I love this store but I think you find better deals online! But there is nothing like coming into the store to smell the new scents! Which is hard to do when ordering online! Store was very clean and everyone was wearing mask! Bags were free too!

All of their stores basically have the same inventory, so to me its not so much about the great deals and of course wide variety of products to choose from. It is the overall fantastic customer service I have always received at this particular store that keeps me coning back! Everyone from the manager to the person who greets you at the entrance is always cheerful, nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommended!

If you like strong smells to put on your body and candles, this is the place to go.

I was just looking for mens items and the greeter gave me perfect information about where the mens section was and where the added location was for mens items so I really thought that was appropriate and I appreciate the friendly atmosphere

OMG!!! I love the essence, and the good deals they have,very good costumer service...

Shop was clean, neat and stocked. Someone up front controlling traffic and making sure you had a mask on and used hand sanitizer before entering. Still received customer service, just from six feet away.

I absolutely love this store, everytime I come in there is a young lady with a smile on her face willing to help me. I have totally forgot her name but I do know she is the manager and she is awesome. This store is so lucky to have her running this store, she deserves a raise 😊

I have never been to this store. My son gave me a gift card, so I went to see what I could use. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I found so really nice candles and bought three. It was a very clean store and nicely stocked with a great selection of bath oils, lotions, candles, and body washes.

Customer Service is horrible. Did not open the store until 11:15. It was insulting not to inform the customers that were waiting outside that they are opening the store late.When she finally opened the store, she never greeted the customers that were waiting.
