I ordered a sale mystery pack turns out they shipped three mystery packs plus dish towels, cooling blocks, various other types of vinyl I never ordered, Do not get confused in this business order page, I had no idea it would cost me over two hundred dollars for an order I had NOT completed by that I mean actually finished the second order had no idea they had already finished the first.I dealt with Liliana who helped with returning the first order which was the smaller of the two after they refunded they also charged again for the 2nd I had already paid for so for 203 dollars I was refunded $23 DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ORDER FORM FOR A MINUTE they snatch it up if you blink, must be HARD times for these UNHOLY bandits.Liliana was very helpful but I know she knows she gave me ill advice, but that is ok ๐Ÿ‘Œ karma can do funny things.Rosie Brittain

Although the price was great and a good variety of htv, when I received my Mega HTV pack there was an awful smell, like rotten fish, coming from the vinyl. I contacted customer service through email and followed up 3 days later with a customer service ticket (since they didnt respond to email) only to be told to air it out. Its basically unusable as I dont want my customers orders to smell. They were unwilling to help or resolve issue.

I placed an order in December 2020. My package arrived damaged, the shipping courier left it exposed to freezing rain during a storm. I contacted the company, but didnt receive any correspondence back for weeks. Finally, I was told to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I immediately did, after a month past I contacted them to check status of claim. I was told claim paperwork was sent to Heat Transfer Source, but they never responded to it. I reached out to the company again. The customer service is terrible, they dont respond back. When they do, they ask for info/ invoice # then never follow up with me. Last week I went to Messenger to msg the company & seen they blocked me from messaging them. I tried to contact the lady, Samantha, who runs the group that posts sales (where I originally made the purchase from) she blocked me also. This has been some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Im filing consumer complaints & reaching back out to the shipping carrier. This matter shouldve been resolved months ago

Cant believe all the bad reviews. i have ordered from you several times and the one time i had a problem you made it right as soon as i contacted you.yes my last order took a little longer but i believe you told me due to the virus things were slowed a little. your product is always top quality and coustomer service always helpful. will be ordering again soon

They have the best matte heat transfer vinyl! Itโ€™s a little bit thicker than Siser matte HTV but it works beautifully and Heat Transfer Source has a whole lot of color options that you canโ€™t get with Siser. Try it! You will keep coming back. I sure did!

Love the fact that they are local. Usually place a order and call them. And my order is ready to pick up in around a hour or too. Great prices also. Happy camper here

Terrible!!! They advertise that they ship orders within 1-2 business days, within 7 days if the order contains sale items. This is FALSE!!! They will print a shipping label within that time frame but the order will not ship for days after the label was created. They are very deceitful by doing this. I have ordered from them more than once and this has been the case with every order. It takes about two weeks to receive an order. I now use another company who ships as advertised but reluctantly they carry a specific type of vinyl that I cant find anywhere else, so I have to order that from them, (but Im looking for another company and will order from another company even if they have long lead times as long as they are honest about their lead times). My most recent order was placed on 4/22 the status was changed to shipped on 4/28 yet there was no tracking number provided. I contacted customer support to get the tracking number and as suspected based on previous orders that status was label created, not shipped. This company is amazing!! They have the best vinyl and sales. The vinyl is so easy to wed and comes in amazing colors and patterns.T customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are fast to respond and are always willing to please their customers. I highly recommended them.

I had a slight issue with shipping. I placed 2 orders. 1 on November 16 another November 19th from 2 storage 6 emails but same shipping info. They sent me a tracking in December after I inquired about my order. I only received 1 tracking. So I finally emailed someone and they said it was shipped on December 6 but on the 10th it was no movement. Finally it came. I asked about the other order and she was very helpful shipped it out that day and since I live in the same state it came 2 days later. Told me if I receive the other orde return to sender so I wont be charged again. I felt like I shouldve been able to keep it since I waited almost a month to receive my merchandise that I use for business......but over all I Was very happy they rectified the situation. Just the shipping is a hassle. I love their vinyl over the others. I have ordered again and no problems. I emailed them my order and they shipped out same day! EXCELLENT!

I have ordered from HeatTransferSource several times with no problems up until this most recent order. I placed my order on June 21st. On June 29th I received an email saying that my order had shipped. I expected the in house processing time to take about a week as I ordered during a sale. Ten days later I still had not received my order. I contacted them via email and left a message on their voicemail. I received an email back that said, please track this package through UPS. I HAD BEEN DOING THAT! All it showed was that the information had been entered.Nothing changed on that tracking until after they responded. Keep in mind this package is traveling from Illinois to Ohio.When I responded to the email and complained that there is no way that shipping from IL to OH should take 10 days, their response was, I apologize, your order was on sale/promotion which could take up to 7 business days to ship which your order shipped within that 7 business days. I GET THAT!! I EXPECTED THAT, BUT IT STILL DOES NOT EXPLAIN WHY THE PACKAGE SAT FOR 10 DAYS WITHOUT MOVING.Later tracking showed that I should receive my order a full 13 days after I received the email saying that my order had shipped!When I asked why it would take so long to ship from IL to OH the response I received was, Im basing off what I see on your account, and with that I said it shows that your order was shipped on the 29th and was not updated till the 6th which (thats out of our control).No apology, no explanation, just that shipping is out of their control.Apparently they use a company called mail innovations to ship.I want my shipping charges refunded! I could have walked to Illinois in 13 days!You have many places to chose from to order HTV and vinyl, skip this one, its not worth the headache.
