About 5 days they provided me with two 3D printed models for me to review. We went through multiple iterations until we finalized our ring and it came out looking fantastic. She sent us diamonds she thought best fit our wants and once we found one that was THE diamond everything moved quickly. They worked with me at my own pace, they were very transparent and professional throughout the process. Once we got to building and designing the ring, they sent renders and we discussed what worked and what didn’t. Once I purchased the ring and proposed, they congratulated me and gave the same great hospitality when I had to get the ring resized and got it back to me very quickly. Mike delivered the ring on time even though my fiancé had a tight deadline for him. Mike also worked with my fiancé to keep the ring a surprise for me. They also showed me 3-D images of the ring before making the ring. The only thing we did not know though it worked out in our favor was that they do not show a sample wax cast of the ring before making the ring. I would suggest you talk with them about it and I’m sure they will be happy to assist you. They did show me a platinum cast before polishing and diamond setting. I originally reached out to him during my loose diamond shopping process but by that time, was pretty set on getting a custom setting from him and buying a stone elsewhere on one of the popular websites with a larger selection.When I got the diamond from said website, I was very disappointed, so I took it to Michael and he showed me some similar diamonds in my budget that were much nicer, and was happy to educate me about a few industry secrets.
