What happened to this Walmart?! There are always empty shelves. When I need something to buy for item that was locked, I called for help and I waited 20 mins and nobody came. Does anybody know when they stock so that I don’t leave disappointed? I tried weekends, weekdays after 4pm..

Very nice place and clean.

Whoever redesigned this store should be shot. Cant find anything, waste of time. Isles are too tight for 2 people, endless blind corners so youre constantly bumping into people and half the time you are lost not knowing which way the exit is. Shoes by groceries was a nice touch. Find a different one like Im doing. This place is a joke.

The Walmart store is large, clean and has variety of products, including groceries. You can find anything you want for your home and your family ! Store has pharmacy and cafe. The only cons: I was trying to find jeans on the shelves and it was pretty messy. All jeans with different sizes and manufacturers were misplaced. So to find mine jeans size I had to spend 2 hours. Overall: Nice store with very convenient working hours 6am-11pm 7 days a week.

Finding a parking space close to the entrance can be hard, sometimes. The electric carts for the handicapped are only 2. One might have to wait a long while before one is available for use. The inside is not easy to navigate because there is an internal renovation going on. I had to walk for a while to get to the shifted pharmacy section. There are long waits at the regular checkouts with the cashier. The individual checkouts are faster but somewhat confusing regarding getting in and out from that section of the store. One good thing though and that is if one is blessed to encounter a regular employee on the floor, he is willing to help when asked a question.

This place has become an absolutely appalling disaster area. Used to be a lovely store. Been coming here for nearly two decades. Wont return until youve put the place back together.

Prices at Walmart Supermarket are usually reduced compared to other stores. Personnel are very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well organized, easy to find things. I definitely recommend shopping at Walmart.

Walmart is always one of my favorite stops for shopping not matter where I go.

I bought this yesterday at Walmart Store in 8500 Gold Rd Niles. Waste of money when I saw the molds inside of it. I was very disappointed with what happened. I hope they do their job and check if the goods are still ok to sell.

Clean, organized and spacious. Looking for dining room slip covers. Showed they had it online. None in store and small slip cover area. Wanted to see rather than buy online. Will buy online through a competitor.

I hate shopping at Walmart. This Walmart gave me hope. It was clean & employees were so helpful (even to walk me to the item I was looking for). One young employee (female) even wanted to make sure we found the correct product. I was just unhappy that some of the items listed in stock, were not there to b found. Also the employees assisting the self checkout were very helpful (coupons).

Pharmacy was great very nice. Shelves were pretty good with stock not many lanes open. Have had trouble in the past with fruits and vegetables not being good or going bad very fast.

Love the Golf Mill location. Always more then enough cashiers and open registers. Store is hardly out of stuff I need. And employees are very professional and polite.

Whoever decided to change Walmarts layout should be fired! It was just fine as is before. But, no! Some genius coming off of a bender decided to change the store layout that makes as much sense as the Twilight Zone! Hate it! Utterly hate it. Then there are no longer cashiers.What was the point of taking away all those jobs? We should be given a discount for checking and bagging ourselves out. Worst shopping experience ever.

They usually have most things in stock. More often than not, it’s well organized and clean, too. Staff are helpful as well. It can get crowded at this particular location, though.

I would prefer death rather than go back in here

No one available on register to bill . Third class settings they are doing . All the stuff always on the floor. Manager is careless only concern to their salaries not to serve customers. WIC foods always went through in wic app but always had mess with them.

Deep fryer food. Good service. Owner with an ego.

Usually well staffed for checkout. Today there was one cashier and a very long line!! Having self checkout so you do not have to hire people is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to take care of themselves!!

No workers would help you even if you call them they will act like they didnt hear you. Useless staff.

Asked a Walmart Associate for assistance on the price of an item associate stated we should find someone to get price, found that to be rude and unhelpful Poor customer service.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, There are only a few staff members WILLING to help, wasted 1 hr trying to get help with fabric, then managers could not ok the the sale cause there werent anyone able to help at the fabric department. This is just 1 time. other time had to give my prepaid cake order to customer service so that they can give to an employee so that that employee can give it back to me out side by the garden center. They said thats their policy. I was late to the party and they I almost ended up on a viral fight video at Walmart. Proof that the store ABSOLUTELY needs a change.

Just an in & out trip. Was able to find what I needed. Only wish they would sanitize the checkout counters between guests (now that the majority is self checkout). Besides that the attendant was very helpful w/ processing my coupons.

Walmart is one of my favorite stores mainly because of the availability and the many choices of products in stock. Bought poblano peppers and they looked like they were just picked. Most stores they look like they have had them for weeks.

Was pretty sad to know that this was a Walmart without a Auto Clinic and also walking in to this location for the first time I thought that I would have been greeted better but I was not given any kind of greeting or any kind of hello until I came across one of the cart employees that said have a great day

Good amount of food and different varieties but not a lot of Greenlight toy cars if anyones wondering in fact they were none

Great news! This store and the Walmart in Lake Zurich now stock a product to take note of. It it a packaged brand called Frankford marshmallows that come in different flavors. The banana flavored ones come in a banana shape and taste exactly like the yellow Peeps we can no longer get in stores cause theyre only seasonal. What a great discovery, especially if you love Peeps but cant find them anywhere now. Im stocking up. You should too. A word to the wise!

What more can be said about walmart? Its convenient, the prices are low, plenty of inventory even during the pandemic. My only downside, and its not even that bad, is that employees dont seem too outgoing. But once you ask them a question they are helpful and friendly.

Im not happy with them just having self serving. You have checkout yourself. Why do I want to pay the same prices as the grocery stores and have to check myself out and put everything in the bags. For that I will be taking my business to stores like Target . I had traded with Walmart for years and enjoyed the service but not now where I have to do all the wirk myself.

Not too crowded but cashiers are scarce during evening hours which at times is frustrating. They have taken steps for safe shopping during this pandemic but Ive been seeing empty sanitizer dispensers and wipes lately. Stockers are busy most of the times Ive visited this store which sometimes crowds the isles with boxes and products and can be a safety issue or inconvenience shoppers at the very least, but store is well stocked most of the time. Convenient place to shop with ample parking.

First time there and it was super busy and the only worker I had a question for was just rude and clearly wasnt listening and another worker almost walked right into me. Idk if its common here but I will say youll have to some patience cause quite a few workers have a thick accent. Did not have any of what I was looking for cause they were just out of it

Wow nice food. We went twice. Once for breakfast then for lunch. The Elvis was amazing. French toast with peanut butter and bananas. The hash was real corned beef. Lunch great too. Reuben and potato pancakes fabulous. Worth the trip.

Going thru a remod, so it is pretty rough right now

I had a mostly positive experience during three visited over three days. A woman whose name I didnt catch walked me clear across the store, waited for me to pick the item I was looking for (it wasnt there, took all of 30 seconds) the walked me to the section where the surge protectors are.There was a nearly five minute wait at the pickup counter on my third trip (I was the only one in line) but I was attended to immediately on my first trip.I will definitely be back to this Wal-Mart!

I went there Yesterday to get passport photo for me and my family. The employee was there with Name Mohammad Zakir offered great customer service. He worked with us above and beyond to make sure we get the right experience. He is professional and proactive.

Very frustrated by calling electronic department and waiting for 25 minutes without answer and transferred to customer services and they just simple hang up. The WALMART is changed not in good way...

We walked up to a cashier with a pretty full cart and started to put item on belt. She rudely told us to go to another cashier. He had just finished up with another customer. I then looked over and 1st cashier was ringing up a person with 3-4 items. They also talk among them selves in another language other then English. Just plain rude.

I don’t love Walmart, but they have what you typically need. It’s a big store, lots of walking around and easy to find stuff, if available. Best times to go get stuff is early morning...or good luck with the crowd.

Shelves are always a mess and items are hard to find or they have run out. You would think the person who orders would see how fast something runs out and order double to see if they can keep it on the shelf. Very poorly managed. Also customers are rude, they leave carts all over in parking spaces and next to cars, no pride or courtesy to be found most of the time.
