Jamaal was so helpful and hospitable. He made transitioning from T-Mobile to Verizon quick and easy. Prior to me coming in, I had called the store several times to check on the status of the phone I ordered and he ended up being the one to answer my calls each time. I had several details of my order wrong (down to the name on the order 😂), but he was patient with me and looked in the stock room for me each time I called. When I came in tonight, I saw he had written a sticky note with my information on it and taped it to the computer so he could keep a look out. Super kind and helpful!

We picked up the bogo deal on her new 12 pro and walked out of there feeling great about the experience. This store is the best one that I have been to in the metro Atlanta area. I moved south of Atlanta after living in John’s Creek and East Cobb for 30 years. I know several of their stores.

I went in expecting bad service since this store is nowhere on Yelp or maps. My wife and I walked in looking at iPhone cases for our new iPhone 12 Pro Max phones. DJ (I think that’s his name, I’m awful with names.) greeted us as soon as he finished up with the customers he was with. He helped us pick out phone cases, I actually bought a case through his recommendation that I wouldn’t have bought without speaking with him. We also bought glass screen protectors and a USB-C fast charge adaptors. He was very courteous and professional and a pure joy to be around. I will forever go to this store for all of my needs for the rest of my cell phone days. Exceptional customer service.

My phone display bit the dust today and Kaitlyn did a phenomenal job helping me replace it. She balanced each phone description between what advantage it offers and what I would sacrifice by each option. She did not try to upsell me and made sure she offered options in my desired price range. She helped get all of my data transferred and was patient the whole time! I just went into Verizon off Bullsboro in Newnan. Im not tecnically oriented. Im 66 years old. Sometimes these new phones can be frustrating. But, D. J. Hopkins quickly took charged and alleviated my frustrations. He did a wonderful job showing me what was going on! I really appreciate so much his and Verizons service!

In the process of upgrading my Samsung Note 8 to a Note 10, I found the need to get some help from the friendly folks at Russell-Cellular in Sharpsburg. I was fortunate to be assisted by Valerie, a veteran with that team and a real pro. The office is set up to provide all the social distancing you need, and her engaging and upbeat service started the visit off exceptionally well. She was able to effortlessly complete some data transfers and setups that I had not been able to do myself and did so with lightning speed and a smile on her face. This level of service is rare these days and I truly appreciated being treated with kindness, respect, professionalism and courtesy. I suspect the culture there is a perfect fit for this nice young lady. To the operators of that business....kudos for your training and your discerning ability to hire great folks. Ill be back and Ill tell my friends.

10000000% recommend this store over the other Verizon store in our area. I popped in 8 minutes before closing with a crisis and the two guys behind the counter (Juan & DJ I believe their names were) didn’t hesitate to help me. I apologized for keeping them late about 500 times every time they seemed sincerely okay with staying late to help me. Juan programmed my new phone for me, talked me through different changes I could make to my plan to save money, helped me choose a protector for my phone, and was very patient with all my questions, even well after closing time. I am so impressed. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service!

I came into the store last night about an hour before closing. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. I ended up having to get a new phone because of a technical issue with mine. Juan was, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable and outstanding rep that you could have asked for. He went above and beyond to help me make the right decision on a phone but never pushing to make you feel like you needed to buy something, he back my old phone up and set up my new one. He explained every step of the way.It was well after closing before I was finished but he never made my experience feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. This was without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He is so incredibly smart and knowledgeable about all aspects of technology. I love this store and have used it for years and tonight was another example of why I would never go anywhere else!!!

Went there with my Mom to upgrade her from a flip phone (yes, they still exist!). We both dreaded the experience based on some past trips to another Verizon store. We were SO pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very professional and cheerful. Jordan, who primarily assisted us, was absolutely great! She listened to my Moms needs, found a great affordable option and patiently walked us through set up. Totally recommend this store.

Juan was an incredible representative.Im shocked at the 3 reviews Ive read on here. My experience here was radically Superior to any Ive ever had at any other cellular retailer.I left my phone outside in the rain and it stopped working. Totally my fault, but a nightmare, especially at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon.I work 65 hours a week, my phone is a critical piece of equipment, and I never have time for the kind of hassle that changing phones always seems to be.I rushed to the closest store, because I had to work at 8am the next morning, all day, repeat Tuesday, and it would have been impossible for me to get into a store any other time before Wednesday.Luckily for me, I arrived at the place 10 minutes before closing. There were two reps, who were each helping other customers. I was greeted and asked what kind of assistance I needed, then assured Id be assisted once someone became available.After 30 minutes or so, Juan came over and looked at my old phone and tried to revive it, to no avail. I let Juan know that I just wanted an inexpensive phone to keep me connected. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He patiently showed me all of my options without trying to oversell me. He also looked over my familys plan to try to save us some money. He had great energy and enthusiasm, despite the fact that we were there over an hour past closing.Juan made the dreaded task of replacing a phone almost enjoyable. Definitely the finest customer service Ive ever dealt with in a wireless retail setting. Top 5, at least, all time, customer service across all retail experiences.This guy should be training people on exactly how to perform that job. He could not have been better.
