Had a great fitting appointment today with Kayla! She was warm, professional, and knowledgeable. She listened to my feedback on fit and styles and I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. Its so nice to be able to try on these brands that make F+ cups and experiment with them since theyre a pricey investment. So worth it to have well-fitting bras.I appreciated that they took covid protocols seriously with distancing, minimal contact, and sanitizing. I hope to come back sometime post-pandemic! I didnt really browse at all but would definitely do so once its safer.

Horrible company that refuses to give me a refund for years that I’ve been begging. They bought out a wonderful company that I had a store credit with and that location closed and I want a refund to my card and they are refusing. There is no store anywhere near me and buying online from a new company whose products I don’t know or trust from a company holding my money hostage is extremely irritating. They have $168 of my money that they refuse to refund to me from the old company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Greedy company. When the bought the previous store the service went downhill and their customer service now is just the same.**They have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund. I should note theyve never even given me a store credit code, so theyve had my money withheld from me in all forms. The fact theyve not responded to me since May 12th is outrageous. Theyve basically stolen from me.

I knew my wife shops here so I decided to stop in for a birthday gift.The staff welcomed me with a smile, offered me a drink and made me feel comfortable right away.I knew her size walking in (or so I thought) but aside from that I was pretty much clueless.Thankfully, the staff had my wifes profile and shopping history on file so they were able to easily point me to the correct size, brands and preferred styles. Easy!Alba, the stylist who assisted me was great at recommending and matching styles.I dont know anything about womens intimate wear but even I could tell their curated brands and garments use excellent materials and construction.If any guys here are reading this and thinking about buying their lady some lingerie, I highly recommend this boutique.

I was greeted as soon I walked in. Alba (sales rep) asked how she could help. I told her I was looking to replace a bra I preciously bought at Rigby. I gave the description and brand and she took straight back to the fitting and pulled what I was looking for. She also pulled some other selections that I would like. Alba walked me through every bra and told me the benefits and downfalls. She also got me to try more color. I like that she was not pushing anything on me but just wanted me to see my options. I ended getting what I was looking for and more. Best part I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. This will always be be my bra and lingerie store of choice.

I came In to buy 10 bras. The lady treated me very badly.I do not know if she profiled me. I came into the city just to buy bras. Unacceptable service. It was like I was at a Walmart.

I had an amazing experience shopping for my honeymoon. Everything is beautiful but the staff makes it great because they know exactly how to size you. I worked with Alba who was fun and talented. She had beautiful suggestions and knew my size to tee. The fact that 99% of what she brought me fit made for a wonderful experience. Thank you Alba!

My daughter and I had a lovely, experience at Rigby & Peller and we cant recommend it more highly. Alba is a gem--very informative, personable and fun--putting us both at ease. Geysa, the store manager, was equally as welcoming, setting a relaxing tone for the entire shop.

My Mom and I went shopping a few weeks ago at Rigby and Peller in NYC and the experience was amazing! The staff was so friendly, the environment was relaxing and the products were beautiful! I was offered champagne and given a silk robe to wear while waiting to be fitted for bras. As soon as I put one on, my posture change instantly. I feel more confident and comfortable in my clothes thanks to this experience. After wearing them for two weeks, I will never buy another bra that doesn’t come from Rigby and Peller. Incredible service and amazing lingerie! It’s a struggle to find beautiful bras with a larger bosom, but they were incredibly attentive to my needs and I left with some amazing bras and a renewed sense of self confidence. Cant recommend them enough!

Excellent service. The staff has incredible knowledge and will wow you with their fitting expertise. The product offering is amazing, they carry over 40 sizes ranging from A to K cup!

Ok every lady needs to be fitted properly for their under garments. This is the place to go. Free alterations with your purchases too if you need them tailored to fit you more perfectly!

Formerly Intimacy, great store with vast selection of European brands for bras, swimwear and workout gear for those well endowed$$ (most bras average $120-150 EACH) but they last much longer and are insanely supportive compared to other bras because of their quality construction and materialsHighly recommend for anyone over a D cup
