I will NEVER use this location to get my car serviced ever again. I was laughed at in an extremely unprofessional manner by an employee today. The technician (Sandy) didnt put all of the bolts back into my skid plate durring my last oil change, causing it to hang down under my car and scrape the road when I drove. When I went to have it fixed, there appeared to be no one there. So I drove around to leave, but saw a group of 6 to 8 employees in the back hanging out, including the technician who changed my oil last. I rolled my window down and before I could say anything I heard him joking and laughing about how I had something hanging from under my car, as if it werent his fault it was that way in the first place. I went in to speak to the store manager and was informed that the tire center is, in fact closed due to the remodel. He encouraged me to take my car to the PTC location, which I did, and they fixed the issue.

The reason its one star: DO NOT get your oil changed here, we had ours done here today (11-10-19) and the didnt put the oil cap back on the car and oil exploded all over the engine and is leaking out the bottom because they didnt put the drain plug in right either. People do not know how to do a simple oil change. Photos below.

Took over 3 hours to have tires put on and supposedly balanced to find out that they did not even balance the tires they ran the tires on the machine and did not bother to even put the weights on horrible service which I guess its my fault cause you shouldnt have your car serviced at the same place you buy your groceries.

On my first attempt to buy tires, the TRAINEE didnt know how to use the computer and there was no one to assist him. I waited for 45 minutes and the line (of two people) hadnt moved. I left. I called the following day, I let the phone ring for at least 10 minutes; no one ever answered. I called back later--same thing! Ill take my business elsewhere. Dont bother dealing with these people. The savings isnt worth the trouble. They just dont care.

Flat tire .....curb hitter....they were more than friendly and they opened up at 7 and by 705 had my car right in there repairing my damaged tire. Being from out of town heading back to Fl I appreciated their promptness in helping me get back on the road. Thanks for all you do !!

I was in the midst of a drive to lower Alabama with over 300 miles still to go and it was raining on the interstate. My tires seemed to be losing traction and I was very nervous. I pulled off to find someplace on a late Sunday afternoon that could help me out and Walmart Automotive in Newnan did just that. They were quick and courteous, and allowed me to bring my small dog in to sit with me. 5 stars all the way around.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Why say you open at 7 when you cant work on cars until 8 when the second technician gets there. Change your hours to 8. I asked why no one had helped me after waiting for 15 minutes and was told very rudely that they had to have 2 techs to be able to do anything. And then had to wait another 45 minutes to even begin service. It was a simple oil change that shouldnt have even caused an issue but now today I discover that the aerodynamic cover placed under the engine was not installed properly and only 3 out of the 10 screws needed to hold it in place were present and 1 of those was sitting at a hard angle, again not installed properly. DO NOT GO HERE. You get what you pay for.

I tried calling 3 times to set up an appointment to get new tires but after someone answering my call the first 2 times without even saying hello, they put me on hold right away. Then the 3rd time they answered the phone again without greeting me, told me to hold and then hung up on me. So i guess i will be spending my money else where. Customer service is absolutely rude, I wish they said their name but if they can’t even say hello then I can’t expect much.

I came on a weekday morning thinking it wouldnt be too bad... still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change.

Just needed 2 new front tiresThree employees walked past me nobody even acknowledged my presence.I would rather pay more to have customer service .Needs a new team of employees or better pay everyone looked miserable

This is the second time in a month that I arrived to get tire service at 7am when they open, but due to being short staffed, they had me waiting until after 8am for service. I also feel like I was scammed by the tire warranty.

Do not go here for tires! We just waited almost 2 hours for a new tire, mind you, there were very few people there. And they didnt even put my hubcap back on or my valve stem cap. (My hubcap goes under the lugnuts). So I ask them to find my hubcap and it was sitting on top of the trash can. The guy there could have done it but was off the clock. Everyone seemed like they were in slow mo, or didnt want to be there. 🤦‍♀️

My friends told me not to go to Walmart for tires but i didnt listen and boy did i suffer for it. They not only put on the wrong tires but they also put them on the wrong side of my car. After all was said and done it took them over 7 hours to put 4 tires on my car. DONT GO TO WALMART FOR TIRES!!

Customer service is really bad. They never told me when my car was done with my oil change and didnt do the tire rotation I asked them to do, which is fine, as long as they tell you they didnt. No communication whatsoever and I was in Walmart for over two hours waiting on my car. Come to find out it was done in like 30 minutes.

2.5 hrs and two patches later they finally plugged my tire. Wow never again.
