experience with auto repair shops but Eaglecrest had to be the worst, they put on $358 worth of parts and it absolutely did nothing to solve the problem, I made them take the parts off and they charged $130 just to do that. They basically screwed me out of $130 I know quite a bit about vehicles but if you don’t know much about them these people will cheat you out of all they can get from you. GREED can be an ugly thing so you have been warned. Thanks

Initially brought my truck in due to clunking/popping in the front end thinking that it could possibly be ball joints. They diagnosed the problem right in front of me and said it WAS the ball joints. After spending $800 on those the problem still was not fixed. Took it back in and they said it could be the sway bar links. ($215). $1000 deep in repairs I brought the truck home and it was STILL clunking. I finally took it back a third and final time to have them warranty the parts and get a call saying it was just a loose bolt on my shocks. $1000 bolt.

They were very rude and all I did was go in for an inspection
