If you purchase something with small cost only, you might receive an unwelcoming attitude. I went there to buy a make up accessory because I saw it online. It cost a couple of bucks so not worth for online order, and I was also in the neighborhood. I asked twice and the sale associate #1 did not say anything, and gave me a weird look, luckily the sale associate #2 (stand nearby) said they should have it, she has cheerful attitude, then she went straight to the drawer and took it out!!The make up accessory is great, does it job beautifully. I still like the brand, but gave 3 stars for the mixed assistant service.
