Filled with too expensive of clothes, way too many customers and they are not enforcing the mask rule like every other store is. Its a wild place to shop, better to do it online and avoid the fuss.

I used to be former employee until i quit. This place is horrible !!!! The coworkers are RUDE, managers RUDE. The whole atmosphere of this store is horrible !!!!!! I witnessed a manager speak very rudely to a customer. Yes customers might be a pain sometimes but customer service should always be on point. They over work you and treat you unfairly and the cashier are extremely rude. They train you for one single day snd then leave you alone after and get annoyed when you ask for help. They have nice clothes but this isn’t a specific place you should shop at or work at. Store in soho is just as bad too. ZARA DO BETTER !

Zara is a Spanish fashion chain and is located at 666 Fifth Avenue., New York, NY. I walked both floors looking for specific items that I saw online and didn’t find them. However, I received excellent customer service.

Today I was shopping at the “ZARA” store on 5th Avenue and 52nd Street, I was so carried away by the choice of clothes and did not notice how I lost my package…. 😥when I remembered that my package was missing .... I was very scared😱! I had to contact an employee who works in this store, he quickly got his bearings and helped to return my package 😄 Thank you guys working in this store…. especially thanks to the guy who helped me get my package back his name is Dom Cuzzolina🤝🤝🤝

Found everything we were looking for here! The prices are reasonable for stylist clothes. Love their plain, solid colour pieces. The sales people in the men’s section were very nice and helped us find the proper size. The store was also clean and organized.

The best summer haul yet, dresses especially whites eyelet, beautiful linen trousers and tops. Lots of summer sandals all colors, orange, blue, pink, nude and yellow of course. Looking for cotton dresses, printed florals its the place to shop. Its the best selection beautiful and feminine. You really feel like dressing up again. Hats off to the designers.

Clean and very organized. Just taking away one star because they never have enough people working on the register. There were only two people for a line of at least 30. But I will say that those two individuals were very very gracious.

Very bad. They were supposed to close the store at 8pm, I checked online before I came that’s why I came here . I got here at 7.40pm. There were more than 10 people who are waiting outside because they thought the same thing. But the guy just shut the door in front of us and didn’t let us in. It would be nice if you guys have opening and closing door so we can plan if we should visit your store or no.

This Zara was huge! Large selection of merchandise to browse. Unfortunately the downstairs section was sectioned off until the next day. So didnt get to shop all they had. Customer Service. 5/5

This location is so understaffed waited for 30 min to check out, with not too many people in line and ended up just leaving and put my clothes away. Staff was also rude probably due to being frustrated and busy

The fitting rooms are closed and uou are not allowed to try them on, the sellers are not nice to say the least, prices are high. Very dissapointing

Easy shopping, the layout is spacious so you find what you need quickly and then your out of there!

I got some items online, they changed the delivery date for multiple times. They do not answer call phones, after the both two times that they answered, after I expressed my issue, they ended the call so rudely!! I really do not need those items after the long time, while the return date will be passed, I havent received the items yet! Terrible costumer service, rude, not responsive!!!

I found a reasonable price

I went there tonight to pick up two items and was watched the entire time I was in the store. I was stood by the dressing room with another woman (idk her she was just waiting for her in-store pick up items) and the associates kept coming up to me and asking if anyone was helping me. The second of the associates, a gentleman, went into the dressing room area and fiddled around with the check out register (that they don’t even use to check people out btw) the entire time I was there. As soon as I got my stuff, he suddenly stopped pretending to do whatever he was doing and followed me out.Mind you, I was a black person (probably the only one in there at the time) dressed in full black. The experience made me extremely uncomfortable.

Definitely a favorite of mine. Always a dangerous place for me to visit, I must say. Usually a case where I go in for 1 thing and leave with 7 or more. Great fashion, great prices, usually a very clean & well organized store. Zara also has alot of locations around NYC & long island.

I saw a jacket online for my son and wanted to see it in person. Im glad I stopped by because the jackets seemed to run small so i had to size up 2 sizes for him (hes 8 and I got him a sz 10 year old). The clothes were orderly and the store was clean. Checkout process was quick and easy. Will shop there again!

Wide selection and good prices. Sizing is not always what you expect, so better to try on before buying. At 5th Av. location: they run out quickly of some items and sizes.

Not a lot of options, dressing rooms are always full, and the staff are either friendly, not very responsive, or don’t care at all. Can’t say I’ve found a good experience here.

I went in and found a great pair of shoes and a black blazer. I got excited when I saw both of the items I wanted were on sale. When going up to the register the the sales associate rang up the shoes then proceeds to ring up the black blazer. She then told me that the blazer was locked and was not coming up with a price (I picked this up on the rack that said $29.99 and was excited because it fit me perfectly). She then asked me to go and grab another one from the rack where I found the last item. I couldnt find the exact black basic blazer but found one similar, but it was marked at $49.99. She called over the manager to get assistance on finding the proper price. The manager then told me oh Im sorry we can not sell you this item because we have to send it back to the company. It wasnt even supposed to be on the floor. Someone must have put it out by mistake. Here I am a willing and ready to pay customer and you wont even sell me a product...terrible. I will never go back to this store or any other Zara stores if this is how you treat your customers.

Zaras is a great place. The reason I gave it four stars was because there is no husband seating. If they had a place for the husbands to sit, that would be awesome.

This store is very neat and impressively large. There is room between racks to walk around, set up is stunning. My favorite part is their fitting rooms. They are roomy with lights and a large mirror and a rail built in the wall to hang all your pieces!
