Horrible not only did I wait an hour and a half for my hat. But the lettering was completely wrong. Size color and spelling. The staff member who made the mistake didnt even offer an explanation or apology. And it was the last hat in that color in my size. My friend was able to convince the manager to give me a discount thats the only reason I was compensated.

The selection is amazing. We wanted to personalize a child’s hat as a gift. It came out great. We asked if the store had other things for children. We were told no. It was very busy. After we walked out we noticed a sports store next door - also owned by Lids - with lots of things for kids. We wondered why the sales people in Lids did not tell us about it.

Customer service is excellent & they have a wide selection of jerseys & hats.

Went in for a New York Yankees hat in a 7 3/4 they directed me too one little turnstile and told me this is all the big sizes they have in the whole store, I was looking for a Yankees 212 logo hat and the girl when too check if they had the size and brought back a AZ Diamondbacks, wrong hat and wrong size. After that she didnt back too me, after I told her the 212 hat she started helping other people after that. No i am sorry, we dont have it just ignored me. I walked out with 2 hats I found myself and walked up too the register and an employee was camped out by one of the registers (wiping his head and face down) then yelled at me, telling hes over there 👉🏽 the person that was suppose too be at the register but was just day dreaming off too the side like oh yeah I am suppose too be doing my job. Paid and left ASAP. Need better customer service especially in a tourist heavy area. Never felt so disrespected in a Lids, like I was bothering the employees when I got money too spend, very rarely do I have too ask for help in a Lids. But this location I was ignored and forgotten about. Did not appreciate the service or the attitude I got when I just wanted a hat.

Extremely large selection of hats to choose from as you would expect. The prices are a little high for a hat, but its not horrible and they are currently offering half of the purchase of a second hat. I took advantage of this and got a couple nice Yankee hats, which made it all worth it. Would love to visit this store again. Very much worth it.

Andy was VERY helpful but the cashier/perhaps managerGiovanni ?, the guy in red Body Armor hat, was not. His lack of customer service finesse made me lose my appetite for new hats so i cancelled the transaction. if your a tourist and want the cliche new york rude experience the guy in the red body armor hat should satisfy your depravity.

Went there today.The guy Ho welcomed me was helpful.But paradoxically the choice was quite limited.I wanted a 39thirty mid size Flexfit cap any color, and they only had large sizes... And only 1 color.

Lots of in store selections. I ordered things online to pick up in store. They need to streamline how they handle instore pickup it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to pick up items I was emailed were ready for pickup, they seemed a bit unorganized. Overall though its a great hat shop.

Decent selection. Way too many snap backs not enough fitted hats. Customer service kind sucks. Their basically security guards just following you around even if you spend money. Theres a word for that I think.

Just tried returning a hat and the manager couldnt assist me. She said she couldnt pull up the transaction when I had my receipt. She ended up getting on her cell phone and calling someone else. Which lets me know she doesnt know what she is doing. Then tells me to go to the original store where I got it from. Its not that easy I am going back home to florida. If I cant get assistance I will dispute this charge. Since I had a receipt. Very careless and unprofessional

Horrible customer service, no one said anything to me when I was there, not hello, not do you need help, nothing at all, one guy was standing at the door leaning on the door as I walked out and did not even tell me to have a good night or a simple thanks for stopping in. I would never go back here, I would rather go all the way to soho to Lids than this location... I wish you could leave negative stars. THUMBS DOWN

I went to buy a gift hat, but the price and the product were all good. I do not know how to do it every time, but buy one, get one 50% off. New era, the official MLB brand, has a wide range of products.

Caps for all tastes, and if you do not find what you are looking for, you can choose your pattern, its color and personalize your cap, for a fairly decent price. The welcome in the two stores visited was not super warm but nothing repulsive either.
