Richard might look serious but he knows all and is actually super patient. Nowadays, with all the options from carriers and millions of settings in phones, every user has a particularly complicated situation and Richard has the mind to learn and take care of each case. Do yourself a favor, stop calling those phone customer support who barely speak any language you know, take a walk and go talk to Richard.

Great store! Superb customer service. You can really tell when people go above and beyond - and thats what I saw tonight. I usually dont write reviews, but definitely wanted to write one because I was so impressed with this team. First, it was almost closing time when I stopped by because T-Mobile sent me a text about my eligibility for a phone upgrade. Even though it was a busy night, I felt that the team handled everything efficiently and professionally. Calvin and Aaliyah went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Definitely decided to upgrade the phone because of them.Calvin patiently waited to make sure that the phone was backed up, even though it was already past closing time. While Calvin was finishing up with me, Aaliyah was also helping by verifying information and making great conversation. The second woman there, I didnt catch her name, was also really friendly and provided great support. She was sanitizing everything (which is great to see, especially during COVID). This is definitely a dream team! Keep up the good work!

Cannot recommend this store enough. I was helped tonight by Calvin and he could not have been more pleasant, patient and helpful. I got on line (behind about five customers in a small store) about 30 minutes before the store closed and was still seen. Calvin took his time to carefully assist me without making me feel rushed.He was able to upgrade my phone without any issue and answered any questions I had during the process. His co-worker Aaliyah also helped at times and was really friendly and made me feel at home. There was also another employee working whose name I didn’t catch but she was great as well. They made the environment very pleasant and I definitely will going back for any phone needs going forward.

The worst experience of my life! From Richard to Calvin who didnt know what they were doing. I went to the store to activate my new phone and transfer data from old phone to new one. I arrived at 1:30 -1:45 pm and didnt leave the store until 9:00 pm and they were not able to activate my phone. First Richard thought out the sim card from old phone, couldnt receive a message with activation code and were with sprint trying to solve that over the phone for 7 hours.. left the store without a phone working. total inept people.. went to another store the next day and the problem was solve in 40 minutes. I wont recommend anyone to go there

Be careful with scammers!! Got scammed at the store on Ferry street (07105), employee made a deal for trade in and nothing promised was applied and now nobody cant do nothing!!! Changing to another company

I called T-Mobile/Sprint customer service for an issue with my bill. The operator didnt understand what was going on, couldnt give me a clear answer and transfered me to someone else who couldnt explain the bill either. I walked into this place on Ferry St expecting a long, drawn out issue with this bill. Instead, I got immediate, polite and respectful service, a determined crew who insisted on finding out why, and team members who really stood out as far as service and what it means. The plan just increased, I had a promotion that was over and now its changed, and they were extremely sympathetic to my needs and offer me options. I ended up staying with the current bill, but the service I received was paramount. All of this in 15 min. Thank you T-Mobile team on Ferry St! I appreciate you!

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE!! I walked in to ask about the military plan and to change my current plan to it. They changed my plan and I thought all was well. A month goes by and I notice a change in my bill. As it turns out, they adjusted my plan as requested, but also added a line that I didnt request. They receive commission based on new lines added so be very careful. I called T Mobile though and they took care of it right away.

This store is very unprofessional and the district manager unresponsive- if I even received the correct number. I went into the store several times and they claimed that my phone was not received. After finally finding it, they claimed the phone had a plastic covering that needed to be removed before exchanging it. They pulled and pulled, then both told me there was nothing they could do then without consent, cancelled the exchange. Come to find out, there was no plastic covering. It could not be removed because it was a part of the actual phone. They damaged a phone that was brought in with issues, but not that one. Thank goodness for excellent phone customer care. Agreed. The level of discourtesy, rudeness, and complete haste to be dismissive makes for poor customer service. On top of it, the plastic they wripped was a part of the phone, and they accused me of having super glued the plastic on. You could benefit from customer service training.

Manager of store is very friendly and will help you through your experience. i had many questions which were answered in full before i left. the only downside to this location is that it is small and there were many people hanging out inside. i would recommend to anyone.

Walked in and was immediately greeted. I explained why I was there and was pointed in the right direction. There was a bit of a wait but that is expected at this time of the year. Great customer focus !!!!!!!!

Hidden delayed up-sales. Terrible/Beware. I walked in to just buy a SIM card for my existing account. They insisted on signing me up for $10/line services on all 5 other existing lines that I did not need. Would not let me walk out of the store with the new SIM without buying more unneeded and unrelated service. I had to call T-Mobile after I left to cancel service but of course they delay the start of the fees so that T-Mobile doesnt see the fees and you have to keep an eye on your bill and call back 2 months later to get refunds.

There grasp on the English language is far from being up to the standard required to run an efficient operation. The staff are rude and seem unwilling to help with the most basic enquires. It would be my advise to utilise one of the other nearby Tmobile shops and hope for better (I havent used the others in the area, but they couldnt be worse).

Horrible experience! A real nightmare. Maria, the manager is the responsible. She offered me a service that i would not have to pay more for it but in the end I had to pay 4 times more than my actual balance even without using it. When looking for her to solve the situation she just run away. Totally a liar and irresponsible.
