Cant wait for the new bed to arrive. Dave was super attentive, demonstrating all the features and presenting all the options. I got feel, first hand, how comfortable it will be. Foot warmer! Oh how grand!

Worst customer service ever. Drove 45 mins to get their and sales staff wouldnt ever give us the time of day. Never showed us the beds just stood there arguing with me what was the reason I needed a new bed. And how price shouldnt be and a reason for choosing what bed to buy.

So far, so good. My experience at the Newark, DE store was great. Irfan was an excellent consultant. He explained the features and benefits of the beds thoroughly. He was knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my second time purchasing, first at this store. Dannan was so wonderful! My husband and I arrived 40 mins or so before closing. I was a bit apprehensive thinking it would be a rushed experience... but it wasn’t. She first got our respective sleep numbers, entertained our questions, and was happy to help us make our selection without being pushy. It was when we tried to pull my previous purchase that we ran into trouble but Dannan was very persistent and after some detective like work, she was able to find it! It was a great experience and I can’t wait for our bed to arrive!

My husband and I had a great experience looking for a new mattress. Danaan was fantastic and had lots of patience while answering all of our questions. The only complaint I have is having to wait 11 more days before enjoying our new bed !

In the last 12-months my family has spent close to $9k (+/-). The first experience (2019) was exceptional the gentleman was very knowledgeable, friendly, and utterly professional to the full extent.The second time our sales rep Dannan was extremely professional. My husband and I walked in to purchase a sleep number for a member of our family who is considered high risk in these times of Covid and she can’t leave the house to be fit for the mattress, pillows etc...at first we didn’t want to touch anything (we are very Covid friendly/cautious) but we had to kind of test out the C, and P series samples, Dannan was okay with us testing out the samples, she was very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. We couldn’t figure out if we needed pillows or additional accessories for the mattress at that particular moment...which brings me toMaking my THIRD visit to this store roughly 2-weeks later. This visit was by far the WORST experience at this store...I was greeted by sales rep by the name of Shameka (who calls her self MeckaA- who also happens to be the store manager) who right of the back was utterly rude and almost seemed as though she hated her job. I greeted her according to her attitude, mentioned we have a pending order and our mattress being delivered next weekend and proceeded to ask ask her about pillows, and I TOUCHED a pillow to see what it felt like. At which point she went onto tell me to “refrain from touching anything as she has to sanitize/disinfect anything that has been touched.” I apologized, and didn’t touch anything else thereafter. A few minutes later I asked her if she could pull up my previous order and see which pillows we have previously ordered...this woman was so annoyed by my request she ignored it at first...so I requested her to pull up my order again at which point she asked me for my information..I was irritated by her unprofessional demeanor so I said “I apologize that your annoyed by me” she ignored my statement at which point I said “do you not want my business?” She got a bit flustered and RUDELY responded “I’m pulling up your order aren’t I.” at this point I was so angry (for lack of better words) I really wanted to spend an additional $1200 at this store to purchase the base/box that we didn’t purchase initially but I was livid so I paid for two pillows ($320/set) and proceeded to walk out.I don’t understand how anyone that works at a business such as this one can treat paying customers this way. It’s not like I’m walking in to spend $100, $500...I’m literally spending THOUSANDS at this store, the nerve or this woman is beyond me!The reason why this store exists is so paying customers can walk in test out the products and for her to be irritated because she needs TO DO the job she is being paid for (sanitize and disinfect) the sampleProducts shows that she is lazy and has no appreciation for her job during a pandemic and an economic crises...she’s lucky to have a job and shouldn’t treat others the way she did me.As for Dannan, the sales rep that helpedWith the purchase of the mattress...not ONCE did she mention that if we sampled the mattresses she would have to sanitize them...that’s what you call great customer service.This day in age everything must be sanitized, times are diff. This should be part of your job no matter what industry so to share that information with a paying customer is unnecessary and unacceptable...it’s a part of your job description- do your job! No need to share your job responsibilities with paying customers so they can FEEL sorry for you! Which is primarily why I give this location 3-stars.

Just went to the Sleep Number store in the Christiana Mall expecting to buy a bed for around $5000, but the saleswoman in the store acted as if giving us information about the bed was too much trouble. Made me feel as if I had to justify myself as to why I wanted to buy a sleep number bed. I just left within a couple of minutes, wonder if the store owner knows of their inadequate sales personnel.

I have a friend that loves her sleep number bed. She was recently in this store to purchase sheets, which are ridiculously expensive, and was treated horribly. 1st she was lied to by a sales associate. 2nd the manager refused to honor the sales associate promises and insulted and accused my friend of lying. I won’t ever buy a sleep number bed. Treating people professionally and not scamming them is a basic principle I demand in anyone I do business with.

I have given this store many chances to prove me wrong hoping there was at least one decent employee but nope. My last final straw was when they were denying me to apply for store credit. I was informed by the employee if I wasn’t buying that day then i can’t apply it’s pointless because then the offer will close out in 30 days. So I’m guessing I only had 30 days to decide if i was ready to invest into $2500 bed??? Yes ok i know how credit cards work. I had another incident where I walked in with my best friend and her fiancé. 3 employees were working and not one got up to greet us until We walked all the way to the back of the store. We were greeted with attitude at one point. Then she automatically assumed that all 3 of us were sleeping together in one bed and continue to insult us saying these exact words “I don’t know your preference” when we asked for the store manager name and card she refused to give it to us. Later on we ended up finding out that the lady that insulted us was the store manager. It’s a shame that with that kind of customer service I will never be back in that store until they clear house with those horrible employees.

We have been considering purchasing a sleep number bed for some time. There was an enticing sale happening the day we stopped by.The salesman was very knowledgeable, answering our questions and providing important information on, matress removal, return policies, warrentees, and financing.We were invited to try each of the bed options during the visit. Each bed was demonstrated for us in various sleeping positions.Were able to find one that met our needs, within our budget, without feeling pressured or manipulated.We ordered sheets for our new bed, as the size is different from our current bed. It was nice not to have to make another stop for those, afterwards.We are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our bed.
