Stopped in for quick breakfast with kids. Probably the best and hardiest bagels we ever head. Nice place and nice people.

Great bagels and cream cheese.Coffee seems to be a lower quality but is priced accordingly.Can buy bagels by the dozen or half dozen along with tubs of cream cheese to take home and enjoy.Friendly, hard working staff that wants to get to know their customers.

From the moment you open their doors till the time you leave, youll be hit with the extraordinary smell of fresh bagels thatll leave you coming back for more. However, my choice of bagels werent the best ones because mine were just a bit too salty! (The everything bagel + the onion bagel and onion spread). I will say though, I loved the fact that its all homemade and everyone was so extremely nice! Id love to come back and give them a second chance if Im ever in the area!

I have been referred this place before which made me have a little faith in it. I came with the impression that everything would be made fresh but that is not the case. My eggs were whisked and then put in a microwave along with my bacon. The only thing fresh here is their bagels. For the price and the quality, you mine as well get fast food. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good breakfast.

I was taken here by a work colleague. At start, I thought its just a bagel.Little did I know, was a great bagel. Will go back for sure whenever am in town.

If you want a breakfast sandwich with meat egg and cheese they up charge you for every ingredient.. service is uninspired, dull and mundane. The bagel was very underwhelming. Although they make the bagels from scratch- my bagel was very dry and tasted burnt. They could at LEAST spread the cream cheese to the edges instead of plopping the cream cheese and squeezing the bagel together (lazy way). I let staff know this was my first time visiting and they could care less to try to welcome a new customer.

I go here weekly. I love their bagels, they are on par with NJ bagels in my opinion. I regularly get their BLT and Turkey Club. Highly recommend 👌

As far as i am concerned these bagels are the closest to what you can get in NYC or northern NJ--- high praise indeed. Great variety ranging from standards such as poppy and everything to jalapeno cheddar and black Russian (try the black russian!). The coffee is better than i would have expected (i am snobbier about my coffee than i am about my bagels, so that is high praise!). The owners are a very nice couple and have always been there when i have been there-- it shows

Favorite place in Newark to buy bagels. Excellent selection (as well as the monthly special flavor) and the staff are fantastic! Really good selection of coffees and pastries/muffins for anyone looking for something other than bagels (but really: get the bagels!).

Support small business, these people are dedicated hard workers.I hate to see how empty it is after daddy gubment shut everything down for little to no reason.Do your part. They sell bagels.Ok, its a bit more nuanced than that.They sell all kinds of regular bagels. You can get cream cheese on them or not. You can build sandwiches on them.Service was fast and easy.

I mostly went to Bagel Mania since it was close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They are also very affordable.I dont drink coffee but everyone Ive gone ieth has said its decent. They have a huge variety of flavors you can add to your coffee.Eating there is fine but it isnt anything special.They close pretty early but theyre good for breakfast and lunches

Ive only had their bagels, though they offer a wide variety of other bagel-related sandwiches, soups, etc, but I absolutely LOVE their lox spread on any bagel type there (and there are many options). If Im in the mood for something sweeter, well I just recently discovered their honey butter cream cheese on a toasted blueberry bagel. Holy cow, that thing is tasty!

Best bagel shop in town! A wide array of exciting flavors of bagels are made fresh daily, and the topping and sandwich options are numerous. The coffee is good as well. If thats not enough reason to love Bagelmania, you should also know that they are quick to support local charities and social events with donations. Top notch all around!

I have not visited for about a year. The shop has new owners who are doing a wonderful job. The bagels are even better than I remember.

Holy moly! I never knew why people from the north rave about their bagels, but this place made me finally understand. I got the Lox on a toasted onion bagel. Most places are stingy with the salmon and Bagelmania has heaps of it with thinly sliced purple onions and tomatoes and a sprinkle of capers. Plus it was the perfect amount of cream cheese too- not pouring out of the sides. I will absolutely be coming back and recommend it 100%!! By the way, lots of good coffee choices and reasonably priced.

The homemade bagels are great and almost always fresh. The cream cheese is amazing. This is where I bring my friends from out of town for breakfast when they visit. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

Stopped in recently to get bagels to go with cream cheese on the side. When we got home, I found a hair and bug in my cream cheese. The two ladies are very nice, but I wont go back as I dont want a food born illness.

Bagels are very good, and the reason im not giving less stars. But the breakfast sandwich, definitely not a place to go for a good breakfast sandwich. I wouldnt have ordered one had I known they serve microwaved egg and precooked microwaved bacon, and i seriously mean microwave cooked eggs, not reheated in microwave. The egg was thick, airy, and blown out with thay greenish color in the middle you get when you cook a raw egg on high in the microwave. But the bagels were good & a nice atmosphere, but seriously microwaved eggs from a breakfast bagel shop?

I always have a good experience when visiting Bagelmania. The prices are fair, and despite often being busy, the service is good. I will continue coming here for my Black Russian and Salt bagel fix.

I love this bagel shop. I have to drive 20+ miles to get to it but its worth it. The bagel places near me are not as good. When i lived closer Id get a bakers dozen all the time. After I moved I stopped, it was just too far. I bought some bagels just recently and theyre just as I remembered them several years ago. Would love if you guys started a second Bagelmania in PA!

Bad costumer service, food was awful- you watch them microwave everything, INCLUDING the eggs you got on your bagel. Also soup smelled like sour milk and they didnt even argue it as if they knew it when they served it to us.

Love this place! Right now they have Glazed Pumpkin bagels! You have to try them.

Bagels are good... The breakfast sandwiches are what they are... I know the egg and meat are microwaved but that given they taste pretty good... Just avoid the scrapple at all costs... Microwaved scrapple = no bueno!!!

I absolutely love their cinnamon and sugar bagels. Its sad when I come in and they run out, but they have many other ones to try.

This place is terrible! If you want a scrambled egg cooked in a microwave then I guess you might like it here. I went in a few weeks ago to get a smoothie and I sat and waited for almost 30 minutes. When the girl finally came over to me she said sorry about the wait, I just forgot....wow.
