When the cash registers crashed we were in line with cash. They wouldnt just add up the bill and take the cash, so we waited around 20 minutes for them to fix it, but then we had to get in line three more times before they would take our cash. Then, because they didnt have ANY change, we gave them 10¢ over the bill, and we realized afterwards they shortchanged us $1. Seemed like 6-7 people working at the time, congregating around the front, none of them could give good service.

Line a little long but they had what I wanted

It is okay place. The problem is sometimes they have one cashier and then theres a line.The cashier usually greet you upon entering. The store has been pretty busy lately due to the pandemic.

Store is clean and organized, employees cheerful and helpful.

Always messy and shelves are not stocked too well. Theres always lots of product thats stacked on pull carts, needed to be out away, that blocks your comfortable walking through their aisles.

I was in and out clean and the line went fast.

This is the worst store ever bought a coffee maker 5 days ago and its not what it says on the box apart from that the cashier did not give me my receipt of purchase he gave me the the person receipt that cashed right before me...called to have a returned done and the manager and staff there told me nothing can be returned because of covid -19 I can return after the virus is done question is when will it end she said that impossible for her to say ....then why are you telling customers wait till the virus is over what nonsense is that Why can’t someone return an appliance what does that got to do with the covid-19 situation family dollar you really need to do better on management here

The store was cleaner than I expected. The cashier was friendly and nice.

System shut down and u had to wait minutes be for it could turn back on .

So today my husband and I went and got some snacks for the house and a couple drinks. Used our food stamp card lady told us it declined after trying it 3 times. Look at a goverment app for food stamps says they got the payment. Lady proceeded to tell us they didnt get it and our app is piecing and had us pay cash. So now time to call corporate and handle this the hard way. The struggle is real with kids and you steal from people

Slowest family dollar around... no matter how many people are working here they only have one cashier while the other employees just gossip about FB. Laziest ppl I ever saw. Every single last one of them. Plus the store is dirty and disoriented. Go in to buy 1 item n you will stand in line with maybe 5 or 6 ppl for 20 minutes listening to them gossip. 2 ppl in front of me n it took 15 mins. We all probably had 8 items between us.

A lot better than before. Its cleaner and the aisles are fuller. I go to this one now all the time.

This store is a mess! Nothing is where it should be and the employees WOW smh terrible service and slow lines! Only reason i gave 2 stars is because the prices are fair

They almost never have enough cashiers. Often times I have to leave without purchasing or performing the task that I came for. The last time I was there I was told that the manager had left and I had to wait until another manager came in. (Fortunately he arrived just as I was about to leave the store.)

Its always cluttered its hard to move around the place nothing gets put on the shelves in a timely manner its dirty!
