Excellent service experience yesterday. Folks from Iron Hill installed my original system in 2015, and upgraded to my Sony ES 385 Projector and Sony 940E in 2017. This visit fine-tuned my system and allowed me to fully utilize my projector. Patrick (installer) is an ACE. I will continue to utilize Iron Hill as my needs evolve.

I have been a customer of HTAV pros for probably 10 years now. Dan and his team have taken very good care of me through many projects. I have found their prices to be very fair. I highly recommend them for your AV needs!

I’m giving one star on the fact that the communication and issue during this whole build was terrible. Upon move in nothing was installed or ready, then when it was we couldn’t use it for days since your office system failed and somehow had a affect on our house disabling the WiFi and Sonos. During the construction my credit card was charged without notice or being told after that fact. The communication with your office was another deal I think you may need to hire an actual office person and not someone playing phone tag. I wish you luck in your future but I know we will not be using your company again.

After a primary visit to see my room and truly listen to what I wanted, they helped me create a great entertainment room.
