Their website said they had ski masks, they didn’t. An employee downstairs told me the ski masks were upstairs, so I went upstairs to check. Couldn’t find any so I asked an employee upstairs where they were, and he said “Look downstairs or we don’t have them.” I said that an employee downstairs had told me they were upstairs, to which he replied “Then we don’t have any. check the halloween section downstairs.” I went downstairs to check the halloween section, and couldn’t find it. I asked an employee where the halloween section was. They didn’t have one.
Everyone is lying about this store it’s messy and empty this store has too much walk in traffic to keep anything on the self. If your a parent avoid this store the section of clothing and baby supplies are low. This is a target convenience store complete waste of a trip.
Good experience for a first time visit. Went to lower level to check health area. Everyone was friendly and directed me to the proper aisle. Found Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides that is usually out of stock in a 10 oz. size unflavored. Made my day! Also picked up Skinny Pop.
This was my first time shopping in this little tiny Target on the upper east side ( Or is that Midtown east). Anyway all the worker I came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. The place was fairly well organized considering the amount of things they try to put in a small space. The gentlemen manning the self-checkout was super helpful. He honored the 20% discount that was advertised on the rack I picked up the dress I was buying even though it was a clearance item and supposedly did not belong on that particular rack. That is what I call customer service.
Its a cute Target, but its definitely limited in comparison to other Targets Ive been to. I was able to find most of the things I needed but was surprised at how small the store is. However, all the staff were nice and the place was clean so no complaints on my end.
Smaller than other locations but got most of the living essentials I need. Fair prices. Helpful staff - especially the one by the self checkout machines.
This place is one of my favorite Target 🎯 in town! 🛒 Always stacked, organized, and clean. This location never has a line and you cant compete with the cheap Target prices. 🏷️ Really obsessed with their Good & Gather product line - super high quality with affordable prices. Staff is really nice and professional! Self-checkout is so quick and easy. I wish it they had more meats 🥩🍖🍗and vegetables 🥬🥦🍅🌽🥒 at this location!
They dont have any of the essential home items. Tons of food, but there are many more speciality grocery stores in the area that are better. Less candles more home essentials.
Limited merchandise. Have many items most people would purchase elsewhere Good for grocery items at lower price than neighborhood grocery stores
Dont waste your time at this store. Very small. The cashier sucked. Didnt package my item properly and the item fell outside the store.
I was disappointed. Probably because of covid times I couldnt find the option I wanted which is strange for target. Hope it gets better soon
Its a pretty good target, but when I went I think they were just about to receive more stock, so the shelves were a little empty. It has grocery and mostly the essentials so its a great little neighborhood Target.
It was okay the staff is very professional. But the inventory is so small. I guess because the store isnt that big is a factor. The target in the throgs Neck Mall is better.
This location is ok for convenience. Its limited compared to the bigger Targets. For example the electronics dept is very small, otherwise its very handy for food and household goods. I would recommend this store for convenience.
This specific location at 1201 3rd Avenue is very poorly stocked. On multiple occasions I wasnt able to get the items I needed because they were out. These were grocery items, household/cleaning items and electronics.
This is a great place to pick up a few groceries. Good prices! My only complaint is that the grocery baskets are disgusting! They really need to clean them once in a while.
Target makes a lot of sense in the suburbs or exurbs where you need to drive to any store, and having a single large store with all of your basic needs is convenient. This Target on the upper east side of Manhattan doesn’t serve any purpose. It has some food, but there are full supermarkets less than two blocks away in two directions. It has toiletries and cosmetics, but the streets are already dotted with Duane Reades. It has housewares but the apartments here are so small you don’t need much, and it’s easier to buy online and have things delivered. And there’s some hideous clothing made with synthetic materials, but come on, this is Manhattan. The only play I can see is to try compete with the Duane Reades and bodegas, but the store is too large for that, and no one is going to go out of their way when you can get the same generic stuff closer.
A huge store with alnost everything a target can have.Parking is not free.I went for an online order pick up and ended up spending 30 min in the store. I had to pay 3$. It was worth considering such an easy accessibility to the store with no worries for parking. The store here needs to keep maintaining emptly carts in a common place outside especially during rush hours. I found the carts scattered around with locked wheels.
The target I visit most often. Lines move quickly and finding things are pretty simple.
They use to be very good store, now their prices are too high!
Always a great place to shop, alot to pick from and at awesome prices.
They always have what I need 🥰
Good store but the staff has poor customer service, the staff don’t great anyone at the door, they don’t say goodbye either. They just stand there chatting with eachother. The other works also seem miserable to be there. Managers need to train their staff customer service skills
Clean and very organized. Great customer service as well.
Its a smaller target. Not much there. Its semi clean. I didnt find anything I was looking for there, Tide 128 FL Oz. They only had the small ones. No Clorox. It was a waste of time, gas, and parking. The targets that are big, and can find most things are on 225th and the one of the Hutchinson.
Sold out of umbrellas but friendly service
Great staff and great service.
Great stores always has a full stock. If you don’t see it ask and they will get for you. Always friendly and helpful.
Had to get Oreo cookie cake ....@ 70 st 3rd ave and the Cake is Delicious very well made and TASTY..
Its decent enough for grabbing a few things and the prices are good compared to the rest of the area. The selection of items are a bit lacking, though.
Cant go wrong
Its a Target, you know what it is. Really tiny mens clothing section though.
This is more of a food store than a real Target. Very limited in clothing apparel. Limited staff on duty on Thursday. Had to self checkout. Staff ok. Will go to real Target next time.
Great place to buy Delirium Tremens, wonderful overall
Nice place, but not too well organized.
Its my first time in this target but they had everything not sure if they had pharmacy though.Fast service
Very friendly and helpful staff best Target on ever shop in in NYC but it is a very small Target so they do not have a lot to offer if youre looking for more of a selection I recommend the big Target near 149th and 3rd avenue in the Bronx
Great options. Fast checkout. Clean and organized
Great store great paperwork there very proper professional very much help no problems at all very expedient
The staff there are very helpful and nice I recommend coming to here. And always good prices for babies stuff. Also they do price match to online prices. And best thing you can do order pick up to save time
Small but has a small collection of most things.
Dear Jesus take the wheel not what I expected.... order online please!!!
Just bought their last prepaid phone after I was told it accepts at&t sim. I called Consumer Cellular to unlock their phone but their customer service told me at&t does not work with Link 2. It will cost more to return the phone to target. Thanks!
Clean nice and convenient. Carts dont go up and down the stairs though? Saw someone get upset about that so be mindful of that.
They did not have 2 items I was looking to purchase. The staff was very helpful and there werent any long lines.
This is a very small Target to the point where its not worth going to if youre shopping for something in particular. They had very, very few packs of socks in stock, for example, and almost no variety in types. Also, I was looking for Suave for Men body wash, a common brand, and they didnt carry it, and their pet food section was incredibly limited. The store is nice, but dont go here expecting to do a full shopping trip
If I can give I zero stars.. I would.. this is the first and last time I will come to this store. I did an online pickup and I waited in line for over 10 minutes. Then I told them I got a bag but the worker said they automatically charge it and that was it. I told her they normally charge it and credit it back but she said she pressed it and said nothing she could do. I am so annoyed because I had to wait do long and they charged me for the bag which I didnt need or wanted.
Low varieties. Many products were unavailable. Limited choice
I dont like this Target. Too small of a store for my comfort.
Disorganized and alot of items out of stock. In store prices higher than on line prices.
Everybody here is so nice and helpful!
Always Busy! They do need to be more Covid Cautious and place and enforce arrows for directing traffic in Ailes either on the floor or as a stand...looking back it was too many people coming at you in all different directions! But they did have two Christmas trees left!
Its Target.. gotta enjoy shopping there..
Poor selection and lack of stock, if you come with a list of more than 5 items, you will miss at least 3 of them. Better try your local Deli! The staff i have to say they all were pleasant, helpful and well mannered.
Great deals year round
Great costumer service
Their website claimed to have 6 men’s navy blue beanies in stock. Upon arrival in the store there was none in stock. False advertising. I always have an issue with this location.
Not alot of choices. Bare shelves, and disorganized
Fair customer service experience. Not Walmart though.
Manager closed before 10pm and refused people in. Terrible customer service
Very clean, friendly staff, nice new store. I was able to order something online and pick it up in store. I would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that hours listed are inaccurate. I walked there to pick up my order around 7 pm one evening and despite the hours on the door, online, and on the phone saying they were open until 9 pm, they were closed.
Smallest Target Ive ever seen. Go here for basics and the bare minimum, not to browse
Inventories low or whats on sale low inventory
Great customer service!
Small Target. Not a lot of products but good prices, clean and organized
Store is disorganized and customer service is non existent. 3 stars because the location is convenient
Very small, they dont have type of things because of that, customer friendly
Got what I wanted
Ordered an in store pick up. The pick up was seamless and easy. Jarret and Nina were very helpful with a couple questions. I will be returning they store was clean, organized, well stocked and had a lot of wonderful helpful employees!
NYC city target with minimal selection.
Horrible experience. Two clerks came up right to my face, one put their mask down when speaking. Store is disorganized at check out, customers confused crowded into big groups. Zero social distancing observed by store management. Disorganized and uncomfortable. Avoid
I go to Target on East 70th St. Always got to the self check out, and for the weirdest reason the people walk behind me as if I was suspect to stealing something. This makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am a Senior Citizen and its so Disrespectful that the employees do such a thing. This complaint will go to the BBB. Afraid for my well being, Or is it a Racial Profile issue. None the matter will take it to the BBB.
Always love shopping at Target theres a little of everything, especially if I go with the family
Love it! Small and compact, I go there when I just need a few household items and snacks! Actually bought some t-shirts and leggings, which I love!
Been here a few times. It is very well stocked for a micro Target. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful.
Qualitatively life changing for UES residents. Good prices on a surprisingly large variety of items.
Disappointed in this target, 5 stars to the staff.I went to buy a last minute gift for a 2 year old girl (a doll), but the dolls section only supported one type of color, which I can careless what color the dolls are. But It should be a variety of choices. I asked one of the team members if there were any other dolls besides the ones I see she said no. I know target goes based on the area but this is also a working area with different types of cultures. This target is cool if you need food and cleaning supplies!
I’m only giving this Target a 5 star cause of 1 cashier. Susan. Omg, she’s so great at her job. I go to the store once in a while and the times I get on her line, she’s so funny & sweet. She reminds me of my mom and she’s so helpful. I can tell she truly cares about her job and customers.
The worst Target ever. Couldnt find any pregnancy clothes. I guess pregnant women dont need convenience
Great products... great prices.. great customer service.
Amazing customer service, with great fresh food and grocery options. Great prices for good quality products. Would definitely recommend doing your food or/and home shopping there.
It has a very limited supply of what you’ll need Think of this as a super CVS otherwise don’t bother.
This store appears to be supermarket based and is nothing like a typical Target.
Cute! Very small (I call these setups Micro-Targets), but has your essentials. I cant do my weekly grocery hauls here, but for little items like tape, socks, snacks, this place is great!
As always - got everything I was looking for, especially for swimming.
Decent Target store in the heart of the Upper East Side with a reduced selection of items unlike the much larger store in Harlem. You can find most items stocked here. They also have a funky giant vault door next to the escalators, the reason for which is unknown, but glad they left it in as it adds character to the place.
Love Target. Quickly wanted to pick up a couple of things. Found them easily but then had to wait in a fairly long checkout line. Cmon Target. You CAN do better here in that area.
Small selection of a little bit of everything, so basically what they had was nothing. Shoppers were rude, the checkout situation was beyond aggravating and disorganized, you could only get me to visit this location again if the world was ending and Jesus Himself had come to me personally and told me I had to go buy something from there or I wouldn’t be allowed into heaven.
This target is a like a pop up shop. It has been this and that but not the full fledge scope of products that a full Target has. Its cool for its location.
Best Target Ive been to
Nice item price is nice
This is by far the worst target i have ever been to. The prices are absolutely outrageous. I have 0 idea who decided this was a good layout for a target. Every section is like 10% the size of a normal target. Definitely a better use of your time to go to the one in herald square
So small and not much selection.
