I called in about getting an alignment. Nothing was wrong with mine, just my tires are expensive and an alignment ensures they’ll wear evenly and that the car handles as it should. They got my car’s info (a corvette) and said it’s an hour job. The first appointment they tried to give me (830am) didn’t work for me because I NEEDED to be somewhere at 10. “Sir if you can be here at 730 on the dot tomorrow we’ll get you in first and you’ll be out quick.”Well I made the appointment and was here before 730. I asked again and got reassured on roughly an hour to do the alignment and got my car turned over and went to the waiting room.ZERO check-ins with me telling me it’s taking longer than expected. I check in after an hour and 30 minutes and get told “it should be done soon. Your car sometimes takes awhile to get setup and adjusted”. Not sure why you made the appointment and said it wouldn’t take long multiple times to me, but ok.I check again at the 2.5 hour mark. It’s already 10. “It should be done soon. I just checked and they should be wrapping up”At 1109 I’m finally brought up to pay and be on my way. Over 3 and a half hours for a regular alignment on a Chevy vehicle with zero suspension modifications at all. I couldn’t even get a print out of the specs since “the printers are out of ink or something. I’ll get a picture and get it emailed to you.” Great. Was an alignment even done?It’s been over 48 hours since I left. I’ve called each day since and have been told they’ll be sent to me. Earlier today I called AGAIN and requested to speak to the service manager who wasn’t in apparently. “I’ll email him and he’ll definitely give you a call about the issue”. They’re closed now. Still nothing. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place.
Jeff is outstanding! Of course it will cost a little money for car repairs but with his explanation of what was needed and the purpose of, we really feel you get alot of bang for your buck there.

Canceled my inspection appointment without notice. I had been texted, called and emailed to remind me, but nothing before I drove from norfolk to Newport News to say it had been canceled.
Called a week ago to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at by a technician specifically the gas tank, I had been having a hard time putting gas in my car. Anyway, I made the appointment. Arrive 10 minutes before, mind you I have my 4 year old daughter with me. I walk up to the service area. Not one person acknowledged me, two people walk by never opening their mouth, asking if I had been helped nothing. So after waiting 15 minutes, I get in my car and leave. It’s a shame that their service doesn’t match the service you get when buying a car from Casey.

I am a new Chevy customer had my car under a month and the service I just received from this lady has me ready to TURN MY CAR BACK IN AND GO ELSE WHERE. Took 2 hours to have an oil change, inspection and tires rotated. Then I was charged $25 for my tire rotation,when I was told I had free tire rotation, oil changes and inspections for life.
The team is very thorough and knowledgeable about their products. I noticed alot of different vehicles from various makers getting services here as well.

My daughters truck had a 10:30 appointment. An oil change and inspection. Did not get the call about it being done till after 3:00. This is the second time this has happened. Really considering taking our business elsewhere. We even got the truck there one hour early.

Service department receptionists don’t wear masks inside and have the worst attitudes. Called and moved an appointment that they “have no recollection of” then proceeded to be dismissive after their mess up.
My wife and I had the best sales Associate name (mr.willie) he was extremely nice and made us feel comfortable dealing with him in our search to find a car I would refer everyone to him he’s awesome!
I was greeted and given instructions as soon as I drove up on the maintenance side. The waiting area is not crowded and they have COVID-19 safety signs all over the place. I was updated when my car was almost ready and brought over when it was time to pay and leave.
I would not recommend. The customer service is horrible. Considering that we are in a pandemic the employees dont wear a mask properly or do not wear one at all. And they are not sanitizing the customer waiting rooms or bathrooms.
