I came here to grab some boots real quick... 11 o clock n the afternoon n all the employees are just standing around moving like turtles.... took 30 minutes to buy boots in an empty store. Never again. Never even asked if I need help. I gotta seek them out in the store.

Worst store in the mall very unprofessional. The workers don’t even assist the customers. They be on their phones including the managers

This store should close down terrible selection barely any releases. Footlocker did it you should too.

Extremely rude walk in and all behind counter no greeting all was just on they phone starring listening rap music loud they didn’t even know how change drawers for shift who ever is manager needs learn how run store Nd show they employees to work professionally !

I went here to by a coat on November 18, 2018 and a employee-manager by the name of Brian Wilson stole a gift card out of my file folder after he helped me and refused to adhere to the stores policy when I asked for a refund. This is a really nice store but it seems like they only hire thieves and ex convicts. It’s sad because I’ve been shop at Jimmys for years and never have I had anything like this happen to me. If you shop here do not put your things down while trying on merchandise....opportunist are always looking for a way to take advantage. 😠😡
