I placed an order in-store for a sandwich and waited for 20 mins. I noticed the numbers after me were getting served so I then asked the old lady (grey hair) working on the sandwiches about my order and she said its not ready in a rude and angry way. I waited 20 more minutes and asked the guy there and he said they never even got my order. She said I told you it was not ready after I said I wish u told me the first time I asked that u dont have it. Well thanks for the bare miniumem I guess cuz it was never getting ready.

Ive been coming to this Wawa since it first opened back in 2012. The location is convenient and staff and workers are usually as nice as ever. Unfortunately there are times when it becomes really dirty and messy and I normally dont complain because I understand some places dont have enough staff and workers but lately it seems so bad it looks like a tornado came through the store.

The bathroom was filthy and they also messed up my sandwich order. I would have asked for a refund or a new sandwich but didnt have time to wait in line a second time.

I dont know if I am the only one notices the quality of gas at this Wawa is better than others. I feel like it lasts longer than other gas stations. But what I really love about this Wawa is the convenience. This was my favorite place to go in the middle of the night to satisfy my midnight cravings and just hang out.

I have done many reviews for Wawa every time it is five stars for me. I drive for Wawa and go to Wawa three or four times every evening. theyre hot and cold sandwiches or out of this world they also have soups. Plenty different kinds of coffees snacks cold drinks what can I say but thank you to Wawa.

Typical Wawa in terms of reliable quality options. However, this is the second time Ive ordered delivery that the order has been incorrect. When I have ordered in person, people without masks have also been served near me. This isnt the only Wawa Ive seen that happen in Delaware though. Not sure if Ill be ordering from here again.

A fine wawa location indeed. Disregard the negative reviews from the Karens of Newark. They generally only use these forums to complain.

Management is very unprofessional. Very dismissive of customer complaints, he allowed his employee to disrespect me as i commented back to her ignorance, he told me to be quiet as she kept running her mouth freely about me. Afterwards i came back due to the fact that the item i purchased was not correct i apologied to the manager for how i reacted and once again he got smart with me because i told him next time he should have been more specific about my purchase. I will never return to this store again due to how uncomfortable they made me feel and how unprofessional they acted. The overnight manger is named logan and the employee is named carla.

I come here for the French vanilla cappuccino. The staff is always friendly. Most of the time the coffee area is spotless.I wish the employees wouldnt beat the coffee filters holder out in the trash can.

They consistently get my order wrong

Food is hit or miss. For example, I really like the Italian sub and the milkshakes/smoothies. However, the chicken they use to make the food behind the counter is awful. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito bowl. It was actually pretty good aside from the grilled chicken. It had a weird texture like it was hard to chew. It was almost like synthetic chicken, or grade B or something. My wife had the chicken strips bowl. Chicken strips were below public school cafeteria grade. Dont get me wrong, they have some delicious foods and their shakes and smoothies are excellent. Stay away from the chicken though.

This experience has been nothing short of painful... Watching them slowly prepare sandwiches with a huge crowd of people waiting as they talk with a co-worker who I assume is on break.... I thought this would be a quick stop. Nope. Fifteen minutes and counting... If I didnt already pay and wasnt starving Id have walked out...

Very busy at the pumps, however they have many to accommodate the cars, so waiting isnt long. The store is clean, and well stocked. They have the Wawa Deli, as well as other salad and sandwich options in the store.

Order a cheese and pepperoni sub with peppers and extra pepperoni and extra cheese i got like 6 pieces of cheese and 6 pices of pepperoni and thet throw ham on it thats not what i ordered... i also wanted the bread toasted and well its not toasted....very disappointed couldnt get a sub with 3 ingredients right

Very busy, which can cause a long wait for orders. That isn’t a cause for a bad review in itself. When the employees are singing (very poorly I must add) and clowning around behind the counter making that delay worse during a busy time, I feel that a change of some sort is required. Not sure who the manager is here, but when this is happening, and you have an employee screaming at people with their order numbers, you must realize that the service is very sub-par.

When I went there, a girl employee was very rude. I talked to the manager, and he did nothing at all. She still works there to this day and with no consequences. All I can say is I will never be visiting there again.

When you walk into Wawa, you know itll be...average. I mean, its Wawa. Its a place you stop at before going to your destination. Theres nothing special...Its not the greatest place in the world. Its just convenient. What bothers me is that on more than one occasion, items have been placed on the wrong price location which has put me short with money. Its just...annoying. If an item is over a price that says $3.29, it should be $3.29. This Wawa location in particular has done this. Its not rocket science.

Every other time I go in this wawa they give me either; the wrong protein, the completely wrong sauce, or just the wrong type of sandwich entirely. There have been times I ordered a ham club and ended up with tuna somehow. My chipotle ranch sauce for some reason was hot sauce. I don’t understand how they can so consistently mess up my food like this. Other than that everything’s fine

Usually my experience here is great but I’m so mad today. Went in to get a late night dinner and what I’m assuming would be the manager was training a new cashier and wouldn’t stop yelling at her. She was being very loud and rude and the girl in training did absolutely nothing wrong. I got the impression the manager Amanda was only trying to make the new cashier uncomfortable. No management or trainer should ever bully another employee. Will from now on go to another wawa. just it isn’t right what she was doing.

Very dirty place with heroin needles in the bathroom. Disgusting. I felt Id get a disease just walking into the bathroom so I walked out ordered a beef burrito the so called mgr which was less than professional with multi colored hair and eyebrows yellow and blue. Shouting orders and giving dirty looks.I remember the days I worked for wawa there was a dress code. How can you take someone serious when they look like a CLOWN ???? Then my order came to $9.03 I refused to break a $100 bill for 3 pennies ( while the xra change tray was in front of her) the cashier was rude made me go to my car and search 10 minutes for 3 PENNIES. She was extremely RUDE and I will NEVER go to that craphole.Last time I went a black woman was getting arrested by the deli counter while her posse were being roudy . What a quality store .I have family who who works at corporate wawa HR and I will spread the word.

Ridiculous! Ordered 3 Roasted Chicken Strips. $3.19 What you get is 1 roasted chicken strip sliced into 3 pieces. It says this right on the order ticket attached to my bag. It was literally 6 bites.

Cranky employees. When I stated this to an employee he just looked at me. When I asked who is the manager he said that guy and then followed up in a soft mumble and me. I said are you kidding me. I am voicing my concerns and you are a manager and dont care to comment...WOW. I have worked in the service industry and can understand being busy. They were out of coffee, napkins, coffee carriers and other supplies. Maybe they were short staffed but you can still be courteous and explain the situation and I would have understood.

I go to a Wawa every single day, I spend between $200 & $300 a week between food and fuel, but I refuse to go to this location, it’s by far the worst Wawa I’ve ever been in, it’s always dirty & the employees are extremely rude and arrogant. There clearly needs to be a management change.

Order 771 - ordered a cheesesteak toasted with bacon and American cheese. Paid extra for cheese and received normal amount, cheese steak was not toasted but instead so soggy you couldnt even bite it, instead it fell apart and couldnt be wrapped back up because the paper it was wrapped in fell apart as well and to sum it up it took 15 minutes to make a pretty much premade cheesesteak. Have had much better service from other Wawas

Theres s rude young black girl on night shift who goes out of her way to be a smart ass when I make purchases. She has an attitude for no reason as if I know her. Even tho Im almost 40 y/o n she sees me every week. Her smart ass always cards me. Even went out her way LAST WEEK to stop after helping a customer WHEN IT WAS MY TURN CALLED ANOTHER PERSON JUST TO COME OVER TO HELP ME NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE STORE AT THAT TIME AROUND 2:10AM in the middle of the night SO I KNOW SHE DID IT TO BE SMART BECAUSE ABOUT ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE SHE THREW MY TOBACCO PRODUCT ACROSS THE COUNTER TOWARDS ME SO I SNATCHED MY MONEY WHEN SHE WENT TO HAND ME MY CHANGE BECAUSE THATS WHAT SHE USUALLY DO. Im was tired of her rudeness SHE IS SO PREDICTABLE. So I wasnt surprised that night I went in store & she called someone else over to help me instead of her just being A POSITIVE EMPLOYEE BY SIMPLY NOT GIVE PEOPLE A HARD TIME SO IN TURN THEY WOULDNT DO THE SAME TO YOU. I really love my coffee with hazelnut and mocha wake up from wawa however its most of the time I dont get hazelnut in the container and have to wait for the staff to prepare it ! Now another thing that I have seen is the machine for mocha wake up got broke up few days back and since that day no one is considerate about repairing it ! I feel heartbroken going there and returning without my cup of coffee :(

I’ve had enough bad experiences here to leave a one star review. First of all, they do not have nearly enough gas pumps for the demand in this area. Second, people leave their cars parked at the gas pumps and then go inside. I would say it’s not wawa’s fault, but I think they should have someone monitoring this issue since it is an issue. Third, sometimes the pumps don’t take credit or debit cards randomly and it freezes when you’re using it but has your card info. I went inside and told the girl it’s not working and she said, “I know. Just use a different pump.” So you mean to tell me it’s out of order, but you didn’t put a sign on it or a cone??? I’m done with this wawa. I will go out of my way to go to another gas station.
