Horrible experience. They promised to restore my black-listed phone only to tell me a week after I had already paid $370 that it could only work outside the US and would have to pay additional fees if I want to use my T-mobile carrier on it. Also I paid them to replace a cracked IPhone 11 screen only to find out that they replaced it with a non working Face ID LCD screen. These guys are scammers and will look for the quickest way to take your money and offer no refund.

My wife went there to fix her phone. Phone came back missing a few screws and broke after a few weeks again. My brothers laptop not only missed screws they also lost the charger. Do not go there.

Horrible experience I have on this place. One of their employees damaged my phone, did nothing on my laptop and charge me 68 dollars for that plus 50 dollars for the phone screen protector that was Horrible and misplaced my tablet, and 2 chargers. When I complain another employee was so nasty that I had to call the police on they, still waiting for my tablet and accessories 😡

A really bad experience, the person supposed change the screen, it was perfect working just the creen was broken and he call and said the iPad is not turn on any more is was going to cost me 180 more, i was pay 180 to replace the screen, he asked me for 180 more, if they cannot do the job why you are on business

Hi, this establishment does not offer money back.The product they bought was not one of the features they offered, they should be more professional at the time they make a mistake and give them the possibility of a refund. I own a very similar business always offer my clients the possibility of refunding money.When I went to this place I saw several confused customers seeing that there is no possibility of reimbursement. or a small penalty for the return of the product.

I come to this place often the workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive purchased a few items there and they worked as described. Ive purchased a phone and a table there that I got a good of price as on Amazon and I was able to have hands on inspection and didnt have to wait. All and all excellent.

Bad service- I paid twice to get my screen fixed.. But then they asked me to pay a third time to replace the front section that came unglued on my iPhone- a mistake made by them. They wanted to replace my screen- that wasnt the problem. The problem was that they needed to re-glue the front section of my phone. They just wanted to make more money.. Never again.

My worst experience purchasing an item, these people practically steal, sell used cell phones or repaired as new, tell you that they have just opened to inspect the equipment or teaching clients. In my experience with these people of wrong doing customer I sold an iPhone 7 as new, I get home and I realize that I have faults with the sensor button home, back to complain and I go out with their policies guarantee them by surprise not return your money but they give you a voucher for consumption shop which forced me to change phone paying this time 84.50 $ more for supposedly that if it was new, I try it this time in the Store see that it works properly the sensor, the camera and I forget to test which were damaged speakers, I go back a second time to complain and tell me they no longer have iPhone 7 already very angry going to call the police and then tell me they found an iPhone 7 in other local, but being from another location and that if insurance was brand new had to cancel 60 $ more, the final end up paying 430 $ for iphone 7 used, today I to the apple and customer service page On the serial number I see that this phone has been repaired! a total scam 1 but 3 times in this shop wrongdoing, I do not recommend that anyone be scammed.
