Pricey for me. Awesome customer service and selection.

I bought my first hat here three years ago and still wear it to this day. I went back yesterday and walked a way with gorgeous Stetson. The customer service was remarkable. I was carefully guided through trying on about 10 hats. Between hats we discussed my likes and dislikes and my feedback was quickly addressed and resolved. I am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this place. I love my hats so much that they decorate the walls of my apartment.

I was a little leery of going in just because of the way it looks from outside and it was a bit of a mess inside with soooo many hats. I thought they would only have cheap Asian imports but they also have many higher quality ones. The man behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Ive got a big, difficult to fit head and he pulled over 30 hats for me to try before I picked two to buy. Ill definetely go back the next time Im in the neighborhood.

Finally found a hat shop that has a huge selection - great customer service. I walked in - was not rushed or anything like that - chose a few hats but then told him my vision. It turned out that he could morph one of the hats I chose into exactly what I was looking for - he fixed the brim and size. I have hats here at home that I bought online that are useless. Glad those days are over - this is the only place in NYC that Ill purchase a hat. The sales person/owner could not have been nicer - we had a great chat before I left. I highly recommend World Hats.

Great service and great hats to pick from. David Letterman was just here to buy a hat. If you want a cheap price then buy a cheap hat. I will definitely come back for a summer hat.

Stay away from World Hats. Total RIP off artist. Brought a few hats from them. The price wasnt clearly stated on the hat. When I got to the register is was $400 more than I thought. Paid for the hat took it home and didnt like it. Returned it the next day and they refused to refund me the money. Clerk said we dont take returns. Hat wasnt worn or used. I returned the merchandise less the 12 hours. Fought with CC company to get them to return it. They couldve taken it back there was nothing wrong. Total creeps.I will work hard to make sure everyone knows it

Nice hats but was charge $185 for a Stetson and saw it later on the Stetson website for $110. It was my first time buying a hat and now I feel like I was taken advantage of.

I never make reviews, but thought I would today. Feel a bit ripped off. I just bought a hat and paid 100 more than I should have (found this out when I got home and looked up) I will not give them my business again.
