The associate that helped me finally sold me the correct rear windshield wiper! It was my third visit to AutoZone because the first two individuals did not give me the correct wiper for my car. Very frustrating to say the least. I gave them all the exact same info about the vehicle and it took until the third to give me what I needed. The first visit was the worst when the child working kept asking me if he was getting the correct size.....ummmm Im pretty sure thats why I asked you is I didnt know which one.... anyways thanks a bunch to the guy who really knew what he was doing! Its been installed and working great!

Being the first auto parts store in the area several years ago, AutoZone has been my go to auto parts store. I do price check and shop around and sometimes others are better for price or selection. I do like AutoZones tool rental program (although I havent checked other stores regarding tool rental)... renting rarely used tools is great for unusual projects!

I dont even know where to begin on saying how great Stephanie and Tawney were. Alternator went out while driving and I made it in to their parking lot. They were nothing but helpful, checking the alternator, finding me tools to use, and making sure I was taken care of.It is great to know there is customer service like this still out there.

When I went in the store I was greeted by management and the customer service rep. They were so willing to help me find what i needed. I love that they made sure I had what I needed and had a great conversation at the register as well. Great customer service and beautiful smiles

Had a busted radiator hose assembly that is back ordered nationally. Stephanie spent 30+ min talking it over and searching for parts to help find a temporary solution that got me back on the road. Amazing customer service!

They are helpful and informative. Offer you buy one get one free accessories some time with some certain items, like I bought brakes and they offered me buy one get one free brake fluid. I was also given a small pouch of grease for free while other parts store will try their best to sell you that pouch with brakes. Most of the time they had items in stock already.

I went into the store today for some assistance on a part. An older gentleman just asked if I wanted to check out I needed some assistant. About apart and what one would I need I bought him in what I had he told me to go over there and see what I need I explain to him that I didnt know what I needed that at the time and can you help me to make sure I get the right one it seems as if I was inconveniencing him for help the worst customer service Ive had it in a long time I want to believe in that store going to Advance Auto Parts for some assistance they was very helpful

Hands down the best experience Ive had at an Autozone EVER. Top notch customer service from the employees. They went over and above to find what I needed even though it was a hard to find piece for my car. Im used to my Autozone experience being rushed and unhelpful but this store took good care of me. Will definitely return.

I had previously had my battery tested and it needed replacing. The man goes maam are you sure you need a battery? Ii explain Ive had it tested but he test again but sends a new employee to test it the battery and alternator. They tell me the battery and alternator dont need replacing I didnt get the battery I needed. The next day by alternator goes out at an intersection!

Where do I even begin, first of all I didnt even want to give them 1 star but I cant post this review if I dont. My daughter and her father who is legally blind and handicapped came into their store today in the pouring rain to return core batteries they couldnt get the door open and nobody would help them they finally got inside the store and my daughter fell and broke her hand which she didnt know it was broken at the time but she was hurt they didnt ask her if she was okay, they didnt come over and help her up, they offered no assistance whatsoever and never asked her if she was okay. What kind of person or people would do such a thing theyre not even human. How can you watch someone fall and not even offer any assistance or ask them if theyre okay like it never happened. We will be getting a lawyer and suing this store. When I called them to ask them why they did not assist my family they told me they were not required to help people really!!!!!

Went there at 730am, when they are supposed to be open, Noone was there no cars in parking lot but their delivery vehicles and mine. Lights came on at 730am but Noone was home. Had to go to advanced auto parts to get motor oil. Typical Temple Avenue Autozone.

I have lived in Newnan for over a decade now and have shopped at that store over two dozen times and Ive only had one good experience there. The customer service is WAY below par and they act like theyre doing me a favor to find a part for me in the computer. Ive all but stopped shopping there and would rather spend more money with another competitor so I dont have to leave there aggravated with them. HORRIBLE customer service. Guys, if youre that unhappy there QUIT!!!

I never go to anything other than napa but i went in to see if they could get a motor mount for my wifes 2012 kia rio and was greeted by the worst customer service ever the guy behind the counter was wearing a grey shirt i assummed manager well if he was he doesnt act as if he is anyhow i proceeded to ask about the motor mount after standing there 10 min waiting to be helped with no one in front of me they were to busy on there store phones and CELL PHONES to help a customer then when i asked if he could get it he said he could order it i told him i was just checking to be sure they can get it because my napa cant he basically acted as if i inconvienced him but i will not be returning to this store P.S IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO

Ok good place to get parts

Went to get an air filter and some 5/16” hose. Guy came back with 3/8” which was no big deal, but started huffing and puffing when i corrected him that it was 5/16”. Place has horrible customer service since the former employees were thrown around to different locations.
