The store has a wide array of hair care and beauty products including braiding hair and wigs. There is one guy who is mostly Security but I also very helpful with finding products. All of the staff are overall helpful but not inviting. They will help but you may not get a smile with it.

Has everything. Like literally everything: earrings, lashes, nails, polishes, weaves, wigs, etc. EVERYTHING and good prices too.

Ive been shopping at this store all my life and they have a great variety of products, amazing prices ( literally items here can be 2-3 dollars cheaper than at pharmacies and other stores in the same area.) But the down side is that theyre PREJUDICE. If you are young or Black they follow/watch you. This has always made me uncomfortable but didnt phase me until I saw some white females come in and they werent watched or followed. Yet I the person who has been shopping here for at least 20 years was still being watched. It bugs me because the owner and workers are people of color too ( Asian owner and latino workers).

I absolutely love Hair Town Beauty Supply! This would be the salon I would go to for my haircuts, color and even make up products. All the stylist are awesome and very friendly. They absolutely know what they are doing. I just go my hair done by Jennifer, I wanted to do ombré and did not want yellow but more ash and I love the result. 4 stars for Hair Town Beauty Supply and their awesome staff.

Reasonable prices & I can usually find what Im looking for. Recently started selling Virgin hair extensions that I would normally buy online. Just a very tight squeeze when walking down the aisles but overall not bad.

Staff constantly hovered and followed me around the store the whole time I was shopping. Anytime I moved a step there was someone behind me acting like they were working. There selection really isnt great as some of the beauty supply stores on 125th. Ones that are black owned and the staff wont follow you around for being a black person in Harlem. Never shopping here again and I hope the rest of the community decides to stop purchasing from people who want to profit off us but hate us.

Staff didnt know much about Caucasian hair nor seemed interested in the money I was going to spend(a lot) on blonde wigs. Todd the same all aroundwe dont have/you wont find blonde like you want funny. I did online. If they put some care into my money they wouldve made 500 plus in sales. I look for personal attention. I dont receive it nor did I get ac real answer.

Owners rude, been going here for years probably spent thousands here, but theres a limited supply of things. I usually go to Brooklyn to visit a beauty supply store they have everything, this is just somewhere to go if you have no choice.
