Owner should develop patience while dealing with customers and must understand their ask and service accordingly. Losing patience will end up in losing customers. If he is not ready to change customers will stop coming to shop. owner attitude or reply to customer is too bad. He is very rude you can clearly see that when he answers you back it will look like as if you are asking things free of cost. Specifically watch the owner of the shop and his service. He do not know how to cut fish and do not know how to talk to customers. OnceWhile cutting fish he dropped fish in near by dustbin and he took the same from bin and mixed it with others.so if you do not care about customer service & quality you can go here else do not go. Better to avoid this shop or you will end up in an argument at one point of time with owner for poor quality and bad attitude

Nice little store. Has some really interesting options.
Nice place..got a homely welcome..lot of options for groceries, fish and meat. Reasonable price
Store is good and has wide variety of Indian groceries but, the cashier was very rude to us and called us filthy words. He kept on forcing us to buy more than one maan chatti(clay pot) even after we refused it. He once sold a carrot cake to us which expired a year ago. When called up and inquired, he was getting angry with us. Not at all helpful. The cashier was getting angry with us because we refused to take the stuff he suggested. A change in cashier will be a good choice.
Very good store. Staff are great and helpful. Variety of meat also available.
Always selling expired ashirvad atta and ponni rice. When called up asking about this, got a rude answer as you have opened the package we cannot do anything. Worst shop ever in Chicago.
