I usually don’t leave reviews but I was very upset with cricket and I went in to close my line and Edgar really turned things around for me he explained everything thoroughly and helped me until I understood thank you so much will be coming here for all my needs

I was pushed to buy a Galaxy A01 which i was told it was good quality and functions well, then a couple of days later it started to slow and when i went back to the store i was told by the same agent that i could replace with something else or get an iPhone and pay the difference, this option did not work for me as the difference was out of my budget, while discussing all of this with the Asian agent i was not told about the SEVEN days return policy which i think it was done on purpose so i can miss it. I was informed that if i change my data plan and purchase the unlimited plan $55 the maybe my phone would not be that slow, when i changed the plan and returned back to the store about five days later as my phone was still very SLOW i was then told that i was outside of the SEVEN day return policy and that if i have any further complaints i can speak to customer service. It was a back and forth situation and honestly i think it was a rip off they just make u pay for absolutely NOTHING.

I am not the person who leaves reviews at all. But this one deserves credit. I switched from Simple Mobile to Cricket and Jhon, the associate that helped me had been very professional, efficient, and organized. He helped me obtain my account number and PIN which I didnt even know existed. He answered all of my questions without a single sweat! This guy is a genius. If you ever need help with switching carriers, look for Jhon! Working with him is a breeze. Hopefully I can convince my wife to switch to Cricket, too.
