I have iPhone X and the display screen popped out on left side. I thought I was using too much disinfectant wipes. That was not the case, Mike said battery almost died because of over charged. No wonder the phone was too hot once in awhile not sure for the causes. In any case, he is honest about the issue and make customer feels assure about the service. I would recommend this place as I think he has lots of experiences and exactly know what he is doing.

Even though I live far away I am super happy that I made the drive to Du Mobile. The owner was very understanding and found a phone that fits my needs. We even played a fun game of ping pong 🏓 while waiting to be helped!

I called at 2:30 PM and he said he was at this location instead of the Newark location. He said he was covering for a friend who had just gotten married. I called two different times as he said the first time he would just text me the address and he never did. So I called again he sent me the address, I showed up he wasn’t there I called again, he said he had just stepped out and would be right back. 10 minutes later I sent a couple text no answer, I called again and he says he will be there in five minutes. I asked how long the repairs would take and he said 15 minutes. I had already described that I needed both a front and back replacement to my iPhone. Once I get there he says I would have to come back another day as the back repair would take too long. He then shuts down my phone and I ask him to give it back to me because I am rather angry that I just drove to a different location and he did not once tell me he wasn’t going to be there and to say that it would take hours. He had all those opportunities on the phone to tell me. He cost me an hour of my time and gas. Do not do business with this person.

I like the professionalism of Du Mobile while fixing my iPhone display screen. When I dropped my phone for the first time, the screen they had didn’t worked properly with my phone, so they told me to come back the next day and I am very glad they not only fixed my screen properly this time but also provide me with additional discount of $30+a screen protector + a phone cover. Can’t ask for more especially when Apple care was charging almost double without providing any warranty on any other issue while replacing this screen. I highly recommend this place to others.

Guy told me to zelle him $510, I showed him the processing payment 3 times and the guy approved. Once he got the payment he said it should have been $680 and tried to tell me I miss-understood him. Originally came to this place because Ive been to the Union city location and their service was fast and sufficient. Huge disappointment. Had to come back 3 times even though I did schedule an appointment because no one at the store??? Had my phone fixed and bought a case. Screen was pressing randomly without touching after 2 weeks and he gave me a tough time saying warranty wont be honored because I dont have a receipt despite the fact that he didnt give me one in the first place ???

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 7 plus and scheduled an appointment. I went in and received awesome service regarding the phone which was in a timely manner.

I had them repair my cracked screen, but during the install of the new screen they broke the new screen! Yikes, now that just put a bad taste in my mouth. However they gave me a discount and ordered another screen to replace it again which tool another week. All in all there are still issues with my audio jack reciever. All in all it was a crummy repair and i personally would not return or recommend.
