This is what every company should do. No calls to India, no nonsense. Never buy anything else. Simply because of their service. You buy it once. They will fix, exchange for free. The dyson vacuum cleaner i bought is like a lego. If something brakes. They just send you a replacement part for free. Unfortunately the part they sent me did not solve the problem. I went to the store and they gave me a new vacuum in 5 min. On top of that, they renewed my warranty from scratch.Thank you. Dyson!

Fantastic technology! Absolutely love their vacuum cleaners. And it is a pity purchasing from them is such a headache. To start with, to purchase on their website you have to go via a consultant otherwise the process loops you into an empty online cart. And the demo store…they have very limited model line. Will be looking elsewhere for a vacuum cleaner.

We came to the store just to check vacuums and didn’t plan to buy it. We wanted to buy it online. But! We were so surprised by the quality of customer service. Our customer assistant John gave us full information about each model and gave us the opportunity to try vacuums and choose the model that we really liked. This quality service is so different from other similar stores like Best Buy where no one cares about their customers. John was so professional and helped us to take the best choice. He understood our needs perfectly and we had a perfect match. That is why we are so happy about our purchase and will definitely come back if we need more Dyson products.

I had some problems with my dyson vacuum and customer rep solved it in minutes.As I was respectful customer, I have decided to make one more big purchase, and buy an amazingly crafted air purifier formaldehyde.I was welcomed like in a hotel, at 5th Avenue flagship store in New York, and salesperson Scott made a knowledgeable, and very detailed talk about this product, that I simply had to buy it!I even got a nice add-on present from them, as a token of appreciation. As a very happy owner of the v11 Pet Vac that I bought online, Ive been wanting to visit this store for months to check out other products and replace a lost vacuum tool. Kevin gave me the most amazing demo of the Dyson Airwrap and top notch customer service!!! He told me about Dysons 30 day trial, so my purchase seemed like a no brainer. I came to the store for a Dyson demo appointment. Marisela is just fabulous and extremely knowledgeable at what she does. She firstly explained the steps of how to use the Airwrap, and demonstrated this on my hair. I was then able to try this out also, and from this demo found out that the airwrap is the magical tool to solve my hair needs! I was sold on the spot and also picked up the long barrels. Marisela was also able to show me the other (non-hair related) products and so I was able to restock the other things I needed from Dyson. Thank you for making this a great experience!

I love this demo store! I was able to go online and make an appointment for a free blowout by licensed hair stylists. They wash your hair while they explain the ins & outs of the Dyson dryer - and believe me, they are very convincing when they tell you you need this in your life. They have demo stations of every dyson product - the vacuum cleaner, desk lamp, air purifier, fan, etc.It’s a pretty cool experience if you’re around and have the time.

My mom and I got a hair dryer with the mother’s day special. The associate Kevin who helped us was awesome and excelled in customer service. Also the hair dryer is the best hair dryer I’ll probably ever own

I went yesterday to purchase an air wrap. Super nice customer service. When I got home, I realized that the 2 curling barrels sets were the same size. I really didn’t want to go back to the city as traffic is crazy and took me over an hour to get there. I called the store directly and the store manager Scott was soooo helpful, kind, and understanding! He shipped out what I was missing. Made it super convenient for me! Came in at 11am on Wed, Feb 3 2021. Jonathan walked me through the tutorial in great detail. Bought an airwrap which has been out of stock online for weeks. Came without reservation - no issues. Great service!

So moderne. The wireless vacuums keep getting bigger. The v11 is so big its like a fussiliers weapon. The prices keep going up as well. There is a floor lamp that costs $850 and the light changes as you age not sure what that means. Nice stuff.

Just came in to the 5th Ave store for an issue with my Supersonic, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful and professional! Hand sanitizer was distributed at the door, and the store was set up with helpful guides for keeping safe distance among staff and customers. Left with my issue resolved and was honestly surprised at how easy and pleasant the entire experience was!

The store is amazing, it has demo of every dyson product on display. However the associate Maricella was not helping at all, she’s really rude and offers a horrible customer service. My mom and I wanted to get an airwrap for each, but we were really disappointed and got it online instead. I don’t recommend this store if Maricella is at the moment of your visit . Please dyson, make sure this amazing store has the sales representative it deserves.

I have been wanting to get the Dyson Airwrap for some time and finally decided to go for it. I made a hair styling appointment online not really knowing what to expect. I thought they would just walk me through the process of how to properly use the Airwrap. But my stylist Marisela went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She wet and conditioned my hair and step by step showed me how to properly section off my hair for optimal use of the dryer. She then explained how each attachment worked and which ones would work best for my hair length (long). To top it off when you purchase the Airwrap in the store they will personalize the case for you! I cannot recommend going here enough. I had a great experience and Marisela was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, cant thank her enough!!

Interesting store for Fifth Avenue. Went there for an event to promote the Dyson Air wrap. It is super expensive, dont know how many people have $600 so spend on a hair dryer. But it was fun to try it out.

My wife wanted me to come here for the experience, and I can tell you, this is a definitely not a waste of time if you want a learn everything about Dyson. I want to thank you Kristy Castillo for her professionalisms and recommandation. We always wanted to buy a Dyson Vacuum and I thought I knew everything about it but Kristy did prouve me wrong and she directed us to the perfect product we needed for our use. Really futuristic store with display screens all over the walls at a magnificent 5th Avenue location. The people knew what they were talking about and explained each product. The products were super cool and modern fans, vacuums, and blow dryers. They had physical models of what was inside and had super cool hands-on demos such as vacuuming different surfaces. Super Cool!

Loved the experience of the store. We were served by Victoria and she was super helpful. They took the time to show the product we were interested in and let us get a feel for it. Even though we weren’t able to purchase because of the wattage for our country is different. They seem to think this might change in the future so don’t be put off by this. And it’s nice to see the products to later purchase at home of the ones you want aren’t available.

Great store to go if you are interested in Dyson electronics. They have the latest model and you can test in the store. The sales representative are friendly and helpful. James helped me a lot. He tried to find the best way for me buying the product. Moreover, the location is very nice. Definitely will go back again.

I went to Dyson to do a demo of the Air Wrap. India was the stylist who helped show me how the product works. She was incredible and very patient. It’s a different styling product than anyone has ever used, so it takes a lot of education. India was a great teacher and showed me how to do it with a section of hair and then had me do the majority while she coached so I knew how to use it myself. I have very thick, long hair so my appointment time was probably twice that of a normal haired customer. She didn’t try to rush and she actually spent more time with me to show me tricks on how to make the style last longer. It’s an amazing product and India taught me its full capabilities.

Its hard now a days to come across exceptional customer service, but I have to say India is the perfect example of going above and beyond as it relates to customer service. No question was too minute and the amount of time she spent explaining not only the product but in helping to pick the most fitting was exceptional. Thank you India for making this experience phenomenal!

I got a lower price here on a vacuum than anywhere online. staff never rushed when i was deciding, and offered me a seat as i read reviews online. i am very glad i walked in and very happy with my purchase.

The majority of the employees I interacted with here were extremely kind and while are very actively pursuing the sale, do it in such a way that draws you in to continue to play and more deeply consider. Wish I had a chance to do a demo with the air wrap styling wand but it appears that appointments are required during the week.

I’ve been interested in getting Dyson Airwrap but heard that it may be hard to operate. With this, I went to Dyson Demo store to see the product and learn how to use it before I make the investment. The staff was absolutely amazing! India was helping me and was great! She really took her time to teach me how to use the airwrap myself. I can definitely see where it may get tricky to use, but with India’s help, I became a pro within 20 min and my hair looked amazing- my friends definitely noticed my new style and it was the talk of the night

Nice staff! Kevin (I believe I heard Kevin, not entirely sure) was very helpful with product information and instructions for our previously purchased product making loud noise. We went into check if the product we bought also was loud in the store. He let us know that we could register the product and ask customer service to replace the product if it kept being loud. It’s my third time visiting this place, and I always felt welcomed here.

Dysons 5th ave location in NYC is wonderful! Victoria Bradley not only helped teach me about how to take care of and clean my machine, but hooked me up with a new tube as mine got destroyed in a move. Definitely recommend going in if you own a machine or are looking to buy into the Dyson family! Much more fun and personal than just going the online route. Not just a show room - but a great learning lab and team of people who will take good care of you!

The worst client experience in my life ...A new excellent big store, on one of the most expensive streets in the world, smiling sellers ...But:1. I asked three times Will the hair dryer work in Europe. Three times, two different sellers at this store answered Yes, of course! Only buy a converter for $ 20 at an electronics store in a nearby street !!Also, I was told twice that many Europeans buy from them and everything is OK. After all, we have cheaper!As a result:- the converter costs $ 50, not $ 20....- and the hair dryer does not work in Europe !!- the converter that will help costs $ 200 and looks like 10 books and 2 kg weights2. Inconsistency in the configuration of the hair dryer and the words of the seller3. Nobody said that when you connect to 220v, you can lose the warranty4. Awesome support service:- respond within 2-3 days with formal replies that did not solve the problem one iota. The main thesis: come to where you bought and return your purchase there.- the email address of support in my country does not work at all ........ letters do not reach.PS: The price in Munich is 20% cheaper ...

Interesting store to go if you are interested in Dyson electronics. They have vacuums, hairdryer in a variety of colors. The sales representative are friendly and knowledgeable. The price night not be the cheapest when comparing to online stores but they can offer bundles/add-ons for free if you ask.
