I came in to get a screen repair and when I got my phone back my Face ID no longer worked. They tried to fix it for two days before saying they could not fix the Face ID the techs messed up. Now I have to go back for a third day about an issue the tech created.

I came in as walk in late afternoon Wednesday with a bad screen and battery on my IPhone X. They took a look, gave me a reasonable quote and had it ready less than 3 hours later, as they promised. My phone looks like new and I now I can wait to get the new iphone (sorry Apple).Thanks again for great service.

The repair was quick I got my iPhone 11 back in less than 3 hours of bringing it in. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a bit pricey at $199 but it’s an iPhone 11 so It’s not unreasonable. Overall had a great experience would strongly recommend.

The UBreakIFix shop at Newark is amazing. Extremely professional. They didn’t have to fix my phone as quickly as they did and it could’ve taken 24 hours but they did it in 3 hours and also let us come in 30 minutes after they closed on the same day to pick it up. These people really went above and beyond. So grateful to see such great service

Let me start off with Tiffany, her customer service is through the roof. I came here multiple times for many devices and she went out of her way to get the right inventory. I went in because I accidentally locked a lost but found phone via Find my mobile app. If you forget the password, theres no way to recover it and unlock it. But this place told me to come back in 30 min and everything would be fixed. They were super polite and extremely efficient. Dont hesitate to bring your phone here if you have any problems with it. Plus its FREE!!!! Cant beat that.

Scam. They insisted on keeping my iPhone overnight for a 20 minute battery replacement. They also insisted I must provide my passcode to unlock the phone. I’m under the impression they attempted to steal sensitive information for example my Apple wallet credit/debit card info.

Although the Z flip phone in my openion needs to be totally redesigned with two seperate screens when opened.1 upper screen for photos & text and 1lower for dailing buttons. See redesigned. They gave me an initial price of 54.99 to fix my daughters tablet and when i take it they try to change the price saying now they have to fix also the screen for 160 and then they tried to change the original price of the charging port from 55 to 75. Bunch of thieves!!

I received excellent service working with Marie last month who changed my screen which was cracked. I was told to lick it up later in the day. While I was still in the parking lot. Marie called to state the repair was made. This was done in 15-20 min and I was very appreciative. I was not looking forward to driving back to store. I needed the repair in order to use it for first day of work.When I returned Angelo presented himself as an excellent customer service representative offering to assist me with something else . He spoke to me about Home + which is a good assurance for the laptop and other devices.I came to the store today and asked Mr. Z. To help to attach the rod that covers the inside cables at the bottom of screen. He quickly fixed it and I was out of the store on 5 mins
