Their drinks were yummy, the shop is bright n clean but you guys need to improve your service. The girl that took my order was not welcoming at all because she didnt greet or even a smile. However, the guy was very nice; my husband dropped his straw on the floor and he was about to go to ask for a new one, but the guy already knew it and he gave him a new one. He was very attentive when my HB dropped it I saw him checked us out immediately through to the reflection on the mirrors; I will be back.

Super easy to order online. Was ready in 3 mins. Just popped in to pick it up and off I went. Only grip was the extremely limited parking.

First timers and my girls and I loved it! They give you options to adjust your ice and sugar, options for milk as well, my kids got THE MONSTER (recommended) and the prices are super good from other tea locations, from other reviews I had seen, recommended to go to the shop instead of ordering online, we will definitely go there again!!!

Dirty run down.. plants with moldy water and hasn’t been swept or wiped down in what seems like weeks or longer.

This Ding Tea location hasn’t opened yet but I stopped by with my family a couple days ago not knowing that. Luckily on that day the staff was doing training and the owner was very kind and offered us complimentary drinks! Every member in my family has very different tastes but we all ended up with a drink that we loved. I tried the strawberry yogurt and its like a gogurt but better. My mom loved the kumquat lemon drink because it reminds her of xi muoi. Also pictured was a mango drink and the well-liked lemon yakult drink. Thumbs up!

Horrible service! We ordered online four different drinks and none of them were what we ordered! Size, suger amount, flavored, topping all wrong!!

Advertises fruits inside milk tea drinks on their tv but in reality there’s no fruits whatsoever in the drinks.

I dont know about their tea, but they kept my friends phone in a safe place until he was able to go grab it since he lost it there a day prior. They are trustworthy 🙌

Finally a successful and tasty boba place on the peninsula! I love their milk teas for a mid-day treat :)

I came around 6 and there were about 10+ signs advertising boba. Long story short, the employee informed me that they had run out of the boba. Definitely should keep better stock of an item that prominently advertised. Tea was alright. More ice than seemed necessary.

I frequent the NB location so this review is for that one: Delicious tea, delicious boba, most of them are friendly and informative (one isn’t) and they have me hooked on the wintermelon tea w the honey boba! I look forward to my tea every day! I highly recommend this place!
