I’m posting photos of myself more to show you what’s in the store. It’s basically the website but better.I searched and searched but this is really the only place to see and try on kangol stuff.The most important thing was the service. I spent almost an hour trying to figure out what i wanted. This was my first flat cap ever.The dude was so patient, and was seriously helpful in educating me and telling me what worked and didn’t work for me.After this i would never think of buying online. Worth the trip.

The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the brand made you feel at home in the store which is a rarity nowadays I would definitely recommend the store to friends and certainly will be visiting it again in the future.

Its one of those N.yc gems. Hey they might be $ 3 to $15 more than online but, the ease & feeling of trying a hat on for true size is worth the cost. Ill continue to shop at this one and only Kangol on the east coast. The only one in the whole U.S.A

Soon I have an event to attend and I wanted to jazz up an outfit that I plan on wearing. I thought to myself get a Kangol hey if Wesley Snipes can rock one so can you. I took a look at the Kangol website and came prepared with a few options under my belt. I wound up with the Needles 504 which is a throwback to the classic Kangol cap in Grey. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and understanding with my inexperience in the Kangol world. He walked me through my choices and always gave me other suggestions, I must admit that I was awestruck with the amount of hats hanging from the wall. This attention to detail made my shopping experience G-R-E-A-T. I never felt pressured to buy anything and plan on going back for a second cap.

The intelligence of each product is a 5. The quality of the product is also a 5. Great store.

Went there recently the skinny Mexican guy with a blue button up shirt with some rediculouse airplanes on them that guy was pocketing money out of the cash register. is very rude.not helpful and the old white guy is very unprofessional picking his nose.

All sorts of options although its pricey. Steve is the only real person that works here. He is not fake and very professional and doesnt upsell you. He genuinely cares that you dont feel any buyers remorse when you walk out the door. The other staff just try to upsell you and gossip in front of the customers.

Kangol Employee was hovering as soon as I entered the store. I am a black male so this is nothing new but he made me it clear I wasnt welcome which was confusing due to the fact that he was black himself. Seems like his job as a Kongal employee must have gone to his head. Sad, embarrassment to the company.

The only Kangol only hat store in NYC! Other hat stores sell some Kangol styles, this store is authentic in that they sell all hat styles Kangol. A must visit!

If living in NYC, you can leave your phone number and get the information when they re on sale.The location of this shop is quite convenient, and you can see it after walking for 5 minutes from the subway station!Some hat styles in the store feel more complete than other places, you can try on the size to find a hat that suits you. I think this hat is very textured. The store also has some other products other than hats, and you can also go shopping if you are interested. The staff are very humorous and will chat with customers and then give various praises ٩̋ (• ͈ω • ͈) وIf you live in New York, leave the phone number, they will send SMS notifications for special events later, and once they buy, they will note the size of the personal purchase, next time they can directly take your size for you to try on Very caring service!
