One of the larger and tidier Rite Aid stores in the city.

What can I say the store is looking so nice as they are fixing it up this is my to go store I love and appreciate all they do to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

It’s bizarre, I stood at the drop-off counter for 10 mins and the pharmacist didn’t acknowledge my presence the whole time even though there were no other customers. This happens every time I come here. It’s like they would prefer me to go to CVS next door.

I just walked out of the store with such a big smile. The gentleman at the register is such an efficient and multi-tasker worker. I was truly impressed. I wish I would have taken his name.

Very poorly stocked and over-priced. The service is amongst the slowest Ive experienced in the city. Avoid if you can.

I went there to make keys at the self service kiosk. Two of them came out on the spot and one was supposed to be mailed to me. I just got a refund for the key through my bank account. Oops Key Me could not make the key because of the size. You would think that the machine could have given some kind of warning that this was a possibility. Ugh!!Do yourself a favor. Go to a regular locksmith. Key me sucks!!!!!!The staff at Rite Aid were nice enough but clueless

I went to this pharmacy to buy a cough midicine (over the counter) during Christmas between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. The cashier was unbelievably rude to me for no reason, and when I pointed out that he was being rude he said: its not my problem. I will never go back there, you just lost a good customer because of this horrible cashier.. He was working on christams 12/25/2018 between 3:30 and 4:30 pm and had ponytails.

Love the place. open 24 hours. very convenience. great price. but the staff is not very helpful and some are rude. just go to the manager if you need anything.

Had a great experience here at rite aid. I had a few questions for the pharmacist and they answered everything that I wanted to know

Was on hold on the phone for an hour. I had to call from a different phone line to remind them I was on hold. Terrible!!

Best rite aid in our area located on ave. of the americas and 13th street in nyc. Staff are always helpful and knowledgable and really care about their customers. Store is always neat, clean and stocked. I love shopping there as their prices are much lower than CVS and Duane Reade.

Went here looking for boric acid. They didnt know what is was. The pointed me to the wrong isle. When I asked about it again, before I could explain that it didnt look like the right kind of thing, the employee cut me off with Then we dont have it. and looked back down at her magazine. I will never go here again.
