Coffee is getting way watered down. But I think that maybe the taste of this particular franchise owner as in their country they drink mostly tea. At least that is my experience when visiting India.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Line around the corner they open late rude to the customers and act like people don’t have a flight to catch. This is the store on terminal C but the C108 gate. The young Indian kid with glasses is a complete jerk and two Indian told everyone they would open 20 min before they did. Don’t waste your time and coffee was cold and nasty

Most convenient Dunkin BEFORE security check point in terminal C Baggage Claim. Easy.

I grabbed coffee here and it wasn’t that great of an experience. The service is extremely slow and inefficient. I stood waiting in line for 5 minutes with 5 workers behind the counter, #1 taking orders, at a snails pace, #2 cleaning bottles of syrup, #3 carrying boxes from the back, #4 toasting bagels, and lastly, #5, doing, well, still trying to figure that out, it didn’t seem like a whole lot.That said, the Dunkin is located inside Terminal A before security, and prices were reasonable. The order was correct, though just a regular coffee so not too much to mess up there, and they were someone polite.I wasn’t overly impressed. The lines was pretty backed up yet no one seemed to want to jump on the other register or multitask. Perhaps I’m asking too much here...

Staff was friendly helpful. I didnt appreciate them putting garbage can lid on table while changing the bag.

20 minutes out of my 30 minute Lunch break. Why you ask? There was only one person working. How can you run a high demand business like this?!

Price higher than other locations but thats to be expected at an airport. The lady who works nightshift doesnt speak perfect English but she was very caring.

What is there to say after you say it is in an airport. It was a great place to sit and get organized. The staff was trying hard. I dont think many people were expectig gourmet coffee or donuts.

Cheaper than $tarbucks and just as addictive blobs of sugar. Try just tea or coffee if you can. Good luck.

I understand if you come to the United states for vacation, and you speak a different language. Its okay, but if you work Here. I expect you to understand me I should be able to understand you. Live in you work in this country you should be able to speak the language. Real bad communication problem understanding me. And getting my order right.

This Dunkin’ is at Terminal A in the Newark Airport, it’s one of the busiest stores, clean, good coffee but its workers remind me DMV without the attitude. Apparently, they are there to socialize and chatting is more important than taking care of business. C-

There is a fast pace sense about this Dunkin Donuts. The workers try their best to give you satisfaction. Also the customers service quality is okay, to be honest.

I love all the beverages here but my favorite is the iced caramel Machiatto ❤️😋😋

Service was terrible. I waited 30 minutes to be served at 430 in the morning. B Y 5am there was 30 people in line behind me. The staff did not have hair or board nets on. The cashier kept touching her hair.and picking her nails. If I could give them less than a 1, I would. Poor management. Not having staff on a Monday after a holiday. FYI. VERY stingy on the toppings, slow, and they overcharge for things that are part of the drink you’re ordering like whipped cream and flavoring. Do yourself a favor and just take the airtrain to Starbucks.

Have to get there early for the chocolate frosted doughnuts. If not, youre out of luck, which is why I started making my own but every now and then, I purchase from Dunkin. 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave and its pure heaven!

Terrible experience. Ladies behind counter were fighting in another language and not taking care of the long line at the counter. Ordered chicken salad and got tuna. Ordered green iced tea and got black iced tea. Needs a competent staff who isnt rude to customer. Do not recommend at all.

No quality at all. Be careful specially when you buy everything bagel. It already burnt even before toast. Got tea which was almost cold supposed to be hot.

If I could give this place less than ONE star I would. Staff is completely terrible my boyfriend and I had a 4 hour delayed flight with United airlines which was already terrible to begin with. Our delayed time got moved up about an hour, so I was in line at this dunkin donuts all I wanted was a breakfast sandwich and this lady was exteremly rude and told me they were not making sandwhiches because they had to clean. AT A 24 HOUR DUNKIN! And then the other worker proceeded to waddle out from behind the counter and begin talking to someone else that works at the airport. Did not see ANY cleaning being done just alot of upset/frustrated customers being turned away from pure laziness.

Did not have two cream cheeses that were listed on their menu. I also understand people are from all over the world but they need to try harder when communicating English. Customers were just standing confused when they were shouting orders.

1 is a compliment. Do not stop here. As I approached, 1 worker is sitting on the ground amongst a pile of kids and cups all over the floor. They must have fallen, she was collecting the off the disgusting g loor and reshelving them. I wanted to buy a soda, donut and a gift card and put $5 on it. The 2 employees did not speak or understand English. She tried 3 times to use the gift card for me to pay. I told her 3 times I wanted to buy it and put money on it.The 2 spoke to each other in their language. I was told to go to the other register. I was charged 5 for the gift card but hadnt paid for my drink and donut. They charged the gift card! All at 11 pm at night after I got off a flight.I hate to say it but if they cannot speak or understand the language, they shouldnt be there. I wanted coffee but when she picking the lids up off an airport floor, I thought better of it.

Not staffed well on a busy Saturday afternoon. With just one employee helping customers, we waited in line for 15 minutes before we even ordered.

The macchiato was awful... I had the same in Rutland and it was amazing.

Food was great, atmosphere was friendly. Just wish I got a little more portion for the hashbrowns I ordered.

Open 24 hours, excellent for delayed flights, plenty of options to choose from to get your sugar fixed, best of all is the seating area with tables as you wait for your luggage or person to arrive. Cheaper prices than the other stores in the terminal

One of the few places open 24 hours in Terminal C. Very busy when all the other restaurants are closed and its not located in the best spot for all gates at Terminal C. Friendly service and decent menu for an airport.

The ladies that work here are super nice. The menu is a limited menu due to the size of the location. The doughnuts are fresh and yummy. Be prepared to wait a good half hour in line for those yummy doughnuts. Only two people work here and the line is always long. Overall, the coffee and doughnuts are worth it.

Everytime I order coffee, I tell the same guy not to make it light and guess what? He makes it light! And guess who has to tell him a little darker, please. Everytime!

It takes forever to get a cup of coffee and half of the time the coffee is nasty and they are rude... No good..no good at all. They can atleast put 2 ppl at the register at 3am cs most of us start at that time. Last time i went I waired so long that I had to leave. TERRIBLE SERVICE
