She was also busy with another customer at the time, and kept apologizing to me for the delay, which was no need for it, she was finishing up with another customer. My fiancé and i are young adults that were looking for our first mattress together! We were both excited and nervous with high standards of this big purchase.. I stopped by Christiana Store 45 minutes before closing on Labor Day and was offered assistance immediately. I indicated I was fine and would let them know when I needed assistance. They let me do my thing. upon requesting assistance the saleswomen were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to my needs and weren’t in any way pushy. My husband and I went to this store on Friday and got our mattress delivered on Monday !! Great customer service. Store manager was thorough in his explanation about the mattress we keen over. He made sure the COVID protocols were followed. Communication was on-point from delivery scheduling to delivery window. First of all they don’t seem to care for Covid protocols. They wear a mask but they do not sanitize the store at all or the beds which people just sit and lie down on all day so beware of that.I went in to look for a new mattress for my grandmother who just suffered a severe stroke. Obviously she couldn’t come in so I was very concerned about the return policy. I wanted to make sure she got a mattress for a fair price that she loved. I stressed this to the sales associate and we went over everything in detail. She talked about the 30 day comfort exchange program but I also inquired about just a refund for the mattress. After several attempts with the same essential question, she finally said that the item could be returned within 30 days. I told her that was great because I would never buy something without a return guarantee. Finally, feeling a sense of relief, I purchased the mattress. My grandmother from what I could tell ( she can’t speak now) didn’t like the mattress and ended up using my mattress instead. I returned the mattress - it wasn’t even removed from the factory plastic wrapping- only to learn they will not accept any returns. No matter the circumstances. So despite being flat out lied and in shock I tried to find a solution. The sales associate the proceeded to become quite aggressive when I started asking questions. She told me I signed a contract that clearly stated this. Well turns out she never printed it and I never signed anything. They emailed a copy of the sales receipt 3 days after the purchase which was the same day as the return ironically but it was never given to me in store. After going through all this hassle and dealing with her yelling and inability to communicate like a normal human being she then told me I had to leave the store. This company and their associates are bunch of crooks and liars. It’s 2020 and you can’t return an item? Literally anywhere else this is not how business is done. They play their tricks and say what they have to get the sale. They pretend to care about your circumstances but in reality all they care about is their weak commission. Whatever you do, don’t pay in cash. Luckily I paid credit and have disputed the charge. What a shame to have to go through this during the holidays and an already trying circumstance. Shame on these people and this store.

Ryan was extremely helpful in working with us to pick out a new mattress! It took about a week to get used to the new mattress but since then I havent woken up with any back pain! After looking at mattresses at other area shops, we were happy to have found Mattress Warehouse. Their specialty is - of course- mattresses, with the expertise to go along with it. Ryan was a fantastic salesperson. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to delivery. Delivery was next day as promised, but would have preferred to select a time slot. Instead, the time was automated, and was at 7:30 am (which was a bit problematic living in a condo). The delivery was not complete as well. It included our mattress and box spring, but the order did not include the mattress cover. (Ryan thankfully corrected the error.)

I went into the Mattress Warehouse knowing the exact mattress I wanted. Im an ex-retail manager so I am not the easiest customer. I hate hard sales and know most of the tricks of the trade. When I met my salesperson, she was delightful! I couldnt have had a better experience! Not only did I get a great mattress, I walked out with one that I had no intention of purchasing. Alicia sold a mattress in store and failed to share the stores policy about returns. A store employee should be obligated to speak these over with the walk-in customer. When confronted, the answer is the terms and conditions are on the receipt. This is not a practical way to display a stores policy. A receipt is given AFTER a sale. Policies should be informed BEFORE a sale to prevent any misconception.After trying to reach out to the company, no one will offer a solution. I was told it was my fault I can not find a comfortable bed.I would encourage others to look elsewhere.

My husband and I went to buy a mattress we ended up not buying a mattress and getting a bedframe the bedframe is $400 $399 to be exactThey told me my bed was gonna be delivered by a certain time when that day arrives I never received a phone call so I called them all to find out that my bed was discontinued and no one ever said anything if I didn’t Call the no one would’ve said anything the person that sold me the bed wasn’t in that day then another manager from another store was he gave us a floor model at a discount rate I am still waiting for the refund from the difference Ive been emailing and calling it’s been over a month mind you no one is answering their phone and corporate doesn’t answer either Wonder if I’ll ever get my money back

Stopped by to compare prices against the other 4 stores Id checked on the Sealy hybrid copper ii mattress. Richie was patient, listened to my needs, showed me comparable models, and was able to beat the prices Id been quoted by nearly $500. Ended up buying a king set with 24 months same as cash. Saved over $500 over other local stores. Very happy with my experience. Ask for Richie - he was awesome.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE!Ordered two twin bed for pick up and they NEVER called us to tell us to pick them up as they had promised to do so. A week later when we came to complain they said the “ticket was finalized” and they they couldn’t do anything. We called corporate and they were EVEN LESS HELPFUL telling us to return to the store waisting my valuable time. It’s been almost a month since the beds were ordered and paid for and this store and employees are being sketchy and unhelpful. IF YOU DONT WANNA LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND TIME DO NOT PURCHASE AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS.

Bought a nectar mattress and boxspring from Mattress Warehouse and recieved a great product. While the boxspring we purchased did have a crack in one of the wooden slats, Ryan at MW made it his top priority to get me a new boxspring within the next day, and personally helped me get it onto my car. Walked in because i saw 70% off floor models. However there were only a few to choose from. Mr. B as hes called politely and professionally suggested i try the memory foam mattresses as he inquired about my needs and found I was looking for a new one because of back problems. He walked me through all the brands and firmnesses with knowledge and easy to understand explanations and what makes them different. I ultimately after much 3 little bears like testing 3 different beds landed on the tempur pedic pro adapt medium. What ultimately sold me on them was feel of quality and backing it up with same length warranty for half the amount of sag. I firmly believe you get what you pay for. Cant say enough good things about Mr. B the salesman that helped me out on understanding the balance between value in a mattress and the actual needs i have for a certain type.
