I like the fact that you will find almost anything you need in the world of electronics here.It is convenient, you can order online and pick up at the store, you can return directly to them and not worry about anything.The thin that bothers me the most is when you need assistance. I think its getting better, but most of the time its like Home Depot. God help you get someone. If they were serving food, you would starve to death!I really hope that gets fixed, and they will be a 5 star for me.
Hard to find anyone to help and the checkout counter is confusing. You have to check out at customer service instead of the checkout counter. I bought headphones and are hoping that they are good for small ears. I was trying to decide between 3 different ones but couldnt find anyone so I just chose the one I thought was best.
NEVER buy appliances at Best Buy…EVER!!!!!!My husband purchased me a dishwasher for delivery and install for my birthday. Delivery date, installers come to install the dishwasher, however, did NOT come with the dishwasher! They were told we took the dishwasher despite none being in stock the day of purchase! Went to the store only to find out the dishwasher was NEVER in stock! Got a refund and my husband decided to buy me a range, for DELIVERY and INSTALL! Labor Day delivery brings the range but did NOT have the power cord for install!!!! I am LIVID because not only did they mess up the first time, they mess up the second time!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Furthermore, you call the store and your call is NEVER placed in the store, they outsource it to a call center, so you cannot even communicate their failure!!! The call center does not help one bit! Since they cannot call the store, nor can they make up where they fail, they just tell you to go to the store!!! EPIC FAIL FOR BEST BUY!!!! I will NEVER buy ANYTHING for delivery or installation….and I WAS a total tech member!!!

First time going to Best Buy. A lot of electronics. Very organized. Someone always trying to help you. They take their time with you. Very friendly employees. I left very greatful with a new Motorola 10 cell.
I ordered a car audio device on Oct 4 for pickup in store. Site said it was available for pickup in an hour. Notified it was not available by email. After waiting 5 days for it to become available I called and asked that the pickup store be changed. I spoke with 3 different people. None of them changed it although they said they did. Fourth person I talked to I told them change it to ship to me. I asked when will it arrive. Was told Oct 11. Informed by email that now it would be delayed. Called in and was told that it was waiting to be picked up by shipping carrier. Told me that it would be arriving Oct 25. Really?? Told them to just cancel it because at this point I don’t even want it. Was told all I can do now is wait and return at the store. Personally I won’t be buying anything from Best Buy again. Good luck if you want to take the chance in dealing with them! You hour might turn into 2 weeks.

Best BuyElectronics store in Ashley Park just off of I-85 exit 47. Plenty of options to choose from. Great choice for physically checking the electronic item, talking to a store representative and then buying the item. I have seen the store price match other competitors and also giving the option of buying from their website and having ther item delivered or picked up from the store. Electronics recycling is another option available here
I took my mom to get a new cellphone. A man named Levi helped her and was beyond great. He took the time to explain everything and made sure that she was taken care of. She was concerned about losing things from her old phone, but Levi made sure she had it all on her new phone. Thank you for making it a great experience.
Got the whole run around by Keisha (supervisor) and being told that she is refusing to return an item. She was very rude by mocking and had a terrible attitude. I appreciate the GM helping but I will be shopping at the Peachtree City location from now on.
Had a very long wait time. This has happened on my previous visit. On the first, I registered with the desk at the entrance and was told somebody would be with me. Waited 1 hr 15 minutes with reminders in between before somebody came over to provide the type of assistance needed. On the second, the actual vendor was helping me but when he requested help from the Best Buy team it never came. After 45 minutes I went to customer service and somebody eventually helped.I know they are short staffed but these long wait times are not good. Now is the time to give good customer service as the economy begins to open fully. Competition is high. I could have purchased the item from another store close by!

No one is gonna help you. Honestly how many years does Best Buy have left. Nothing on the shelves. Asked about buying a gimbal and when someone finally came to help. We found out that they actually carry 4 different kinds but you would not have known that because they only had one brand on the shelf. All those other companies are out of luck. Then I was told yeah we have this one in the back. He went to go get it. 20 minutes later he comes out, maybe we dont have it, let me keep looking out here the store for the most part is very disheveled. I finally just said nevermind. I said I was just gonna leave and go somewhere else. The associate was very happy to let me leave. Bummer of a place.

Everyone was very nice but in the end I got two products that were not at all what I was looking for. Best Buy generally seems somewhat understaffed. The good news was that I was able to return the products in another state with no problem at all.
Brandon went above and beyond in assisting us with the purchase of a new Verizon cell phone for my mom. She went to her Verizon store in Newnan for help and was turned away and was told to “just buy it online”. That is unacceptable. Brandon gave us a superior customer experience and we will refer everyone to Best Buy in Newnan, GA!

For the area it is in you would expect it to be well stocked and match other stores in the same class for layout. It doesnt. We go to most Best Buys and while this one has much more open space when you walk it, they are extremely limited on product and the stock even for tvs was the worst I have seen from any Best Buy. Many spots were bare or empty and that was in every area from small appliances to computers to gome theater. Even the demos were empty in some spots. It looked pitiful to be honest.

He Answered all the questions he could and helped do research on the ones he didnt know.Even though I didnt end up purchasing a laptop at that time due to my own inability to make a choice, I purchased something else I needed for my home with him, and I plan to return soon and only work with him.
Best Buy is becoming very competitive both in the store and online. I bought my last several electronics here including a big screen TV, game console and AV receiver. The store has a great selection of TVs, computers, smartphones, soundbars and appliances. However my experience was that not all of the display models were functioning and some of the staff seemed less than happy to be working that day. Nevertheless Best Buy is always a fun stop for me.
So obviously its a big boy store so it has a little bit of everything. I compared their prices to Amazon lighting and black Friday deals and Best buy was always $10 to $25 cheaper pre tax. Of course its hit or miss depending on how accurate the information you receive and walk out with the best produce for you needs at the best price. The blame can be equally laid against an uninformed customer who has no idea what he needs or wants or a newer employee who may not specialize in what youre in the market tonourchase on any given day. They certainly have 4vs ranging from budget 4k TCL, they make great screens, or mid range 2k 4k TVs made by Sony and LG that use various technologies to create an 8knviewing experience for 95% of the consumers. They only carry one true 8k and its a QLED where as the others are OLED. Honestly unless your budget I in limited you might as well wait till you can pick up a decent 4k for between $1k and $1.2k until next year. They do sell a variety of Dolbys new Atmos technology but Id steer clear for now. If you are looking for that immersive experience go with the $1500 Sonos kit. Which includes a sound bar that sounds like a mimics a cenwyer and a front Land R bookshelf incredibly well. It also includes a left and right rear ans of course a sub. It actually uses a technology that automatically scans the measurements and acoustics of the room you install I in and makes for a great experience. They have a nice pair of B&W, I believe, bookshelves for $299 ans they Alaine sounded amazing fir the price and size. Rhe Kkisoch reference series obviously sounded as expected bt the subs sounded like garbage. Could have been to do with rhe signal from the receiver but I honestly believe in you added proper risers witht he correct angle, calibrated their distance from the wall and a dense, thick acoustical treatment under the riser theyed be fine. Honestly knowing how to set up your speakers correctly based I room size ans adjusting fir the Acoustics with treatments. Is extremely important. If your not going to put in the time and resources just get the Sonos system its as close to pligband play perfection and requires zero effort and knowledge to have a great sounding kit. Anyway cheers hope you find what suits your needs and have a merry Christmas!!!!!
My boyfriend and I came here to buy a flash drive and the employees greeted us and were super friendly. They made sure to check our temperature before we entered and enforced the mask policy. Everything is neatly organized and it is easy to find what you need.

I think Best Buy is at the beginning of the end as a retail store.... when you get to the door you get stopped and questioned, they interrogate you before you come into the store to supposedly get you an associate to help you........next the store carries almost nothing as far as photography equipment like they used to, everything in there is generic........ as far as the products they sell it is run of the mill everyday consumer stuff nothing special, I guess theyre going to become an online store or gone like Frys very soon. I like to walk in a store wonder around and decide if want to buy something, but at bestbuy i feel watched and with only the option to buy limited items. It is like a socialist or communist environment.

Not what you expect it to be.I dont understand this new direction that Best Buy is going in. They have a person at the entrance to let you know if you need anything to come back to the front to let him/her know and they will send someone to help you. I asked the guy why they changed it to this and he said because the company is paying it staff $15hr now, so instead of a bunch of staff standing around at the lower wage, they just have a few $15hr employees. But I dont understand this change because now you cant find any assistance and have to sometimes be put in queue to get assistance. Having customers wait and not have employees available doesnt seem like a good move to me. Also, Best Buy revenue was up to $40 billion U.S. dollars in 2020. This is not a good way to show your appreciation.So I went in to buy a PC monitor, when I get to the section where monitors were they had plenty to show, but literally only 3 to buy. They didnt have any in stock or backstock. The lady that I asked for assistance spoke to me very condescendingly and rude. (So the $15hr they pay still cant supply them with quality employees). In all, it was a bad experience and I really dislike this new model they are going with. As a customer I want to go in, find what I want or look for what I want, when I need assistance I would like for it to be available. Pay and then leave. Nothing fancy, just a regular, predictable experience with easy transactions. Many people argue for higher wages. I used to be one of these people until I saw that even paying people higher wages doesnt guarantee the customer a more pleasant shopping experience or it doesnt buy you a better employee. Customer service has gone down overall in general. At this point, I say bring in the A.I. to replace people. Because theyre not even trying anymore.
Very bad experience. Never expected this from best buy. I have always been at best buy. I was waiting for 15 minutes no associate came to answer my questions. Called an associate but completely ignored. Not only me but also a senior lady was waiting for more than 30 minutes. I wanted to buy four apple products but i dont best buy wants business.

Usually an efficient place to shop. Apparently they are not ready for holiday shoppers this year with only one checkout open at the front of the store two Sunday’s before Christmas. And that employee seemed more interested in her phone than her customers.

I wish there was something positive to say. Limited stock, but that happens. The biggest problem to me was that there were multiple employees chatting and wandering around, but no help. They had mastered the dont make eye contact and the customer doesnt exist technique. I walked through the computer department for around 10 minutes, waited beside some chatting employees, had 3 walk right by. Not one acknowledged my presence.On a side note, the restroom is nasty.I did think of a positive. It wasnt crowded.
Did not like the entrance. Once you are inside the door there is no turning around . You walk thru a small enclosed area until you reach the employee at a computer. Honestly could not wait to find the exit.
UPDATE: Going to upgrade my review, and give two more stars. Todays rep was very knowledgeable and focused on our needs. Our experience was positive and we were out in less than 10 minutes.Looking for a particular item that a Spectrum technician had recommended. Unfortunately, they did not have it. The Geek Squad employee recommended a similar item...though 3x the cost, and it was not in this store. He was able to locate one at another store, but didnt go the extra mile by calling that store to make sure it was there. Another employee was less than interested in helping me find another item I was looking for, and didnt seem to know much about it. Nevertheless, I bought it, and consequently it didnt work. Oh well, Best Buy, you need to train your employees better, and remind them that sitting down is not what makes a customer return.

Do NOT buy anything from this location. I bought a computer that had to be shipped to my home and when I set it up the computer didn’t start or turn on. I went to speak to someone at the Geek Squad and they said I would have a call in 48-72 hours. I had to come back because I waited 10 days and nothing! When I came back the manager took my number and said they failed me. He would personally call me or text me to set up an in home appointment for me. That was a week ago and now I’m coming back in for a third time to get the district managers number or a regional because this location doesn’t know how to do their job or uphold customer service! This is just a sum of my experience!

Yesterday I went into the store to surprise my wife with the new iPhone 12 pro max. At the time we had sprint. After being denied on every phone the associate Mrs.Aneka ( if I spelt it right .. sorry) called sprint and found the issue . After further investigation we decided to switch to Verizon. She made the process easy, fun, and enjoyable. Most importantly got us the phone my wife was dreaming about . We felt valued as her customer and even though we where an hour after closing never felt like we where being rushed . She is a great asset to the company and has earned my business for any future business .

I seriously only leave reviews when I’m annoyed by poor customer service, especially as someone who has worked retail/retail management and customer service. It’s one thing to say an order is ready for curbside pick up, and another for me to be waiting almost 30 minutes, now I’m even more annoyed being on hold for forever. Like if my order isn’t ready why send an email saying so! People have things to do hence why you they choose curbside pick up, they wanna pick their things up and go.
