This has been an amazing experience, and Sophia the sales associate from this Boutique did an excellent job! I came for a mother of the groom dress and felt so happy I found my dress from this boutique. Shes extremely helpful in helping customers find the dress that is appropriate for them. I will be back as a customer many times, especially if Sophia can help me.

Wolford products are high quality but the service was really disappointing. When youre buying tights at $50 a pop, you expect the sales person to be respectful. (Actually, I expect everyone to be nice to each other.) I was the only person in the store but the salesperson was completely unhelpful. The store was out of my size in the color I wanted. Could I order them through her? No, come back and check later. Were really busy. When is the next shipment? I dont know. Youll have to stop by. Could she email or call me when they got them in? No, we dont do that.

Bought a gift for my wife here. She really loved it. The selection is small but items are great and there is no fluff.

Ive shopped at the Boston location, the girls on staff are classy, the entire selection of hosiery is classy and as good quality as it gets.

I totally agree the customer service is awful I was on a business trip and purchased items and I was pregnant the sales asscociate said I could get a refund if they did not fit-Well not only did she not give me a refund- they ignored me for weeks- they sent me a credit for 94.00 and then said they would refund any of the other to my credit card 20 calls later and they said we mailed a store credit. Well- I am on the phone with my credit card disputing this purchase I will NEVER purchase this again
