Great concept. Needs more options. Super cool place to visit.

Have never had an issue with Amazon online or in this store until I needed to make an exchange after the 30 days. Staff member was extremely rude and told me nothing could be done. I asked if she could try and she replied “ I’m telling you I already know online customer service was wrong”. So I called online and they were able to take care of it. I wasted the commute to the store and a negative experience. Unfortunate that people in customer service can be so unfriendly but thankful that online proved right.

It was cool to go for your first time in person. But its the same stuff you would find online on Amazon, just in person. Its a little bit more expensive. It had items like pens, Legos, smart glasses, etc. Its very easy to miss the store as the storefront is unassuming. Its not the far away of a walk from the Dominique Ansel bakery. I recommend coming here just for the experience of having gone here in person.

The staff was really helpful .. went to the store to trade in my old kindle and buy a new kindle paperwhite.. the process was fast ..

Staff is super helpful and check out is so easy using the Amazon mobile app 📱 which allows you to pay with the credit card 💳 associated with your Amazon account or even with Amazon Credit. This makes shopping 🛒 super easy and contactless! Amazon Prime users also benefits from discount on all items in the store 🏪 - definitely worth visiting! I wish I came here more often!

Great concept by amazon. Store is nicely laid out and they have separate pricing for amazon prime members on most of the items. They are only selling 4 star and above top sellers or trending items. Looks like this will be another successful venture by amazon.

This store is an amazing place to pick out popular items on Amazon instantly. Prime members have access to special discounts so I highly suggest customers sign up for Amazon prime before going into the store. First month is free. The Representatives there are very attentive and helpful. Pets are allowed. Lots of Amazon Kindle and Echo products if youre looking to pick up some of those on demand.

Cool and disruptive retail concept. I love that you can find different kinds of categorys, that the concept of 4-star I guess.Not 5-star since the staff was pretty bad informed how to sign up and become a prime-member. Pretty strange since Amazons concept are built on their loyalty program prime, right?It ended up with no purchase since all the prices are a lot better if you are a prime-member .

It was fun looking around those 4 star products! It could have been way more entertaining if the shop size was bigger and multiple floors. But still, I am very satisfied by being able to touch this virtual website Amazon with my hand!

So fun to walk around in the store and see the popular items on Amazon IRL. Im not a cat person, but I am puzzle person and there is ALWAYS a new cat puzzle for the rainy days...not sure what that means about our society but in any case you can pick up a puzzle there, and tons of other stuff that is trending.

Nice store, dope if youre an amazon /prime shopper. not all the 4 star rated items are here, however this store has a lot to offer to shoppers, this shopping experience is fairly unique

2nd time at this place but 1st time shopping here. They have the usual stuff youd find on Amazon but its nice to know you can just go here and pick it up instead of shipping it. I got stuff here and a good variety of products. Also if you have Prime, you get a discount on products and you can do Amazon returns here instead of shipping it. Id recommend coming here

I went to the store in Willowbrook Mall, Wayne NJ and purchased an item. Upon reviewing my receipt at home I saw I had been signed up for Audible service at $14.95 a month. Two phone calls lasting around 10 minutes each weeks apart and I think its finally cancelled. I was not asked if I wanted to enroll. Ill never shop another Amazon store again since I dont like being ripped off.

Ha I gave it four stars. Nothing anyone needs, but an interesting thing to go from online retailer to brick and mortar, quite the opposite of every other company in the world. An anomaly store I cant see surviving into the future, but what do I know and well his wife only took 25% of his stock in the divorce so anything is possible.

Great selection of gifts and gadgets, some with discount prices for Prime members. Fun store!

Summary:I had a great time visiting this store and think it is awesome. This isnt a big space, but Amazon managed to create an interesting and different experience than what I encountered so far, by offering a variety of products in a compelling way that will generate you to shop via Amazon in one way or another.Please note:I made an informative video to support the following review. I loved that, and it felt very intuitive.- Amazon current customers will feel familiar with the store, while new customers will be able to learn about it, and it will generate them to become Amazon prime members.- I love that Amazon uses customer reviews in the physical descriptions to the products offered in the store.- As you can see in my video, there are several products that are rated less than 4-stars. I dont think this is a deal-breaker, as reviews are constantly updating, but there were some products, such as the Amazon Fire 7 tablet that is sold for a long time and gained many reviews. But then again, this is an Amazon product.- There are many Amazon products all over the place in different sections. This is a bit exaggerated, but then again - this is a store that is supposed to promote Amazon, so this is logical. It seems to me there were many products by other brands, mostly smart devices, that works well with Alexa, and Amazon has interest to promote them as well.- The staff was kind and customer oriented, some were more knowledgeable while others less (this is relative, because as a reviewer I tend to ask specific questions).- I liked the payment method, in which you generate a QR code using the Amazon App, so you can pay via your account. Following the payment, the order will appear on your Amazon account under items purchased on Amazon stores tab. Though I asked in the store if I can write a review about items I purchased in the store, as of this moment, I dont see this is possible.- When theres a price/rating change, the products Kindle like display changes in real-time. This is awesome (I didnt manage to get a shot of that... because it happens quickly & unexpectedly.) but Im not sure what happens if the price changes while you want to pay for the products and the price might go up. I asked the staff about it, they said that the current price is the relevant one, even if it changed, but they might be able to do something about it.- I was told that the special deals section for the store is supposed to change every week.I think the Amazon 4-star store is intended for certain visitors:- Those who are not familiar with Amazon – Mostly people who don’t have Amazon in their countries.- Those who fear to make the first step with Amazon – old people, very young generation, certain groups of people who are not tech-oriented etc.- Those who avoid on-line shopping – old people, people who don’t use credit card (“only cash”).- Those who cannot enjoy shopping on Amazon – mostly people who don’t have Amazon in their country.

Always prompt service. I also appreciated the time that one of the associates noticed I was returning something and took me out of the long line of shoppers so I wouldn’t have to wait with those buying. They’re friendly and fast- good store.

I went to Amazon 4 star store in Oct2018. There are many categories of items. I can find many items which I didn’t know. The price is discounted for prime members.

This store is a high disappointment and frankly it is a waste of time dealing with the lack of variety of items to purchase and the unhelpful associates they choose to staff. I could have resolved an issue if someone was competent to link my purchase with my Prime account accurately. When I came in later to return the unopened item with receipt both associates present were unable to help me out because it was over 31 days instead of 30 days. Apparently they dont know how to work their computers or give proper resolutions and did not offer any higher up besides these two. I left and had to take an over 30 minute call through the Amazon.com Customer Service line for an in store problem. My last time dealing with this store and their staff.

This location is so helpful for Amazon returns! Also it’s super organized and clean.

If you are looking for a present that will fit into a small bag or a Christmas stocking stuff this is the place. Items are broken up by travel, party supplies, by children ages, etc., etc. Regardless, it is a fun store to shop at.

Went to this store in the evening of 9/29. Unlike other Amazon Books stores, the use of data to tailor the customer experience seemed lacking. I was disappointed that the methodology they applied to their book choices - such as clustering based on online user choices, alike goods, and product placement - did not seem to translate to this store. Instead, it is arranged much like an ordinary department store, but with less selection - kitchen goods, travel goods, home goods, kids, etc. It is unclear how these categories were chosen, but unfortunately, they were very generic. Not what I expected from Amazon given the revolutionary experience that I have had in Amazon Books physical stores. The size of the store given the placement of merchandise made it feel chronically crowded, though this may simply be due to the store opening recently. However, I may avoid on a busy day in the future.

If you are looking to be hands on with 4 star or better Amazon items, this is a good spot to stop at. Its a pretty limited selection, but still a decent variety.

It is what is it. This store has a lot of random things that you might use once or twice. Some items are just funny or cute but not really functional. They do have a cool book section about what people are currently reading around the city, and I thought that was pretty neat. Fun to look around but we didnt buy anything.

I gotta say the store is, Indeed, great. Amazing products and clean. On other hand the staff there was - at least today - super useless in terms of being helpful in finding stuff. I ended up buying a book I wanted but if I would not be flying back to my hometown today I would have left the book just because of the staff, I guarantee.

I made a purchase in the Amazon 4 star storeI showed them i was a prime member (on the Amazon app on my phone).They messed up and did not give apply the prime discount.When I called i got different responses 3 different times.the first person i talked to said they would refund me the difference, but they did not.the second person said they would give me a store credit on my account when i buy someone that is sold and shipped by amazon, but that credit was not applied.when i called a third time they said there is nothing they can do.When i decided i would just return the books, they said i had to drive in to the store in person to return it (cant send it back like i expected).I am very disappointed and will move to using Walmart.com as my default store for online purchases.

Stopped by on my way to dinner to return some items I had bought. Staff was extremely helpful and quick. Took me all of 5 minutes to return the two items I had. Only thing was the music didn’t really seem appropriate. They were blasting Daddy’s Home by Usher. Which yes is a great song but not exactly something I want to be listening to when returning something or shopping.

This store is amazing. They have tons of great things. It’s like shopping on Amazon and being able to put your hands on all the stuff. They of course only stock the best rated items. It’s hard to walk out of this store without spending too much.

The concept of Amazon having a brick and mortar dedicated to products that receive consistent sales and 4 star ratings over a period of months is amazing and a definitely changing of tides. Very interesting to walk around and see what is selling and trending. They even broke it down into what was trending in NYC. Very informative from and anthropology stand point. Humans are great! So obviously this needs a four star review, right? Jokes aside this is a great concept store and it has the best things from Amazon stocked up in one place. The choice to give so much room to their own products doesnt match the concept though (hello prime tablets) but the store offers a great insight and understanding of what is trending online. Discovery is the best part of this place, look closely and you might find some hidden treasures

Pretty cool store. Found it by accident while strolling in Soho on a beautiful Saturday in April. It was fun looking at and actually picking up items in an Amazon store. It was full of items that were rated at least 4 star. Nice concept. And if you are a Prime member - you rated an extra discount on certain items.

Nice store of random but will reviewed items. Its really clutch for last second gifts that you forgot to order with toys for kids, small electronics including a ton of Amazon Kindle/fire gear as well as books and kitchen items. With all of that it still feels like its missing something but there is only so much variety you can hold in one store. Added bonus is you get a prime discount on items you buy there.

This was such a fun experience for my wife and I. We always shop on Amazon, so it was neat to be in a Amazon store on our trip.
