I love shopping this store. They have items I cant find in Thomaston & Griffin.

Clean, found items quickly but one staff member had no idea how to help me and didnt even check with anyone else. He just said sorry I dont know what you are talking about... wow okay. Thanks but no thanks?

Pro service side not customer service oriented at all! One cashier with a huge line while 4 people talking to each other at the pro service desk. No loaders to be found either, had to wait almost 20 min for someone to show up to lower materials from top shelf. Thats why I rather shop across the street

Always a good experience. Customer service is phenomenal and always willing to help you find what you are looking for. Prices are comparative to Lowes, but I often find that Home Depot is slightly better in price and stock availability.

All of my visits are great experiences. They are quick and easy. They have the products / items at the location that I shop. Every one is very nice and helpful. I have no problems ordering online and receiving my items in a timely fashion and in great conditions. I shop the Newnan, Ga. Location. The store is clean and well stocked when I shop which is awesome. I recommend this store.

Great tools! But customer service is terrible dont wear work clothes if your returning or swapping they will put all the stops out on you, if you can go to peach tree city or Lowes home depot are very rude

Places an online order, had my wife come with a baby and they sent her back saying she needs to come back in 20min. It was 1 box of hurricane straps. Ridiculous that no one can go grab it. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING AT THIS STORE, I SUGGEST YOU GO AND GET IT YOURSELF.

I do have my credit with HD and buy most things that I need, but as far as the employees helping out costumers, Dont expect a whole lot, I hate to say it but Lowes has you guys beat at helping there costumers find what they need, Loading or unloading or coming out for delivery for installation, HD needs to definitely step up there game !

One of the most mismanaged, deceitful stores Ive ever been! My door isnt being installed because of their and their installers lack of customer care. I have taken numerous hours and calls since ordering my door. Im the customer. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! All wrong info and no door! Thanks a lot! Maybe I can wait another 9 weeks for something Ive already paid for?!?!?!

The greeter was really nice and helped me find exactly what I needed without having to roam the isles. It was a quick in and out visit for some tomato stakes.

Bought a DeWalt weed eater for $100 2 months ago cash. In addition I spent about $4,000 in a move we just did between lawn equipment moving supplies and reconstruction. DeWalt weed eater stopped spooling so I brought it in to exchange it. They said no our policy has changed because I didnt have my receipt that fades after a couple months anyways I couldnt do the return unless I had my credit card that I used. I paid cash. So I went across the street to Lowes and spent $200 on a new weed eater and edger there. I guess I know where Im shopping from here on out for my home supplies

I purchased a few lengths of Eaves and Rake strips for a storage building and purchased a Eaves strip extra when I needed a Rake strip. Since I didnt have my receipt they refused to let me EXCHANGE it for the actual peice I needed. Let me state that this Eaves strip was only $2.38 and was made to feel like I didnt purchase this from them despite their SKU sticker on it. Really!!! A $2.38 item and I was turned away like I had obtained it in a manner other than actually paying for it. If you shop Home Depot, be aware of their POOR customer service and how they make you feel, if you cannot provide a receipt for a $2.38 item. Lowes is my new home improvement store going forward.

Ordered an item for curbside pickup, item I had already purchased was sold to someone else, this store has tied up thousands of dollars of my money and the store managers response was literally just to hang up the phone when questiond about the ethics of taking my money only to tie up thousands of dollars in a return knowing that all banking institutions are closed for the next three days because of a national holiday. Yep that is just what soldiers died for so corporations can screw customers just for fun...

Newnan store is where we shop most. peachtree not customer service friendly. we parked 1st place outside garden ctr during rain. picked 2 rose bushes headed to cashier as the two young clerks locked door(5.30). i asked could we please ckout and get to our car. we were told tp pay up front. we had to walk to opposite end of store to pay. then walked in rain to car in front of garden ctr.

Went to Home Depot with my arm in a sling due to a shoulder injury. I was selecting and loading a almost $1000 worth of lumber onto a couple of carts. Some young employee kept mosying on past me like he had nothing to do, no hustle or sense of purpose in his step. This guy had the audacity to walk past me while I was loading lumber onto a cart with a sling on my arm 3 times without so much as saying a word to me. I then asked for help loading my truck at the checkout and nobody seemed to know who was supposed to help customers load. I waited 20 minutes and then advised a gentleman who was helping the forklift backing up of the situation and this wasnt even this mans job. He helped me load it. The same moseying young dude who was wearing gloves came up, like daintily touched one board that the guy was loading, then walked off all slow and lazily. I thanked the guy who stepped up, and Thank you again Mike at Pro Services for helping me out when it wasnt even your job to do it. The guy who was supposed to help, or at least looked like he was dressed for it with the work boots and gloves acted like he didnt want to work. I blame poor management.

I gave them a 5 🌟 for customer service everything went so smoothly thank you. 👏

The outside was dirty, trash and debris from packing of chairs, etc not picked up, plus wet and rainy. I know it is hard to maintain outside cleanliness completely but it seemed bad today.

I understand stand being short staffed as I was told when I asked for help.. But Ive waited over an hour to get help with a simple item that was on the top shelf In garden .there has been several employees pass by me and not one ask if I need help. When I ask for there help they say short staffed be right with you. The lady lori upfront has ask for someone to help 4 times an still no show . Seems like poor management . Finally as Im about to walk out the door they try one more time to help. Nitra and David came to the rescue she got on the mower lift and pack down 10 boxes just to get to my item . She deserves five stars . You need more like her an your store will run better.

First. Don’t bother calling. The phone tree is complete junk, and you’ll never get connected to a human at the store. Other than that, a pretty well run store with some great employees.

Was there 2 hours. Couldnt get any service and then we did the forklift driver could not operate the machine and none of the employees can find anybody who could they was running around like chickens with their heads cut off after we just spent over $2,000 on wood that we had to load up ourselves.

I was very disappointed with my visit. One employee decided to attempt to help me, though not very well. I was looking for plumbing repair material. The guy didnt know what I was talking about and finally just said sorry and went back to whatever he was doing. The plumbing department is scattered and poorly marked and organized. Fortunately, 2 customers were able to help me and had the same complaints as Ive listed. I wont be going back to home depot in newnan Georgia.

I havent seen this type of customer service in any Home Depot even though I have had good service in most! These guys went up and above! I live in Fayetteville but will definitely drive to Newnan to get this customer service!Thanks guys! YOU TOTALLY ROCK!!!😉

The reason Im giving a one star because someone I know was being harassed by other employees and what the other employees did was go to the higher management and said that the individual was harassing them. Instead of looking at the cameras and running the tapes back the individual was given a separation notice. If you ask me its complete discrimination and I would not shop here nor continue to have business with home depot!!

The assistant mgr. Jon and the young lady in the paint dept. was very helpful to help find k1 kerosene, that was sold out. The lady in customer service was NOT helpful at all!! Customer service is about WOW EXPERIENCE, and was not it in customer service desk last night, but Jon came thru for me and Im very grateful to him!!!

What’s the point in having employees that don’t know where anything is and tell you to use HomeDepot.com to figure out which isle the item I’m looking for is on? Seriously lady, why are you even working at Home Depot? Also, your employees should have better knowledge of your items. Watched a male employee try to rip off a female customer. We stepped in and gave her honesty. Maybe it was her blessing my husband is in the garage door business and was wearing his uniform. lol

Employees were hard to find. One of them asked me to keep my mask on (I chew tobacco and stopped to spit in my bottle) which is fine but when I turned the next aisle two home depot employees had their mask pulled down to their chin. It was pretty funny.

I went to get something and looked at the tulips. It was pretty windy that day and a tulip pot had blew off the table .It was spilt so I picked up flowers and dirt. After shopping while checking out I told the girl at the register about them. She said You know what pick them up on your way out take them home! Wasnt that nice? So I did

Had to go in for some odds and ends while expanding my tool collection. I had a little trouble finding a thing or two before finding a very helpful employee. He was in the tool aisle where my fiance and I were looking for chalk lines and he pointed us in the right direction. We asked for help one last time before heading on our way and he was quick to tell us the correct aisle we were looking for.

The store is conveniently located and has ample parking. The store is well stocked and offers a good variety of options. The store staff, when you can find them, are knowledgeable and friendly. That is my biggest, recurring complaint about this store. I understand the need to reduce overhead costs, but this results in repeated trips to the help desk to get help in different areas of the store.

Id give 0-0.5 stars if possible. Absolutely ABYSMAL service after paid for appliance installation. Product ordered 7/2/2020 for 8/3/2020 delivery. Unfortunately, power went out due to rain and delivery men left the product and hookups and help schedule a service call. First we were told no service call would be scheduled despite paying for the service. After a hangup and recall, the next attempted visit was a week later. Service window originally set for mid-day, but magically kept getting extended past midnight. Of course no one showed up. After a call and rescheduling service was supposed to come this past Tuesday, 8/11/2020. Guess what? Nobody showed up and after calling we learned that our address (which hadnt changed since the original date of delivery when the product was delivery) was somehow wrong and they couldnt get to us. Lies -- a 30 minute pre-arrival call would have allowed us to correct that but we didnt get that call either. After WE called, we were rescheduled for today, 8/13/2020. BUT GUESS WHAT? We just got a call stating that one of the delivery services was in a car accident and so we have to reschedule. I pray this gentleman was not in an accident. But it is INEXCUSABLE that Home Depot claims they cant reschedule my installation setup until 8/22/20 -- more than one week from today. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE HOME DEPOT APPLIANCE INSTALLATION -- I hope its not a scam but the facts and my experience suggest otherwise. They havent once accommodated my inconvenience or offered any remedy for the fact that theyve failed to perform their obligations. Well be a Lowes family moving forward.

This is NOT the first time I have been disappointed by this store...I shopped and spent $600, went through checkout to be told go through another LONG line for online order. So, tried calling number, as email/text instructs: watched the phone ring the entire time I was in line (again), no one could be bothered to answer... the lady returning all the cleaning supplies was obviously way too important. Why was no one specific for orders? I already paid, so now spent over $1000; awaiting my 18 pieces of metal roofing... finally advisex I would be in pro section outside waiting... they couldnt get anyone to answer page, so got a young guy to get my order.. watched him bring another order out, so I went back in store(3rd time now), found him attempting to figure out metal roofing: MY ORDER WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!! Got a refund and went to Lowes... with my husbands military which discount, it ended up less... it was less at home depot originally, the ONLY reason I even tried.
