I went into bra smyth today to get fitted for hopefully a new bra. There weren’t any people and just one worker in the small store. While i appreciate she didn’t pressure me into purchasing a bra, she didn’t exactly help me find one. She eyeballed my size and gave me two bras to try on and left me to fit myself. I more than likely wouldn’t return back here. They weren’t as welcoming as I’d like them to have been.

Went by today and found they are doing a shorter work week due to Covid. I called the number on the door and this extraordinary retailer had the store opened for me so I had new bras for my vacation. Bought a new robe too.. service doesn’t get any better than this. Great inventory!

Not the friendliest or most welcoming customer service but no complaints about their fittings and knowledge.

I love the personal & professional expertise of the sales staff. You tell them the style of bra youre looking for & immediately look at your body type & are able to find several types of bras to choose from.

They carry my favorite underwear, great service!!

I have bought several bras from this store (as well as the one on Broadway) and have loved the staff. They have always given me their undivided attention and I leave with great-fitting bras each time.
