This place have alot of modern decorative item and furniture that fit your modern home and is very beautiful and trendy. I would say 2021 is the year where everyone want pottery barn accessories and west elm too.2 major draw back for me is...1) the items is very highly priced. If youre an average Joe. You will not be able to afford 90% of the stuff in there. Youre mostly paying for the brand. Their quality also top notch. So if youre a budget shopper. This is not for you.2) the employees will read your body language, how you look and how you dress and determine if youre worth their time, they can tell if youre window shopper or an actual potential customer. So they will most likely not acknowledge you unless you approach them first, I wouldnt say is a bad thing since not everyone can afford PB. And they need to make sales from real customer.

I dont live close to this store, but chose to place my furniture order through them. I am SO glad I did. Every single I time I called before and after my order was placed, everyone I spoke to (especially Mallory, Whitney and Lorraine) was incredibly helpful. It finally came to the time when my order was getting close to being delivered and I dont know what went on, but the date kept getting pushed back by PB customer service. I called the store and Im not sure what they did, but they got the ball rolling and my furniture will be here in 3 days. I cant wait. Excellent customer service!!

I always include a walk through Pottery Barn anytime I see one. I usually always find something unique and wonderful even if it is a pillow cover.

Love the style in here. Lots of home decorating ideas. A little pricey. Look for sales.

I expected this shop might have better deals for thew week of Black Friday even I was on Sat; however I couldnt see much.

Every time I go in a PB I get treated like I dont exist. I know its because of my color because I get COMPLETELY IGNORED by their personnel. Figured maybe it was just this store, but nope went to 2 other locales and got the same treatment, like Im not wanted. (When youve been walking around in brown skin all your life, trust me YOU KNOW). Anyway, walked around entire store, picked up things, looked interested and NOTHING. Ive been to much more higher end stores (LV, Neimans) and get treated with kindness and respect from associates. All in all, wasnt meant to spend my money there, and believe me I was planning on spending since I just bought a new home.

Love their sales....especially cushion covers and baskets...and they have some of sweetness and helpful associates in the business

Beautiful expensive stuff

Very disappointed that the dining room table chairs that I ordered are not available until September. A 4 month wait. The table came but no chairs. What is up with that!! How can you sell a table and have a customer wait 4 months for the chairs? You advertise all pieces together.

Horrible customer service. Unlike other stores Ive visited, the staff here could not be bothered to help with my request.

Valenda shouldnt be fired! I can understand a bad day but a nnasty rude and ignorant attitude was over the top. She refused to help me and used a rude robotic tone.... we are swamped and I dont have time for you. I said you are really being rude she said Yeah well Im doing what what manger said and her voice was the most unprofessional awful tone. Im sure calling her manger wont help if she hires horrific employees like this. This store every time Im there has the rudest employees Ive ever came across, Pottery Barm you need to address this employees atttitude.
