Had a great experience at the shop today. After my tire pressure light came on even after adding air to my tires I took my car in to see if I possibly had a nail in my tire. One of my valve stems was leaking and they replaced it. I was treated professionally, no pressure for services I did not need, their customer service was top notch. I’ll definitely be back when I need tires. Thank you!
Woke up to find my tire flat, needed a good tire at a reasonable price. Not only did they get me taken care of same day had my tire mounted and balanced and on my way in an hour. Was a great experience. Will he coming back for the next 3 my car will be needing soon.
Im so grateful for Mr. Tire. After another local tire shop said they couldnt help me with a punctured tire, Manny jumped through hoops to get me fixed up and ready for a road trip the following day. He found the tires I needed at another branch, had a technician bring them to their store (since the other branch was booked up), got them switched out and had me on my way fairly quickly - and with a great discount. Highly recommend! I was on my way back home to PA from the outer banks when I got a flat tire. I made a appointment at Firestone up the street and when I arrived they told me it was gonna take 4 hours. So I was frustrated and drove up the street and stopped and asked if they could do it. I was in and out in 30 minutes!!! Manny was very helpful and made sure we were on the road fast!! Amazing
We were on our way to Busch Gardens this morning from VB and as we got there noticed we had a flat tire. My husband put the donut on, but decided he didn’t to drive the hour home on the donut. He looked up a couple of tire places on the way home. Tire Choice in Newport News was the first place we stopped. It was 5:45pm and they closed at 7:00pm. They told my husband they could not do it…they were too busy?!?? Then we went to Mr. Tire, which was closing at 6:00pm. Manny and staff were very welcoming and had no problem taking care of us even though they would be staying later than closing time!!!! They had us in and out in no time!!! We were so appreciative. We would absolutely recommend them!!!! They were super!!!! Thank you, Manny and Mr. Tire staff!!!

Manny and Michael helped us as we rode in on basically 3 working wheels, explained specifically what was wrong, and showed us so we had proof. Their complete honesty and transparency was deeply appreciated. Throughout the repair process, they kept us updated, and finished well ahead of schedule. Had the great misfortune of unexpectedly needing four tires at one time and a friend told me about this place. I was greeted by Manny and immediately knew I was in good hands. He walked me through my options and worked with my budget while explaining everything I need to know. I’m able to do most of my own work but didn’t tell manny this and he still didn’t try to upcharge or tell me I needed to fix anything that isn’t actually broken like other shops in the area will. It’s great to know that there are still trustworthy honest mechanics and decent people around. Overall it was an easy, quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend. Thanks Manny!

Had a great experience with this shop. I am sorry I missed the technician’s name but he helped me with a tire that had a leak. He repaired it quickly, was very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We will definitely be going back when we need tires.

I’d recommend Mr. Tire to anyone. I was having major issues with my car and the front desk representative Manny allowed me to bring my car last minute. The team is extremely professional and friendly. As a female car parts are foreign to me. For better understanding Mike gave a visual representation of the parts malfunction. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Saved me money on replacing a tire after i drove over a nail. They brought out several compression hoses to put air in it where it was parked instead of driving it up, preserving the wheel. Manny’s customer service was great and the mechanics out back were very informative. Will be coming back in the future.
I stopped in on a Saturday morning for my car state inspection. I was in and out within one hour.....amazing!! I normally go to AAA and have a three hour wait. The man who assisted me, Manuel Martinez, was sooo nice and knowledgeable. This is my new spot for state inspections and more. If you want quick, accurate service with great customer service, this is is your place.

I am going to rate this service 4 stars... Exceptional service to my vehicle however when my son brought my car in for me; standing at 64 nearly 400lbs he was told the total was $100, when I called in it went up to $150...My biggest concern/grievance is that I was charged a higher fee because the thought was I dont know any better...jus my lil ole opinion.

We went to the Mr. Tire Auto Service Center at 13807 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA with our vehicle just arriving from out-of-state and needing an immediate Virginia state inspection. We had a scheduled appointment with the DMV in Williamsburg, 30 minutes away, to obtain title and tags one hour later. The manager, Michael, and his staff were as professional and efficient as anyone could hope for. They not only took us in as a no-notice walk-in, but ensured our inspection was completed promptly, making it possible for us to travel the 30 minutes to Williamsburg and arrive in time to successfully meet our appointment. It’s encouraging to see such dedication to customers’ needs from the staff at this Mr. Tire location, especially in this day and age when most other businesses and state agencies seem to live in constant fear of COVID and are happy to cut staff and push customers away.
Got an inspection here when all other surrounding shops we quoting a 7-day wait list. I was in and out in 30 minutes time. Manny WILL make it happen. Very professional, yet personal service! The service alone, is enough to guarantee that I will be a recurring customer.

I was able to get my state inspection in a saturday with no trouble at all. The other inspection stations in the area were unable or unwilling to do it on the weekend. I was in and out of here within an hour and did not even need to make an appointment.
Ill give the five star they deserve. (But they are my secret.) Youre going to have to figure why.!
I came into Mr. Tire before they opened and waited in the parking lot (I had No problem waiting until they opened) but the very nice gentleman, David, at the front desk saw me waiting and he opened up 10 minutes early! I had Already gone to multiple places and had no luck because I needed An urgent tire repair in a hurry because I had To be in Virginia Beach at 9am. Bill who was repairing my tire was in top of it! He randomly was here early as well (must be my lucky day) because he usually doesn’t come in until 9! My tire ended up not being repairable so I had To buy a new tire and they had one pretty much identical to mine. These guys are awesome!

I hate leaving negative reviews but unfortunately this issue was bad enough it warranted one. I had my Dodge Charger serviced here and immediately started having issues after the brakes were replaced. When braking the steering wheel would shake and a knocking sound could be heard. I immediately drove to the dealership the same day and was informed several bolts were left loose during an alignment and the steering gear wasnt reset. The dealership when through and torqued everything and redid the brake job and the issues immediately disappeared. Im leaving 3 stars in the assumption that this was a one off error because things happen to the best of us. Unfortunately I will not be returning for any future services or repairs.

I came here because of a tire with low air and a nail. I was properly advised that the tire couldnt be fixed because I still have a warranty on the tires I will take my car back where I purchased them from but the customer service was awesome. I will back in the future

The only reason I am giving this shop 3star is because of Mr. Manny and the mechanic who finally fixed my car correctly, Mike.If you choose Mr. TIRE on warwick, make sure they are there and you stay with your vehicle. Communication is NOT the manager, David, strong point. I needed a wheel bearing. 4 visits later, and 3 full days of them having my car, Mr. Manny and Mike made sure to rectify the TERRIBLE customer service I received from David, the manager, and got my car back.to me within a hour. I just wanted to say that I had some brake work done at Mr tire a couple of months ago and I noticed that my brakes were squealing just recently. I contacted them and they told me to come right in. Not only did they order me brand new brake pads they made sure that whatever I needed to make those brakes stops squealing they replaced at no cost to me. The service manager at the time name was Aaron and she was so courteous and the tech working at the time was just the same too. His name was Roger. There also was a young man volunteering helping out to and did a great job too. I can only say positive things about Mr tire because they made sure my car was taken care of. And their goal was to make sure their customer was satisfied. And they did exactly that I am so happy for the work they did I recommend Mr tire to anyone who want to make sure that they get the best service and to know that they will be taken care of properly. Thanks for all the work you did. And the great customer service!

Upgrade on the place is nice. Proffesional personnel all around. They wont sugar coat in what is wrong with your car, which is a good thing. And they will show you the part that they need to replace at the same time thinking about the customers safety while in the garage area.
Excellent, prompt and complete repair on my 96 4 runner
Do not take your car there to have your engine worked on. You wind up with a big Bill like I did with a $12, 000 and car not running. I took my truck down to have the actuator gear reset and distributor reset. They replace my new distributor with an old distributor old cam sensor wire that they put on there when they splice back together also they cut wires on my vehicle that is sliced together did not put tape or anything on them bust up my shroud radiator they cut the wire on the crank sensor for what reason I dont know . I had to go back and fix all the problem that they made then I had to find a problem with the problem with the truck that was going on with the truck but the truck running now. Never ever take a vehicle to them again.

Went for a state inspection, oil change, and general check-up/servicing. Waited for about two hours, but I went midday without an appointment, so it was expected. Was served by Israel and he was very upfront with cost, and willing to answer any questions I had with helpful suggestions. They even gave me some discounts on products I wasnt aware of, just to help me save money. Easy and painless as it should be!

Be sure to get everything in writing. I explicitly asked what the total and final cost would be for a full set of tires and installation. I was shown the written cost of two sets; one $887 and one $980. I selected the lower cost option. When I returned to pay I was charged $100 more. I’m rating this establishment with three stars as I support small business and should have better protected myself however I will never return to this option when there are so many more in the area that offer better rates and potential discounts. I’m certain their service is fine just be aware and get everything in writing.

I told them about my previous experience and that the other company told me I needed this and that, but they checked my car out and I only needed one of those items!!!
