Great experience every time

If I could give this store 1000 stars, I would. Beyond the fact that is is a very fresh, modern, clean store that I enjoy walking in, the sales consultants are just next level fantastic, which has led me to buy much more Ferragamo than I probably would have if it wasnt for the amazing shopping experience I always get here. Pedro really is the most wonderful consultant I have ever come across in any store (either like SF or higher end like Chanel or Dior). He is always so warm and kind when my fiance and I come to the store, and is truly so helpful in giving his opinion to help us make the best purchase for what we are looking for that day. I will never go to another SF store.

Normally, I wouldnt review retailers but the experience at Salvatore Fereagamo in Brookfield Place in FiDi was unbelievable. I went in there and received great customer service when the staff there really didnt have to help me. They showed me that I was a valued customer which made my loyalty to the brand skyrocket. The bag in the picture? I didnt buy it that day but will be buying it from the great people at the FiDi store. They deserve the commission.

I pretended to be interested in their $760 shoes and $380 belts and $1600 backpacks (!) on my way to their tester bottle of cologne for a shpritz. Theres also one on Fifth Ave. Staff was all polite and well-dressed and attentive but not too much in your face. Nice style (but not $1600 nice).

Let me say this is has been one of worst shopping experience. The staff has this air of arrogance and they come across as snotty. I tried on a few shoes and didnt like any. I felt they had some really old stock and for my taste they had some horrible designs. But the staff member acted as if I wasted his time and the whole vibe was very discomforting. I visit this mall regularly as its close to my work place and I dont they get any customers. I have rarely anyone walk out with one of their bags. AVOID THIS STORE

Nice boutique as usual for Ferragamo, the salesman that helped me was an asian gentleman (cant remember his name) was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and trendy collections, as well as the materials and prices.

Great Place, Paul and Joseph were very helpful.

As with all Salvatore Ferragamo locations, this place was pristine and orderly, staff were very polite and welcoming. Only stayed a few minutes since I was just window shopping.

The staff is very friendly and know their product. Smallish store but has a great selection.

I was very impressed with the World Trade Center monuments
