Very poor customer service! Disappointing

I was there this afternoon to attend Susan Millers appearance. The place is nice, the lingerie really expensive and I had a nasty experience with a security guy. I was carrying a Duane Reade bag with books and magazines and he told me I couldnt get in unless I got rid of it. I asked him what to do (and I expected him to give me some options, like leaving it with one of the shop attendants) His answer was that he didnt care. I know he was doing his job, but his attitude was very disrespectful and rude. Its unfortunate that such a high-end lingerie store hires security guys with horrible manners :((
