I had a great experience at this store.. the employees were warm and so helpful. The managers came over for support, they made sure I was getting the most for my dollar; very knowledgeable. I recommend this store and staff. A big shout out to Dana and Laverne- they made my experience phenomenal
I purchased a phone in this store and later I realized it was defective. I went back to the store and spoke to an associate who understood that the phone was defective. When I spoke to a manager (he said his name is Henry) about it he said he understands that it is defective and both him and the associate that sold the phone, his name is Rob, thought I might bring it back. The manager told me that he told Rob to tell me the phone had problems. Rob claimed that he told me that and I purchased the phone with this information. That is not true AT ALL!! Why would I do that? I went in that store with someone else and they are a witness to that. I made a comment to the associate that I knew nothing about the phone and he just chuckled. He did not give me any information about the phone. My previous phone was not working so I purchased for this reason. The policy states that if a phone is defective the restocking fee is waived by the company store and the customer gets the full amount back. The manager acknowledged that the phone is defective and refused to refund the restocking fee. He said he can exchange it for the same type of phone or I can choose another phone and pay the difference.Why would I want the same type of phone? Why cant I get my full refund back? They sold me a phone that they knew had problems. I am a woman that was sold a defective product knowingly. This is common. It is terrible customer service. They are about selling products only. I am trying to get the corporate office involved. The manager was disrespectful when I initially went there to complain. I will never purchase a phone in the store and I dont advise it. Purchasing online is much better, you can get your full refund back. There were other managers and associates that look as though they would have helped but they backed off. I will make my experience in this store known. This matter will be exposed even further. I am NOT stopping here!!!

My first encounter with Jeremy was not welcoming. I was approaching towards Jeremy and he said you need to stay 6 feet away per CDC guidelines. I said to him that I am fully vaccinated and am still wearing my mask. I work in customer service for a major Airline and I do not treat the passengers with such disrespect. I felt s sense of discriminating towards me.I am a lifetime customer since 1996 with Cingular and then the merger to AT&T.

Worst store reps. They DO NOT know how to process online orders. I placed an order online and selected store pick up option. When I went to store to pick it up, they messed up the order and just cancelled it without letting me know. I had selected bunch of custom options and promotions while placing the order online which they never cared to apply to in store transaction. They did not even bother to tell or ask if am ok cancelling my original online order. Their attitude while dealing with customers is PATHETIC. I have been a ATT customer for 5+ years and been to many ATT Corporate stores and this particular store in Christiana Mall provides WORST customer experience
Went to the AT&T store at Christiana Mall in Delaware. Met with one of their associates, Franklin. Franklin was extremely transparent from the beginning. Was super knowledgeable in everything AT&T! He was very professional & a very chill, down to earth person. The process to opening a new acct and purchasing a new phone was the easiest 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend!!!
We went into this store today for a phone upgrade after being told at the Apple Store we had to make an appointment an hour in advance. I had a great experience with Zack. There was no waiting and plenty of room in the store. Zack pleasantly explained to us our options to get the phone we wanted and all the data moved from my old phone. He made it easy! What a tremendous experience in this store with Zack. He even enabled us to make our dinner engagement by leaving the phone at the store while it restored all the files. I have had great service in this store in the past and love going back!
I think AT&T has their survey set up wrong. They definitely don’t want me to share that I spoke with their sales rep for an hour and a half, asked by him to confirm what I wanted at least 5 timesand was then charged for and given the wrong product before I left the store. Didn’t think I needed to check the bag before getting to our destination since this is AT&T, not Taco Bell. Also, I bought this phone on the way to somewhere else because their website wasn’t working to purchase for pickup so I bought it as matter of convenience and this process is now anything but convenient.

If I could give this place no stars I would I will recommend anybody looking to do business with AT&T to go a different location I was trying to become a new AT&T customer I had Zach as my representative he presented himself as pleasant and knowledgeable but what follow was lies and deceit I made it clear of my intentions when it came to picking out my plan paying for my phone and what I was expecting to pay monthly Zach agreed also offered my daughter the opportunity to get the iPhone 11 for free if she would trade in her iPhone 8 plus come to find out later that was a lie instead he only credited her 50% off never saying a word to nobody not allowing us to make the option whether or not we wanted to give up the phone or keep the phone since he wasnt going to be giving her the iPhone 11 for free as he suggested I also was denied the opportunity of paying the remainder balance for the phones up front but Zach said that wouldnt be a problem during the initial visit it was so many lies told to get me to sign up with AT&T but luckily before my 14-day buyer remorse was over l had called AT&T customer service and have them break down my plan in full detail thats when I found out Zach said one thing but did another I was so upset but to make matters even worse the phone that my daughter had traded in supposedly they had already sent the phone to there 3rd party establishment before my 14-day Grace period was over so not only was I canceling the contract that I had with them but we was out of a mint condition phone will be seeking legal advice on that because no papers was ever presented to me or signed by me acknowledging that once I gave up my phone I wasnt going to be given the opportunity to get it back I have let yall know in full detail of my experience with this branch office I advise anybody who reads this dont take this lightly stay away from that store

If you want honesty stay far away from this place. Sales man Franklin and the manager Henry were the worst to build business with. The employee morale is horrible. The way I was treated in the process of being a new customer was beyond disturbing. They will tell you one thing just to make a sale but in reality your bill will be double of what they said it will be. In light of that I immediately switched back to Sprint were I felt welcomed and taken care of.

One of the best stores in US. There is formal dress code with exception on Fridays. Gourmet meal is provided on Saturdays. Being nkd is not mandatory. Calm and carry on.

Franklin not only assisted me with my phone issue, he also took the time to review my account to help find the best plan and savings for me.
Worst company to ever purchase a phone from. I have tried several times to get the issues I am having situated and there is no help. Reached out to the district manager and no response. I should have never transferred from Verizon. Bill may have been a little more but it was a more honest company. These associates make over $50,000 a year and are all about selling the product! Once products are sold there is no help for the customer due to their misdoings!
Excellent service. Quick and friendly. I upgraded to the I phone 11 pro. The associate was knowledgeable and so kind in trying to help me find all the discounts. He got me set up and ready to go quickly. Christiana Mall Newark De store is the best place to go for a phone.

Joe and Juelle were the two AT&T Representatives who offered me outstanding service. They made me feel like family and not a customer. Juelle went steps beyond telling me about new products she knew I would be interested in. Personally assured a product I wanted would be available my next visit. Even calling to let me know her schedule had changed so I wouldnt be inconvenienced. I ended up in the hospital she called to make sure I was okay. Terrible service at the Christiana Mall. They could not even help me with a simple activation and was pushed out. They only focus on cell phones buyers. Fortunately, I went to bear Delaware store, they provided me with great support. Thanks to bear Delaware store.
A little bit of a wait, but the Sales Reps were very nice pleasant and knowledgeable. Be careful though, they can be a bit aggressive as far as making sales (which is to be expected) but as long as you know what you want and what you dont want youre good to go! Overall pleasant experience
We have always had the best experience in other ATT stores, but felt extremely rushed by the agent that helped us. He basically made his sale and pushed us along. Told us there’d be instructions on how to activate the new phone when it arrived - nope nothing. Instead we had to wait on hold with ATT for hours. Wish we had never given this store our business and stuck to the Cherry Hill store. Never again.
Went into this store on July 4th and was treated very well. I got exactly what I wanted with no high pressure sales tactics. Franklin was helpful and answered all our questions and was very helpful when it came to setting up my new apple device. In a compeative market of cell phone service AT&T stand out above all the rest with great in store customer service. Don’t pass this store without stopping in and seeing what they can do for you.

Update, I received my bill and it was a complete mess. It went up over $130.00 a month! What a joke. The customer service rep I spoke with at AT&T stated that Zach should have never offered me what he did and it was not standard procedure. So now I am stuck with a higher than agreed on bill. Thankfully the rep on the phone offered to work with me after asking for a supervisor. After being an AT&T customer for over 21 years I am most likely moving on. So upset with how this all went down!Zach was awesome to work with! As long as my bill next month and the months to follow are what he says they will be, I would definitely recommend working with him! He took his time and listened to what our needs where.

I came here looking to upgrade my bf and I, before coming to this location i called about 20 times. No answer each time, when I get there I see all the employees crowded around the tv with not a customer in sight. After being helped they told me they didnt have the devices in stock I was looking for and had only had one. If they just answered their phone I wouldnt have wasted my time there. Save your time, go to best buy.

I had an excellent experience with customer service rep Alina Sammons who went out her way to make sure I was completely satisfied.
When you enter the store, you do not see any staff or they do not wear distinguishing clothing. There is a display on a wall showing the waiting list but no instructions on how to get on the list. Had to walk out. If my intention was to watch games on the TV, though, there is a comfortable lounge.
The person was very likeable that we worked with but the hard sell was a little much. In the end, we were able to get what we wanted and not get pushed into anything we did not need. I make sure to shop around and get accessories prior to purchasing a phone so I can save money.
I usually order my phones online since I have a prepaid account, but I thought going into the store would be easier. I was extremely dissapointed. I felt the sales rep, Alina, didnt know much about phones and she kept pushing tv service on me which I wasnt even there for. She didnt know that a Nokia was an Android which was very shocking to me. She also gave me a new sim card when I was trying to explain to her I wanted to use my old one, which she said wasnt possible and I knew very well that it is possible. When I got home I had to manually reenter all my phone numbers and information because of this. I also lost a ton of pics. I was shocked at how little she knew. I will be ordering my phones online once again. I should not know more than a sales rep.

Very helpful with my purchase. No problems at all. Ive shopped there before and will do so again! Ive found, that you have to go to any of their stores knowing what you want, so, take the time and educate yourself first, then go to the store. You can pretty much get all the info you need on the ATT web site.

The way they handle walk-in customers is incredible. Then wait until you actually get helped by someone. Chances are they havent been their long so they have no idea what theyre doing or even have a clue as so the selling points of the devices on sale! They refused to sell me a phone based on the price listed on at&t website so Im through with them

Came in to return devices called customer care prior and asked if we can drop it in store. They said it was for free but in the store they are charging restocking fee. Horrible customer service.

The AT&T store at the Christiana Mall in Newark, Delaware is very clean, sophisticated, and it exudes sufficient lighting. The sales associates were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable when I asked questions about products and services. I would recommend giving this company a try if one is in the market for a specific smartphone.

Do NOT go here. You will be sorry.Went in to bring over 4 lines from Verizon. It took them 5.5 hrs to port over 4 lines. Even with that, the account was not set up correctly. It was supposed to be a simple 4-line unlimited more plan, but they managed to create 2 unlimited more plans for my 4 phones. I had to call in to have it all corrected.Meanwhile, they will pressure you to buy direct-TV. I had to say no every 5 because they keep pushing. They are more interested in selling you craps than helping you.The sales guy was also very unprofessional. He had to call in to get more help, but he kept the people helping in on speakerphone in a noisy store, then make faces/comments because the people helping him couldnt understand clearly what he wants. I had to tell him to get off speakerphone. I guess he had to be on speakerphone because he was constantly texting his friends/whoever while creating my account. No wonder it was a mess.I refuse to go back to this store for anything. They, especially Jonai, all need to be retrained, including the manager, John.
We were having problems with having a phone replacement. The staff explained that though they could not swap the phone in store they would be more than willing to call AT&T while we were there and speak with them. They were extremely polite and apologetic about not being able to help us more. Every time I have gone to this store the associates have gone above and beyond to be helpful.

One of worst at&t stores ive been to. There were many employees but were helping the ones who werent even in line. I waited there for a WHOLE HOUR!! Some stupid family kept taking up all of the workers times and gave them a hard time. Instead of helping me, after ive been there for an hour, they were helping people who walked right through the door instead. I just wanted a new phone, that was it. I ended up leaving because they didnt even bother to walk up to us and help us out after an hour of waiting. Smh, just order a phone online or go to a different at&t store. The service here is HORRIBLE!
DO NOT BUY A PHONE AT THIS MALL KIOSK!!! Did not notice until the day after purchasing a new phone and taking the phone credit that my photos did not transfer over. Called immediately on Sat and learned the district manager, Deshaun Cassidy, had my phone in the Symrna store and it had not been wiped clean yet. Deshaun promised to bring my phone to the Christiana mall that night so the photos could be retrieved on Sunday. After driving 45 minutes to the mall on Sunday not only did Deshaun not drop my old phone off, he did not bother to call me and tell me that. When I finally did call him, the phone had been wiped clean. I was very upset and Deshaun cavalierly informed me that I must have been the one to wipe it clean. What??!!?? No apologies for not keeping his word, for not protecting my data, and for letting me waste another 2 hours of my weekend. Unforgivable! When I took my new phone to the Apple store at the mall they just shook their head and said they had to clean up this ATT Kiosk caused problems constantly.
Terrible customer service, the associate was not friendly at all, made me feel like I was bothering him which made me very frustrated.I went to the AT&T on Kirkwood hwy and found a much more pleasant associate (Maria) who went out of her way to make my upgrade very pleasant.I won’t go back to the Christiana store.

The manger from AT&T at Christiana Mall stole my trade in phone and now refused to give me a credit for my old phone trade in. I called the AT&T and theirs nothing they can do because they are a third party. Don’t trust them. Go somewhere else!!! Get away from this company!!

I called the stored several times to have the machine tell me they were busy and could not answer the phone for almost an hour straight. Its a wensday in the middle of of January there is no reason I should have to call this much to see if my phone came in. I was even hung up on while on hold with the machine lazy worthless employees.
Waited in store for 20 min during that time 3 alarms were going off and no one bothered to stop them eventually had to leave before getting helped. I would not recommend going to this location.
The employees in this store are a JOKE! I came to this store twice and was treated poorly both times. One of the employees, Alaina was extremely rude and condescending. The employees act as if they do not want to help customers. If I could give zero stars I would. I was expecting better for it being a store in the mall.
My in store experience was terrible. My aunt and I waited for over 2.5 hours to add a new line to an account. The associates were very detached and kept disappearing into the back of the store without giving us updates as fas how long it was going to take to add the new phone line. I don’t recommend anyone going to this store period!
