Been going here for years. But I gotta say these guys are the best and surprisingly the prices arent absolutely outs sight which is strange considering who their landlord is. (Frickin Grand Central Station)

The man at the register was rude and not knowledgeable about wine. He approached me and asked if he could help me, but when I asked if there was a vegan wine section he scoffed and said all wine was vegan. I told him that many people aren’t aware, but wine is usually filtered using animal products. He said that’s not true and told me to “have a nice day,” basically telling me to leave.

If you want to pay 8$ for a single can of hard seltzer this is the place to be

Best liquor store I have been to in NYC in a long while!! Wide selection of wines and whiskey. Some unique selections that can not be found anywhere else in the new york city. The merchandising is a mess and stock on items low if you want more than one of anything but plenty of selection of high quality wine and liquors. Best in the area.

Placed order online, they cancelled the order and told me they didnt realize they were cheaper than all the other stores and told me the bottles were $200 more per bottle. Insane.

I came here, saw a bottle of whisky I wanted to buy, asked the guy at the counter who was engrossed in his phone, and was told to come back the next day when the manager was in. Turn away customers... How not to run a business.

In the 3 times I have gone into the store (in the evening) I have find the staff distracted and seeming to be more intrested in negativity gossiping (one time about another customer) and flirting then helping customers. And I agree with the prices being a “rip-off.”

I had to throw out the wine, it had no flavor just a pungent taste at the end. For the price I expected a wine that was good and HADNT turned bad. Will not purchase here again.

Staff is functional, no complaints there but the prices are a complete ripoff.
