Very first time that we are 4 adults buying a pack of beers and they ask for all 4 adults id one of us have a picture ID on the phone the cashier refused to accepted when even the police accepted picture, here not even the manager took a time to see the pic, they should review the policy and get more modern” so please do not even bother to go in a group to get alcohol. When vaccine phone pic has been accept as a prove very low business acceptance in this Walmart location.

This Walmart is the worse . Every Friday there is never enough cashiers . Its 10am and there is only one cashier. This is ridiculous .

They were great. They had a lot of food and candy items. The new kit Kats are there and cute clothes. I would recommend stopping by and looking around. It was also pretty clean. The staff was very helpful. Their Halloween and doll selection was a little wiped out. If you are looking for costumes go to spirit or go online and order something.

The shelfs are always empty as they do not actually restock the shelves they just pull things forward closer to the edge. The staff are rude, they never seem to know where things are and sometimes they pretend to not speak English. Youre better off going to either the Walmart in Monroe or Newburgh.

Grate I found what I was looking for and the staff was very helpful. I left today very pleased.

Sporting Goods supplies for fishing, hunting, camping, workout equipment, golfing, gym, baseball, ping-pong, etc. You can buy binoculars and lots more. Hardware dept, Painting dept, Garden dept. Pet supplies, Housewares, small appliances, furniture, clothes for all your family & shoes too. Sewing dept, Crafts dept, Electronics, Shoes for the whole family, Baby dept, School supplies, Jewelry, Watches, Perfume, Makeup, Bathing supplies, Pharmacy, huge grocery dept. Fed-Ex, Vision company. Everything is affordable. Friendly Staff.

Extremely annoying undercover workers that follow you around. They act like they are shopping too. Very annoying. I know people steal and thats why this goes on. But good people that don’t steal find it rather annoying.Constantly following and looking and acting like a real shopper. They are so advanced that they even have a special work credit card to purchase items, then return/refund shortly after. I know it may be necessary, but they usually profile people, sometimes the wrong person.

They usually get our order wrong with pickup. Store needs better management.

The Walmart is a typical Walmart. Nothing special or bad on the stores end.However, the customers that were shopping here on this day were your stereo-typical customers... I commend the employees here for there professionalism.

Thus was the first time I shopped at the Newburgh store. The shelves were rather bare, but Ive heard that us the case with many stores right now. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The cashier very pleasantly went above and beyond to rectify a pricing issue for me. The reason for 3 stars is because the store itself needs some updating and TLC.

Except for the fact they didnt have several items that I specifically went for, my trip was good. Used checkout with cashier who was very pleasant. Just sorry I didnt get all that I needed

This place needs serious help from corporate, an employee overhaul... Something! Went in at 10:35pm for 2 items. I go over to the self check out at 10:45 and was told it was cards only. I go looking for an actual cashier and no lights are on. I find a line with a few people in it and then the cashier tells me shes closed. Immediately another employee comes over and informs her that the store is open another 15 minutes. I ask how exactly am I supposed to pay for my items and simply get a shoulder shrug. Ok, I find another line with no light on and get through that line by 10:53pm. The next customer after me is informed that he is now closed as well. Literally, the only 2 cashiers in the entire store... The only way with CASH aka legal tender. Are both closed. Every other customer left in the store at that time had absolutely no was to pay with cash and leave with their items. I have a photo of the female employee that denied me service if anyone from the higher ups would like to know who it is. Those 2 cashiers should be FIRED immediately for leaving their posts before the store closed with customers still needing to check out. Not everyone has a card. Cheers to the employees that were trying to talk sense into the 2 that left the store in shambles.

I prefer newburgh location over any other. Bit of a staffing problem but still is clean, fully stocked, and without lines around the corner.

Was out of stock for what I was looking for, but an associated helped me by directing where I could find an alternative product that suited my interest. Quick and easy check out at self-checkout. An associate was standing by to help.

Who doesnt love walmart...maybe people who shop at Target...but I love target...but Walmart is cool though. Extra clean and smell good with a lot of good things to buy...like a sewing machine. Can I, no...but would I? No, its for my wife.

Delivery fulfilled out of Fishkill is great… if we get fulfillment out of Newburgh, despite the “please don’t drive through our lawn” note on delivery instructions due to past incidents, the drivers keep driving through my garden and lawn. I have kids toys out here and my kids play in the yard… this is a huge safety hazard for my family. I’ve had two drivers in the last three months reverse between my raised bed planters and garden beds without looking to within 10 feet of my front door. I also happen to have a driveway visible from the street. It’s messing up my grass and soil but the bigger issue is that there is a huge potential for someone to be seriously hurt.

Convenient location at Newburgh. Right off the highway. This store compared other locations very organized and helpful staff.

Worst experience ever. My niece tried to buy some much needed household items and when she went to checkout, they told her that they no longer accept cash payments. When I tried to call and find out why, no one would answer the phone. I will never step foot in another Walmart. She is 15 and doesnt have debit or credit cards.

Wow now this was a real Supercenter. Its bigger then I have seen else where. Love it will come back.

The store is always a mess, the shelves are disheveled, the staff is rude and never around when you need assistance, if you need customer service you will stand on the line for a minimum of 30 minutes no matter how many people are on the line there is a wait always. The store is not well stocked as it used to be, even in the food department there are not many items for each item.

First time going to the Vision Center. The entire staff there is so friendly and welcoming. They know their stuff and are very professional. I will continue to use them all the time. Its worth the hour ride even though I have another provider 10 minutes from my house. They were able to see me within 24 hours of calling for an appointment when my local provider couldnt see me for 3 weeks. Ladies at the Walmart Vision Center in Newburgh...YOU ROCK!

Would highly advise against placing any online orders for pick up from this location. My item was marked as picked up before I was able to do so. When I called the location to find out what happened I was hung up on several times. Its been weeks of investigating with Walmart.com with no resolution. Buyer beware.

Nothing ever seems to come easy here, lol. Its clean enough, and its Walmart so it has just about everything, but.... No one is ever in the plant /outdoor center when we go. Or the bakery, or the deli.... so it is always a long and stressful when Walmart should be fast and easy.

Website and app are average but staff and service are unprofessional lazy distracted rude and unfriendly. Quality of groceries were abismal Walmart should not be allowed to offer this service, it’s a sham!!! Only gave me a $17 refund for $36 of unavailable items. Still fighting to get my return cash. This is my 3rd and last time shopping at Walmart pickup dept. lastly no one answers the phone or speaks to you when u call to pickup or file a grievance just horrible. I don’t know why we keep allowing them to be in business

The customer service agent was friendly. My transaction was handled professionally despite all of the customers. She had the locks I believe.

While paying for beer an associate checked my ID (64) then demanded ID from my wife who was 50, a non drinker and not even on line. It escalated and I was told never to return. I have not shopped there in 16 months and plan never to return.

Usually a very good experience but today the associate at the self-checkout refuse to help me ring out paver stones because they didnt have a price on them so I went to the register and the lady looked them up and got the price and scan the barcode! I really should have asked her name she was very nice!

Store is in a central location, close to the interstate and locally. Upon entering the store, you can see, socially distancing stickers and associates checking customer count and directing customers. Store is clean and fully stocked. They also have great prices. Associates are always helpful. 👍

I love that they have EV charging. Sadly it is not a reliable service yet, but I have faith it will be soon

Pretty efficient store. They sell everything. And I get my favorite coffee there! At only $5.88 per pound of whole beans you cant beat this price for such a high quality coffee! Plus I get my MCT oil there too.

Good place to shop but shelves are a bit out of sorts. Fresh produce (lettuce / greens) was limited and many out of stock. Staff was helpful when we needed to find certain items.

Typical Walmart experience. Half the staff care about their job and the other dont. Parking isnt great and people have zero regards for their life in terms of walking in front of you. This experience is everytime Ive ever went.The only pro is they have a very large amount of Hispanic food, because the population around the area.

We hadnt been to this Walmart in a very long time like over 10 years but they had what I wanted in stock for curbside pickup! While there we decided to do a little shopping and Im so happy we did! They had so much in stock! Not everything we were looking for but darn close to it! And the prices!!! When I checked out some items were cheaper than advertised! So unlike the Walmart in Middletown NY. I will definitely be going back to this Walmart again!!!

Horrible Pick up and app. Says items are in stock, 6 in stock btw, when they arent any. Offers substitutions that are not similar to the product. Doesnt let you pick substitutions that are similar. Pick up department doesnt answer the phone. Walmart corporate customer service horrible and doesnt know what they are doing. Told me item will cancel automatically and I wont be charged. When Ive already been charged. Just kept telling me I wasnt charged when my card has a charge on it. Which screwed up my 10% cash back for Walmart pickup btw. Even after I declined the substitute, Im still getting text and emails to pick up an item that says unavailable. Walmart shouldnt charge/hold payments until you pick up item if they cant guarantee item availability.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have called the store approximately 70 times to find out if my online order is ready and they do not answer Any of the phones. So I then have to go to the store and do my own shopping. Then I have to spend 30 minutes chatting with someone about getting a refund for my order. NEWBURGH, NY is hands down the worst Walmart I’ve ever shopped in. Go to the one in Monroe at least they answer the phone there. Nothing like re-shopping a $200 grocery order after a 10 hour shift at work

I love this place. You can find lots of things in there. From blow up beds to food. Camping equipment to household items. The work is there a very friendly too. The cashiers are just as great. Plus the Price Is Right.

First time I visited a Walmart and did not find everything that I was looking for.For the people that say Walmart always have the same items at every Walmart, that is not true. Neither does Home Depot or Lowes.

It was my first time visiting this location and I was very disappointed. No motorized carts for the disabled. There were many bare shelves. And after wandering around the store for what seemed like an eternity in search of help, i finally found Paul in isle 4k who was very, very helpless. Thank you Paul!

There were no sanitizing wipes to clean off the carts only sanitizer for your hands . Also all of the paper plates packages they had was all open .there needs to be more attention on these issues considering there is a rise going on with the Corona virus .

If I could put 0 stars I would. The auto center has some of the most incompetent mechanics/workers Ive ever seen.3.5 hours for a flat tire, then they messed up the PSI on the tire and couldnt match it with the others.The slowest people ever, a snail couldve beat their time.They messed up their opening times. 7A on the website, outside auto center says 10A but they opened at 8A.Such simple tasks failed miserably.
