Very friendly and helpful staff. They were about to host a wine tasting when I stopped in, and they asked if I wanted to join them for it. Selection is great and the prices are pretty good for Manhattan. Will absolutely have this as my new go-to liquor store in the city.

A wonderful wine and liquor store with a great selection and fair prices. Ive been coming here regularly for over 3 years, and the staff here is so welcoming and always has great recommendations. Its one of those places that really makes the area feel like a neighborhood!

Odyssey is heaven. The staff are very friendly and very informative with everything I ask for. I really appreciate them for hanging in there during the pandemic and continue to show superb service.

There’s this guy with cap behind counter has been very rude to us. After we checked out, he didnt give us a bag or receipt. After my gf made the request asking “can i have a bag?” He literally rolled his eyes and stared at her. Maybe this dude had a bad day but we would never go that store againIn response to the owner1 the person never asked if we need a bag. There’s the open container laws which prohibits the existence of wine bottle in public so most stores hand you the bag with bottle after checkout.2 bad shopping experience wont be captured by surveillance camera, because he rolled his eyes directly to US not to the camera...so

Excellent selection of wines but my wife and I only wanted Primitivo and they had one type and we got two bottles. It was very good quality.The store is very nice and the staff very helpful.

I ordered online and I regret it. They advertised free delivery and $10 off your first purchase, but what they dont say is the delivery area is restricted to a five-block radius. I also shouldve done my homework; the $65 bottle of Scotch I bought costs $29 at Total Wine. Thats on me though.Edited to add: I don’t appreciate being called a liar. Enjoy the screenshots.

This is my favorite wine store in NYC! Everyone is so friendly and Emil, the manager is the best! They have weekly tastings which are so fun and allow the customers to try out new wines. I was so happy when this opened in my neighborhood. I definitely suggest going here and ask for Emil, he will take good care of you.

Odyssey Wine and Spirits is our go to place for Wine and Liquor. It’s our neighborhood shop. Conveniently located. The staff are extremely warm, engaging and always willing to help. My partner and I feel as though we are going into our own liquor cabinet whenever we are in need of anything. Whether it’s a certain wine form a particular region or an ingredient for a specialty cocktail we are about to make. They are very helpful with suggestions and very well stocked with options. I cannot forget to mention the wine and spirit tastings they have each weekend and in the summer months on Thursdays as well. It’s a great way to end the busy work week. We see many local neighbors gather. The energy is fun and positive. They also welcome our dog which we you don’t often find is such well established businesses. He looks forward to his daily walk and stop there for a treat. He even sits at the door when the shop is closed and we have to force him to continue his walk. The shop is like a well-oiled machine with staff willing to assist a step behind you with nothing but smiles when you walk in the door. We also have built great relationships with the folks that bring in their wine and spirits for the tastings. Such a diverse group from around the world. If you are ever in the area be sure to stop by.

This place is amazing. I was visiting from out of town and needed to take something to friends. I go on and theyve got a tasting of wine going on over in one area (which I didnt have time for), and a tasting of artisanal gin (which I also didnt have time for but made some anyway - it was delicious). When trying to make a selection I was approached by a friendly staff member, who, within moments, asked what I was looking for. He was comfortable talking about price points and with just a few questions found me the perfect bottle to bring with me. Based on the friendly and really knowledgeable staff I want to recommend Odyssey far and wide!

It was as beautiful as described by another Google user. They didnt have any red wines that I recognized but the young salesman directed me to another reasonably priced red. The entrance to the store is located on 10th.
