The most ghetto place to call or shop, I called to inquiry on a champagne… the guy who took the phone was talking about someone being shot and the said: HELLO’! When I asked him about what I was looking he couldn’t specify if he had the bottle and then he asked me AGGRESSIVELY how many bottles? Without even replying to me question…And I was I don’t know 1 or 2, but do you have it? He said YES that’s less than $100!Dude if you want to be funny over the phone just go to a circus and don’t work in customer service.There are amazing places like Broadway liquors & wine warehouse at 237th in BJ’s (Bronx). They provide an excellent service even over the phone.Save your time and energy with this ghetto place that has everything BUT MANNERS.

A friend of mine ordered me a gift bottle delivery from this store for Christmas. The bottle didnt arrive at the scheduled time. Since the status of delivery was marked as ‘done’ I called the store to see if there was any confusion. After repeated attempts to reach them, and being hung up on several times, I was finally told that they didn’t have any delivery people available. I live in the neighborhood so I offered to pick it up. The person on the phone agreed. Next day I went to the store. All they had to do was give me the bottle which was already paid for. Easy right? Wrong. Instead the owner became very abusive, didn’t listen to anything I tried to explain, insulted me and refused to give me the bottle. Guess he doesn’t have a lot of Christmas spirit...The store itself has a very mediocre selection, and their prices are definitely not cheap. (I had time to walk around while I was waiting for the owner to speak to me). Perhaps they make their money in some other way, since they clearly don’t care about selling liquor, or their customers.Do yourself a favor and go to literally any of the nearby liquor stores: you will find better selection and better prices AND no one will yell at you.
I was celebrating my birthday and i went to get a Hennessy VSOP 750ml the cashier Carlos ask me for ID and when he notice that it was true he came out of nowhere and gave me a 200ml of the same kind of liquor free as a gift from the store i was in shock. It never happened to me ever in my life and i have been in a lot of liquor store not meaning that i m an alcoholic but it was very nice from them, thank you again. i highly recommend the store.
Great store and the service is superb, the prices are in my view the best in the area, staff was very helpfull. I will definetely will be coming back to this store.
I went in to buy liquor and as I was paying the cashier/older man with grey hair made engaging side conversation to distract me from the monetary transaction. What he did was that he gave me less than half of what he owed me and I didn’t notice until it was too late. This is very upsetting. I’m writing this review so people will over look any type of conversational distraction because that is how they take advantage of you and STEAL YOUR MONEY. Aside from their overpriced liquor.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I placed an order for a box of Pinot Noir and a bottle of Evan Williams. After two and a half hours and a call to the store, we finally had the delivery driver arrive. When they handed over the delivery the wine was Pinot Grigio not Pinot Noir. I asked the delivery driver about this and his direct quote was Well Im not going to take it back, unless Ill just owe you a bottle the next time. Obviously we were not comfortable with this proposition. Therefore we placed a phone call to the store who responded abusively, claiming that we were lying. And that if we werent lying then the delivery driver would have to be fired because of our complaint. We found this incredibly rude, incredibly disrespectful both to ourselves and their staff. At no point was there an attempt to remedy the situation, and we were left with a very sour experience.
I was happy with the customer service I recived, felt very welcomed and the condition of the store was great, very clean and everything was priced well and easily accesable. The sale person was able and willing to answer all my questions and seemed to know his store from where something was located and know some information about the items I had questions about. He was also willing to say he didnt know about an item but added that the next time I returned he would be able to give me details about it. Which I found refreshing. I believe his Name was Will. Great job
On 08/25/19 at 3:31 pm I went to buy a bottle of wine and also wanted to buy a bottle Hennessy V.S.O.P I ask the cashier if had the small bottle but the cashier Carlos gave me an disgusting attitude I left without buying itI do not recommend this Store for the unprofessional service
