All isles were fully stocked. Nice selection of goods throughout the store. Nice clean store. Check out was pretty fast.

This place was great. Had received two broken TVs from the rosemont location. Came to this store to get the TV I wanted. Bilal P and Yanni P, in electronics were great. Very professional and helped me locate the last one they had. These guys are great!!!! Definitely will be coming back to this target over the others!!

I love Target! This is always my go to store and no matter what location I go to, I always have a good experience. The staff its always helpful and nice, the prices are right and by using my app and my red card the savings pile up. I also like the convenient ways they offer to make my shopping experience better, such as drive up, order online pick up in store, or shipping. There are only 2 areas that I would like them to improve: 1. Last minute inventory updates. So many times they show something available only to be not available upon arrival. Or, they have something in a particular store but if you search online right then and there it shows unavailable. 2. The shipping speed. Sometimes it takes so long to receive items ordered online. When Amazon is able to send out things so quickly, we, customers expect big stores to be able to offer the same. Please improve in these two categories and keep customers happy. Thank you!

My favorite target. Has a lot more options than others. Not too crowded. Clean.

Most always has the items Im looking for. Assistance always around when i needed help. Needed use of mobile cart for shopping. Unfortunately the power was gone and i was only half way through the store. A nice security guy and another Target team member found another one and transferred all my items to the new cart!! I then was able to finish my shopping. All in all a very good experience and all team members were polite and helpful!!

Shopping this location since 2012. Much bigger and more modern since they expanded with the larger alcohol and frozen section.Be prepared to use the washroom as soon as you walk in on the Touhy side. There is no other restroom on the other side and its a looooong walk back. Good store to get your steps in!Always well stocked and clean. Lines usually move fast, even on the weekends.Dont forget to walk along the back of the aisles, thats where they usually put the clearance items.

Usually I like every target stores. This store was good too. Every thing as good and neat and also they were filling up some shelves. They put sign that says we are filling those shelves I like the idea✅ parking easy and free✔ restrooms are clean✅ the staff is helpful✅ they have Starbucks and pizza hut. Just in case if you need 😄

It is SO MUCH BETTER to checkout now that they have the second (automated) checkout on the North side of the store. I used to dread coming here and waiting forever in line with 2 items. Now I can actually walk into Target and shop as a straight man. It’s so much more helpful

Steve C was extremely helpful while helping me to select the right microphone for my sons computer. In addition, Steve C seems very knowledgeable about social media in general. He was a pleasure to talk with and provided me with an extremely refreshing friendly experience in the electronics department. It was just so nice to work with someone that is genuinely happy to help the customer. Target needs more people like Steve.

This target was very low on inventory. I understand times are tough, but I was having a hard time finding basic stuff.

If i could give it a zero rating i would. Worst experience. My husband an i went into this target to grab a few things and he always checks out the Pokémon trading cards which he collects as a hobby since he was young. Before we could even do a self check out we were approached by an employee and store security a little behind him and was letting us know we can only buy two packs per transaction and i said to him well we are two people cant we do two transactions because we are two people. He said yes that was fine and we did so. During this whole process i asked the employee why is this a policy he said because to stop people from buying in bulk and to make it fair for other customers to buy. I was like ok i understand but it is completely stocked and full that makes no sense and there is no sign and before he can answer their security was standing there the whole time and answered yes there is a sign. I got frustrated and said to their security im sorry i wasnt talking to you i was speaking to him and why are you standing there? Honestly, these security need to do a better job than harrassing people who are just trying to do a simple check out. It is normal to get frustrated when approached by someone who was clearly watching us to see how many we grabbed. Now thats bizarre to be watching people. I have a right to be frustrated when approached by no reason. This is why we never feel comfortable shopping there because how we are treated by them you make people feel uncomfortable. We dont need you standing there looking and starring at us to cause a bigger conflict. Do better at your job. Also, if the sign they were reguarding to is the only papaer printed one by the baseball cards? And his attention was on the Pokémon cards, so maybe making it more visible would be better for customers.

I put in a pick-up order yesterday but I had meant to make it a drive-up order. I called the store about 5:00p and it seemed really busy. Someone I spoke to stayed on the phone with me and walked me through changing my order on the app so I could remain in my car. THAT is exceptional customer service.

I was BLOWN AWAY and wish the City stores (Elston, Addison, and Larrabee specifically) would take note on how to take care of customers and true collectors. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!

Curbside car pickup up was very fast and friendly even during cold wind and very low temperatures. The application was very fast, organized and full of handy features.

The ease of the app as well as the quick team members tending to you once you pull up. Before you know it, items are loaded in the trunk and off you go!!! Great service!!!

The associate at the order pick-up wasnt friendly at all, she actually gave the impression that she was annoyed with having to attend to me so that I could retrieve my order, she even rolled her eyes when another associate made her aware of my presence and expressed that I was there to pick up an order. I was literally the only customer in line.

BEWARE! I was in this store (my store) this morning. Masks are required. I counted 6 customers wearing masks below their nose and mouth. Not one employee said a word! In addition, a cashier was not wearing a mask at all. I am aware that she has a disability, but she is facing the public. I will not shop here anymore. The customers at the Evanston store are much more diligent.

The Target app for ordering items via Drive Up is amazing. The pickup experience is fantastic.

This is one of the worst Targets when it comes to employees helping customers with in demand collectibles. They frequently tell customers they won’t look for, or can’t find something. Only to see it leave inventory soon after you leave the store. Pretty rude.

Bad costumer service in my experience. Here is my story. I was buying 4 L’Oréal Paris Elvive hair mask that has peely coupon attached to each item. The cashier rang them up with no problem. Also I have the Rotho eye drop that has $5 off clip to my wallet. They called the manager saying this coupon won’t work because the item is only $4.99 then she look at the screen and ask where’s all this coupon from? The cashier replies for her 4 L’Oréal items.Then the manager says oh no you can’t buy these! She said only one coupon her household! From what I understand as long as the coupon peely are attach to a product you can buy as many as you want. I mean that is the purpose of the coupons to make you buy more. Right!To end this nightmare, I just left empty handed and told her she can keep em. Then I called corporate.I can already tell when she came up to the cashier she had a bad attitude and scolding the cashier. I love target but this location. Forget it! If I can give half a star or None much better!

This is for an online pickup, something I paid for hours before arriving at the store. The folks there were very unprofessional, when arriving it took a few minutes for them to greet me at all. When I did get the items they did not give it to me in a bag, I received them in my arms to carry out. I also received no receipt, when getting to the front door the security guard stopped me saying that there was no evidence that I have purchased this online. She then called back to those who packed my order for them to say they did not know about my order. I had to sit there an extra 10 minutes and go through my emails to prove that I have purchased this instead of their employees doing their job properly.

An associate by the name of Beckie at the Niles store went out of her way to help me find something they were out of at another Target store. She truly made me feel like a valued guest. She is to be commended. Bravo

I have nothing against the store. I enjoy shopping there. My friend and I were in the store yesterday. My friend was looking for a product in the cosmetics aisle. She told me to watch her purse because she was bending down looking for something. There was a teenager in the same aisle. She asked for help finding a product. I turned my attention to her while her friend quietly came up behind us. If I hadnt turned around her friend would have put her hand in my friends purse and stolen her wallet. They ran off. Ladies - IF YOUR PURSE IS IN THE CART, ALWAYS MAKE SURE IT IS CLOSED. DONT TURN YOUR BACK ON YOUR PURSE. DONT BE DISTRACTED BY SOMEONE WHO MAY BE LOOKING TO STEAL SOMETHING. MORE IMPORTANTLY, IF YOU CAN, HOLD ONTO YOUR PURSE RATHER THAN LEAVING IT IN THE CART. We were lucky. This could happen anywhere. Just be careful.

The target team member was so courteous. I ordered a faux fur jacket for my 10-year-old granddaughter. The team member commented on how soft it was and Im so glad she did. If an adult really liked this jacket and how soft it was, so will my 10-year-old granddaughter.

What a great place and has almost everything you need. From clothing and home needs. I can easily get what I want here, it was well organized, wide and clean. Great service as well.

Target is one of the better big box stores. This target was clean organized and the cashiers we fast. I like the seasonal and the sports sections they have there

Also, the quality of clothing is comparable to other name brand stores. My children were practically raised in a Target! Cant say enough.

All items ordered were correct. I picked up a few more items to pay at the pickup desk instead of going to separate pay stations. Needed help to find section N for umbrellas and the associate took me to the spot.

The new addition to the site is a major upgrade. The wine and beer section is very nice and the new self help kiosks to checkout are very useful to get in and out from. The store also has a pick up spot outside now. High fashion.

Target has quality brands at competitive prices. If its unavailable in the store I can also find it online. The managers and employees are friendly and helpful.

New remodel complete. Separate entrance to the grocery section which is really nice cause you can just park down at that end and go in. Only thing is, there are no checkers at that end so you still have to walk all the way down to the other entrance and then all the way back thru the store to get to your parking spot. Other than that, its beautiful now. Used to be kind of a dump and now its beautiful and new and you can actually find things.

I love target and the savings! Not to mention using the he cartwheel and red card for extra savings. Its a clean and well maintained store with friendly staff.

I just drove here from another location to check on an item and although I had good service at the other store, this visit was outstanding from a customer service point of view. Joey from electronics and Isiah at checkout helped me. Both did a great job.

The store is currently being remodeled on the inside and the parking lot, which is shared with the Costco is under construction which makes this place a nightmare to navigate any time its busy, definitely on the weekends. However, I think it will be great when its done. Otherwise, great location and great inventory at the store.

Over the past two months theres been a decline in this store keeping popular products in stock, as well as their frozen foods section which is in total disary. Ive shopped here for two years, and its apparent that theres been a change in management. Hopefully theyll get back on track.

Thank goodness this Target is expanding. I cant wait to see what it looks like when it is done. I just hope there are more traffic light sin the area.

I love Target, and this store is no different. Its clean, employees are friendly, and I never have to wait in line (although I go on weekdays, not weekends). The one thing I dislike about this store is that the sides are switched! Most stores have the grocery on the right and house stuff on the left. This one does not. Its hard to get used to, and you realize how crazy wide the store is when you come in the wrong door and have to trek to where you want to be.

The convenince and customer service

Currently remodeling but they are open during construction. The changes will move the entrance making the parking lot less congested right near the entrance. It will be easier to get in or out of the lot during busy periods when they are finished.

Update on this story below Today went back to target found out the SIM card will not work with their towers! So the phone can not be activated! Bottom line target is selling outdated phones outdated SIM cards! will not work! $150 for a brand new OUTDATED PHONE! Beware there is a scam going on at target!Bought a new prepaid phone from target tonight brought it home set it up it did not activate. Went back to store they said they couldnt activate it. Called Verizon help they said take it back to target ONLY THEY CAN ACTIVATE THE PHONE !!! Beware idiots are taking over TARGET! Now must go back a 3rd time to Target!!!

Great customer service I received. That was my comment on why I gave a high score. Customer service means everything to me. It is the reason I return to certain stores.

Large and recently remodeled Target with a sizable grocery section. There seemed to be plenty of time check out lanes that were staffed, so no long lines.

I chose drive up for my purchases. When I got home I noticed that the cup I purchased was dented and the lid was broken. So I had to go all the way back to the store to exchange the cup. It defeated the purpose of me choosing the drive up option. It was worse because I was already home, then had to go back.

Total remodel and its amazing!! This is not the typical Target, everything is new and beautiful. If youre used to the old layout get ready to get lost but you wont care! I love that there are two entrances now...also the new signs are bilingual. Fun new clothes are just the beginning. So much to see, cant wait to go back....its like a toy store for grownups 😉

My favorite place to shop and get things I need for the house. Decorations for the holidays. Even I do some grocery shopping. The staff work hard for customer. Love the clothes too!

Messy aisles and really bad quality of produce. I understand that they are remodeling, but some of the tomatoes and strawberries are covered in mold and the selection is not as good as at other locations . I was looking for Honest Diapers but two weeks in a row they didnt have the sizes I needed. Not enough cashiers ! This location looks like a busy one and needs a better management! Please!

Really big Target in comparison to some of the others I have been to before. It is where I went for most of my college needs because the had such a great selection and pricing of their home goods. The employees are always willing to answer any questions I have/ show me to any products I am looking for. They are also very accomdidating when it comes to carrying big items out to your car for you.

Ive been coming to this Target since it was built. I mean, its Target. Theres not so much to say. But the workers have been helpful, in my experience, and keep the shelves and store clean, stocked, etc.

Everyone in the store is friendly and offers help. Theres an amazing variety of products and fun to shop!

This is a large Target store with groceries and all the usual items you would find at a Target. Home goods, video games, clothing, toys, etc. Its a great spot to find baby toys and clothes and the store also has a Starbucks inside.
