Very calming store; nice collections.

I really liked that it was well organized and it was quiet. I enjoyed seeing the stationary but I miss being able to try the products without having to ask for assistance. There are a few things that I miss too, such as the stamps which were pretty fun and the bean bag chairs. However because of COVID I get it’s for the safety of people. There’s the top floor and the bottom one. I thought there would be more clothing but because it was arranged differently I was probably confused.

Honestly a really cool store. I didnt buy anything when I went, but I really liked the theme and the vibe of the store, and it was really fun and cool to browse through and see some of the cool stuff

Not a ton of selection, but their merch is varied and seems to be of good quality.

CUTE PLACE FOR HOME NECESSITIES, THEY HAVE GREAT WOODEN DISHWARE AND A FEW SNACKS AND INSTANT TEA MIX LIKE MATCHA AND CHAI .. LOTS OF OFFICE/ HOME OFFICE ITEMS, SOME ORGANIZATIONAL STORAGE ITEMS AND SOME GOOD QUALITY CLOTHING ITEMS TOO ..

I found some great sale items. I like this Muji as it is small enough to make it easy to shop but large enough to have a huge selection.

Nice new store with coffee downstairs. Super staff, friendly and obviously happy employees 👍👍👍........Something to note...I understand why companies do it but personally, as a customer I don’t think it’s such a good policy when returns have to be handled by a supervisor. Even though the service is superb it just means as a customer you are still singled out as having to be treated differently. Always awkward.

Love to shop at these stores sadly they don’t get inventory of some items consistently and they say that they never know what their supplier will be sending them so if you need something specific at the store and it’s not in stock, then you’re out of luck . This shop has an up to 70% off sale currently, Hopefully it doesn’t mean that they are closing

Great place to get organized and buy non essentials

I stopped in to purchase an extra set of keys for the suitcase. I asked the first sales associate I saw and she went to inquire about the keys. About five minutes later, I went to find her and she told me that they didn’t have any in stock but the Time Square location possibly had some. I had asked for the price and she was not sure, but then she proceeded to mention that her manager was in a meeting and could help me when he/she was finished...I asked her to call the Time Square location and ask if they had any available as it seemed like the more reasonable thing to do. She came back a minute later to tell me that they also did not have any. When I had asked where I could possibly get the keys, she suggested that I check online, only to then correct herself and say that they might not actually have any online. Muji, please do your customers a favor and train your staff, or at least give them some kind of handbook so they can give an informative response.

Relatively smaller Muji but still has everything you may need
